Ordered a Nikon P 1000 on November 9,2021 for $975. November 21st they contacted me and stated if I didn't pay them an additional $190 they would cancel my order. The con job over the phone was entertaining. He explained to me in New York, they run their business differently than we do in Washington State so I do not understand the logistics. He also understood I was old and that could contribute to my inability to grasp his noble intentions.

Thank you for having such a nice human on the other end of the phone to answer my questions and be patient with me. I was walked through some upgrade options and I surely wish I could have made that purchase but was reminded I had time to change my mind. I love it! What woman does not like that option! I am anxiously awaiting my new camera. It's been on my 'to-do' list for quite a while.
Wonderful people to work with. Their sales department quickly helped me find exact product I wanted and customer service was always there to help me from questions about the order to tracking it to my house. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for quick and affordable cameras and services.
Do not trust them at all. This company WILL scam you. When I tried to call in I was told I was a piece of sh** and many other horrible things. I asked to speak with someone else and the guy refused. Each time I called back, the same guy answered and told me there was nothing I could do, they were taking my money no matter what. Crazy!
Ordered a camera that I could not find new anywhere else and was almost certain I was gonna be shipped a used or open box but to my amazement it was brand new. Even better it arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated time. Thank you I will be returning!
It isn't often you will find companies today large or small that considers its customers as being number one, however this is not the case with NJ Accessaries. You guys are doing things the old fashion way... the customer comes first. Your excellent service is highly appreciated.
I had an amazing and wonderful experience with NJAccessory and the sales rep- Mike. I was very worried about my order because I didn't get any emails or confirmation and I have been waiting almost 5 days for my order to be shipped. But when I called, Mike was a huge help. He made sure that my order was finalized and shipped. Also gave me $50 refund because of the Inconvenience. Received my compete bundle along with 1 year USA standard warranty. It was an overall a quite pleasant experience. Hats off for customer service satisfaction!

I ordered a bundle package. Almost $1400, I received 1 lens and a card reader. After 2 months, they mailed a camera and another lens. Out of 13 items in my bundle, I have received 4. Now they will not answer my calls or emails. DO NOT order from NJAccessory
I lately bought a nikon lens form this company with standard shipping and I received the wrong item but thankfully when I called the customer care service they solved my problem fast and I received the correct item in 2 days
On August 8,2018 I purchased a MacBook Air for $799 as advertised on their website. The product showed current inventory available for shipping. Three days later after several online attempts to inquire about the status of my order, I was informed the product was on "indefinite backorder" and my order was being canceled. Mysteriously the same computer now listed for $895 when reviewing their website.
I'm review of several other customer experiences, this is a typical response for NJAccessory. They are a true bait and switch company. The bottom line is, they advertised a product for a lower price than they were willing to sell for. Once it was realized, they give a ridiculous reason of indefinite backorder. That really strange sing every other box store and online retailer has plentiful stock and immediate shipping.
I ended up purchasing the MacBook from Monoprice. I have dealt with them for years with EXCELLENT customer service.
Don't be fooled by NJAccesory pricing and dishonesty.
I always come back to these guys for the best prices and service. The last camera bodies I ordered where way lower than retail and still working great.
Order a Camera online and bet got for almost 2 weeks. Then called and the guy was very condescending saying it really wasn't a Nikon product. So BUYER BEWARE! This place is a scam. Also asked to speak to a manager and he said no manager. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Literally the worse customer service EVER!
The box the camera came it looked very sketchy. Which is to say it looks like it has been opened and the contents have previously been tampered with. I ordered this exact camera from a reputable source and was forced to setup a date and time upon powering it on. I DID NOT have to do this with the camera I received for njaccessory. The date and time had already been set on the camera I received from njaccessory which is an immediate red flag. Save yourself some worry, hassle, and headache and buy elsewhere. ALSO the camera arrived later than it should have. Getting a return on the extra 75 I spent to get it here by a certain date is difficult, possibly impossible. Im literally setting here on hold as I type. Actually... I just got disconnected after setting on hold for 15 minutes. Now when I call and try to reach customer service it says they are on the phone and they want me to leave a voice mail... So I did. Will be surprised if I get a call back to be honest. Don't give these people your money.
Everyone was so helpful and although my camera was on back order I was sent a free camera bag for my wait. Also, my camera will be coming faster then the quoted time.
I ordered a professional camcorder (Sony PXW-Z150) and paid $130 for expedited shipping. When I did not receive a shipping notice after a couple of days, I called customer service. First, a lady said the camera is on back order. (Their website said it was in stock) When I asked her to cancel my extra shipping payment because they could not get it to me expeditiously, she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I then spoke to a man saying that the camera I ordered was a PAL version and that the American NTSC version is almost $500.00 more, but I can get it in a matter of days because they have the more expensive model in stock. When I questioned him on the difference and why their website says one thing and by phone I get another story, he became combative and argumentative on the phone. He then simply informed me that he was cancelling my order, as if he was punishing me for asking too many questions. Bottom line is, the camera I ordered switches between NTSC and PAL. He was either ignorant or deceiving. I am thrilled that my order was cancelled because I found the same camera, in stock, ready to ship with a bonus 4 year warranty at a better price from a more reputable company. As for this outfit, I will not shop with them. If you cannot trust the information on their website, they charge expedited shipping charges then lose urgency once they landed a sale and then spin some fabricated story of camera format as an excuse and simply cancel my order to "punish" a client, ain't nobody got time for that.
Worst online buying experience of my life.
Bought a canon Eos R on black friday, the price was the best I could find online. As of today, december 10th, the camera hasn't even been shipped yet. I reached out multiple times through email and whatsapp for the past 3 days asking for a tracking number. They responded ONCE saying the camera ETA was 7 days to get here. Today I finally emailed them saying I was gonna cancel the order with my bank if they didn't send me a tracking number. I got a responde with a cancellation invoice for refund. I responded asking why were they cancelling the order instead of sending me the tracking number and they called me saying the camera is backordered and would take like 21 days to get here unless I wanted to pay 180 dollars for faster shipping then it would be here in 2 days. Then they sent me a quote for the "new price" which is pretty much the same price on amazon or other websites.
Bottom line, I wasted almost 2 weeks waiting for a camera that was never even dispatched. Now I gotta wait for the refund to go through my bank so I can buy it from somewhere else. By now I wasted so much time I'll be forced to buy from sellers that offer faster delivery and pay even moer than I would normally.
This is probably the worst experience I've had buying anything online.
