I am renting a server at nitrado to host an ark server. We have done several changes and managed to make a boo boo. Contacted customer support and Alejandro Chavez was assigned to help me. He provided excellent help to me. And our server is now back to full normal status. I'm very happy with this server host, and the support they provide. I also want to say this has been resolved so quickly, and that has been during Christmas holidays!
Garbage company that will give you a terrible server. Doesn't matter the game, if you have ANY other choice go with them.
I wouldn't rent anything from them. Their website, especially their donating to friends to keep servers online-option, is unsafe. That's not the worst part, the worst part is their service is lacking. A friend was able to do a Paypal-payment with my Paypal account, about a few minutes after I donated to his account with my own account and saved my Paypal credentials to my Nitrado-account. This lead to a lot of e-mails back and forth to Paypal and Nitrado. Nitrado denied there was anything wrong (I've got obvious proof) and so did Paypal. I gave up on them eventually after dozens of e-mails and took my loss. Just a warning.
After an update I was having issues with my server. I tried to troubleshoot it myself to no avail so I joined the support chat. We got connected at 10:26pm my time and Ivan had everything resolved and ready to go by 10:40pm. Great and quick service. 10/10 would recommend. 5 stars for Ivan.
When I made my account, I didn't realize that I made a mistake in writing my email. I noticed a few days later, and when to change it but I needed both emails! So obviously this was not going to work for me. I hopped on the livechat and Antonio helped me out super fast and was super chill and nice. It was very lovely to have the type of service that is kind and relatable. Very prompt and even got my account settled. Super thankful Antonio could help me out! I hope Antonio has the BEST kind of days going forward! THANK YOU!

Owned multiple servers across a few years, Everytime i have bought a server from them about 2 weeks after there is some sort of rollback loss of data that NITRADO can not fix they consistently expect the consumer for having to fix any issues related to loss of data eg; using commands or cheats to get your stuff back when its them that are hosting the server. Constant data loss or server restarting have had the issue on there website for nearly a week and it still remains unfixed but still happy to sell servers full well knowing that at any point you could be sent into a restart loop in which your server doesn't start and have to wait for upto 3 days to get it back.

Purchased a new scum server to find out there are no options to modify your server, you get an option for an admin password while they dont have implented beeing admin yet, better off with Gportal, far more better service aswell
Payed for a year of service and when i notice a simple fix in the table data base they kept sending me links to info about they type of server i was running like i didnt know what i wanted to run and when i told them specifically how to fix it they just stopped responding and wouldnt do nothing to fix it. Latterly sent them word for word how to fix it and when they seen it they ignored me after $340 spent on a year long server. Control panel was horrible and had little to no options to work with. WORSE SERVER HOST EVER. Then they blocked my account. "No inactive user with this e-mail address has be found."

This is a great low cost server host for Ark Survival online. Any issues I have had the support chat is always willing to work with me to fix the issue, Yere Fernandez was very professional and friendly, and very willing to work with me to ge the issue I have had recently fixed. Working through the maps with my wife to be ready for Genisis 2.

I felt like I got scammed. I bought a minecraft server to play with a small group of friends, but the server couldn't start, I contacted the support but the request was ignored. I waited 7 days but the request has not been completed yet. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them
After having repeated hardware problems on my small server, causing my clients to disconnect for extended periods of time, I raised a support ticket along with two replies that provided additional information such as crash logs and timings etc. This ticket was removed from my support interface (although the interface still told me I had open tickets in a big red warning at the top) and nobody ever responded to me beyond the initial automated email confirming they had received my ticket.
After two days of no response, I raised a further ticket to query why no-one had responded to my initial ticket. Again, an automated receipt email was received, but again, I received NO response and the open ticket disappeared from my interface the following day.
As someone who works with servers on an infrastructure level, I understand that hardware fails sometimes. This isn't an issue and this review is in no way in response to the rented server's performance. This review is purely aimed at the unprofessional and downright rude behaviour of support staff who apparently have no inclination towards interacting with their customers.
I was having problems with my ark Xbox server online so I put in a support ticket for one of the Nitrado staff to help me and within hours I was responded to by Hugo who was very friendly and fixed my problem within minutes! I reccomend Nitrado to anyone looking for any ark or survival server to play with some buddies on.

Got a server from this place Monday played on it two hours soon as I logged off that was the end of it. I spent the rest of the week with customer support or not playing my server that Saturday I canceled my account and they didn't even give me any kind of a refund or anything in return 24 dollars for two hours I should of just got a hooker at least I would of got screwed good I give this a giant two thumbs down I hope they get a cold that turns into the clap
If you have a question they just send you off to their a5s backwards wiki site. I would of paid extra for help but they seem to not care about customer service. After two dozen phone calls and a handful of emails my wife and myself feel like we were robbed. Not being able to play on our OWN server. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Nitrado as a game provider is good and solid partner. Their servers are rock solid and support regarding game servers and technical issues is Ok.
Problem is when you want to cancel all your servers you paid in advance and no longer want to use. Nitrado will not refund you. They will charge you 50% of all your remaining credit and keep all your remaining money on your nitrado account.
Ordering a servers for months till year in advance is not a wise here. If you will not longer need your game servers, They will charge you 50% of all your remaining money you invested into them.
You will receive credit but that credit they won't refund to your bank account. You may only order another game server (what a joke charging (stealing) 50% from your account money you may use to order another game server from them only)
If you want a game server from Nitrado, never pay more than for 1 month in advance. Never pay them like I did, for 3 months or years in advance.
For me, this is pure stealing practice taking 50% as a cancellation fee and after that not refunding even remaining credit back to your bank provider.
I was happy with Nitrado for a long time but this shady practice well.
Hundreds of € taken away from me 113,70€ remaining credit after 50% charge, probably too.
Nitrado, keep my money. I don't care anymore.

I accidentally bought a PC server for ARK instead of a PS4 server. I quickly contacted Nitrado support and Ernesto Flores was able to fix my problem within 5 minutes. They have a great support team and fast responses!

Too many issues setupping a 7dtd server and server actions are way too long and this has been by far the worst host to have a 7dtd server, not coming again. Biggest issue is that 7dtd server cannot even start with fresh start so it definitely was not my mods or plugins that would have caused that. How can it laos take so damn long to install or start a server, in other host it never took this long lol.

I had a server that was stuck in a restart loop and just not connecting, and little did I know that all I had to do was ask a few questions and mention concerns in the Nitrado Chat support! I came across Ivonne Angeles who helped me through, and now my server is working perfectly.

I've used Nitrado for 1 months and 15 days.In that time I have experienced 3 major outages on Nitrado's part and dozens of small ones.
There is no proper way to contact Nitrado. When you try, you are put into a feedback loop of FAQ and email chat THAT ARE NOT ANSWERED
I have 2 friends we all work different schedules and only get a little bit a time to play together. I went through the trouble of purchasing a server, thinking we could have some adventures. But because of all the outages we've barely gotten to do anything.

I would avoid at all costs ive tried 2 diffrent games the first one being 7 days to die worked well for half hour then lagged froze and crashed we then decided to try a diffrent game one less demanding so we tried terraria now with that we cant even enter the server we have paid for why because they cant seem to update the game to the latest version the customer service is very unhelpful all they did is re installed the game on the server and hoped for the best and told me to contact them if it didnt work and ofc it didnt now im sat here out of pocket from the money i spent on the server wich i may never be able to use

I had a terrible experience with Nitrado. I purchased a Farming Simulator 2022 server through them on January 8th and things went downhill from there. The FTP server was broken and unusable (which we paid extra for) and then several days later the server will not start and is corrupted. I contacted their live chat each time and eventually they opened a ticket (which I have no way of viewing) and told me they would be in touch. However, it's been over 48 hours and I haven't received a proper reply yet. They only replied to me that they are working on it, but with no ETA or resolution provided. It's frustrating that they are not providing any updates or resolution for the issues I am facing. To make things worse, when the customer service was responsive, they gave incorrect responses and didn't seem to know what was going on, despite this corruption issue being discussed on the forums.
Overall, I have to say that Nitrado is a horrible company and I would rate it 1/5. Their service is unreliable, their customer service is unresponsive and when they do respond they give incorrect answers, seem not to have any idea what is going on, and provide no ETA or resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a game server hosting provider.

I gave them 1 star about a month ago but after putting in a second I. T. ticket my Ark server has been rock solid and I plan to re-up for another 30 days.
They act like they never got paid even when Microsoft and the bank say otherwise. Never thought I would fall for a scam, but here I am. Save your money and your peace by finding another host.
