I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
My sister also bought here without problems, she loved it, she has amazing clothes and there is a better chance that it will fit me (I am SMALL, but my hips are a bit bigger), usually almost nothing fits me. I was surprised by the free shipping offers. Overall this was the best online shopping experience you could ask for. I would recommend this site to anyone :)
For 9 months, no article on this website has disappointed me. Every purchase, every clothing package I receive, is worth the investment. Everything seems to fit me perfectly, they complement my body well. They also deliver fast.
Ordered after seeing the good reviews here. Rubbish, items don't even look like the photos. Nice looking sweatshirt top turns up looking like a marl grey long sleeve T-shirt. Like some others, I too believed I was purchasing from Aussie, paid A$, but consignment note is all in Chinese! And is Chinese quality as well! Not good - will never order again

Wide variety of clothes that otherwise would not buy in stores. The review information is good, especially if one has not tried the products before. Discount coupons and free shipping are a great incentive to buy online.
Why can't this website be deleted that are nothing but crooks!~! Their products are sub-quality and when you try to return them they give you an address in China even though they were sent from the US.

Clothes in this online Boutique are really good, excellent quality and at a very comfortable price, the truth is, my last order was very nice, fun and fast, I recommend them if you want to have your closet full of beautiful clothes and not run out of money!
Had to wait about a month from the date I ordered items to receive them and I'm pretty sure a Woman's L is actually for a teenager. What's worse is although it says Final Sale you can reorder the item but not return. Buyers beware unless you have have little to no curves then it might fit. The shoes I ordered were size 8 US women but feels more like an 8.5 super wide. 2 thumbs down!

Shopping at home has never been so easy! I find this website very easy to navigate and order clothes. Payment is simple, excellent communication with orders and delivery is fast. Great prices will bring me again too!
1. The quality of the clothing is really bad. It is not even close to what they show in their website's pictures.
2. I was unable to find a customer service phone number in their website. RED FLAG!
3. Customer service takes forever to answer back.
4. Finally when customer service answers back, they use default emails not addressing your actual question.
5. Shipping and handling is more expensive than average. RED FLAG.
6. Merchandise took 15 days to arrive.
I had never heard of this company before, unfortunately I felt secure because their advertisements appeared in a website I used to trust. (Not any more, lesson learned). Before my purchase, I should have looked at the many poor reviews posted for this company
Bought shoes in 2 sizes to see which fit. The pictures on their website are really nice. The shoes were made of some substance that felt like pressed paper and smelled awful. Cheap, stiff, and off-gassing something bad. I wrote to find out how to return and had no response for more than a week. Yesterday I mailed the shoes back to the return address on the label just to be done with it. Today I got an email saying they had to be returned to China at my expense and the refund would take weeks and weeks. OR they could give me a 15% cash refund. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY.
I've been waiting to buy here for quite some time, and when the dress I liked was available again, I thought, why not? They have been nothing short of amazing sending me reminders about my package that is on its way, that I am satisfied with my order.

Unfortunately I still haven't received my items and when I click on the tracking # it goes to some random page and says unavailable. Very unreliable company. Let's hope if we ever get the package that the order is correct and clothes are good quality. To be continued...
It's 2 months later and still no packages! I have so many emails conversations with the same person say wait a few more days. They give me my tracking number which continues to send me nowhere. Unbelievable.

Ordered a multi-color vintage knitted/crocheted sweater in September. Finally received it the last week of October... was disgusted when I opened the packaging. The sweater was a cotton/polyester printed blouse - not even close to a knit or crocheted sweater. Emailed Noracora and they offered a 15% refund that I could use towards the altering of the garment... Was never an issue with the size but a completely different sweater. They warn that shipping it back to China is far too expensive so you should take the 15% refund... well after several emails it is now a 25% refund. This is the worst in mail scams. They have fake websites displaying beautiful clothing but what they send you is garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA! I've uploaded the pictures - see for yourself!
This review will serve as an update: this company, via this site, promised to reship my missing order from July 2020. To date once again Noracora has NOT followed through. It is now mid January 2021 and still nothing!
They are a total scam! Please don't find yourself in my situation. They have stated they are aware the shipment was loss; have refused for months to give me a refund and until I posted here had done nothing. Promised a replacement shipment and apparently are lying about that as well.

Wish I had read reviews before I placed an order. Horrible experience. I emailed their customer service 4 times, the last two times requesting a refund. I got strung along, given shipping details that were bogus. Now I am left trying to get a refund through Paypal. I will be putting in a complaint with State Attorney General's office and contacting companies who sell them advertising on their sites. Horrible!
As an older woman, shopping in stores can be frustrating and annoying: clothing aimed at anyone other than me. This online store has a wide variety of clothing and styles, especially with the different labels, so I always find something I like. My daughter also likes shopping here, as do my friends.
I ordered two items from NoraCora. After 3 weeks I got one item (see pictures). It was the cheapest material and worst sewing I've ever seen and it was 2 sizes smaller than it said it was. There was no return/refund form and the contact link online gives me an error.
I contacted them through PayPal for the other item and got a note saying they are waiting for stock and could I wait and use the top with another outfit. At least that's what I think their broken English meant.
I have opened a claim but don't feel too hopeful about it.
I had recently placed an order for 7 pieces of clothing here. Unfortunately, 5 out of 7 items didn't fit as expected, so I ended up returning them. I had not heard anything because I contacted a representative through the chat option on the website of the page. I had such a smooth and easy experience. The representative who was helping me was quick with his responses and charming to communicate. In less than 10 minutes, she was able to process my return and provide me with a gift card. For that reason alone, I will shop at this boutique more often :)
Every item in my online order here (9 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and of good quality, the shipping was fast (the order arrived 6 days before the estimated date). Unlike other cheap fashion websites that I ordered in the past (the clothes were too small, the fabric was garbage, and the shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad smell of the dye), I am more than satisfied with this online boutique! I wonder why so many reviews say they are bad, I almost regret it after reading them while waiting for my order, but trust me I really had a good experience online :)
Excellent client service. After receiving two dresses that I had ordered for my birthday, I was really happy because my skin did not react to them as it does with other fabrics. Great prices for super cute clothes! I'm always hesitant to order online other than the big dept stores. But these pieces were gorgeous. I'm 5'3 and ordered an XS. Skirt was shown to fall about shin level but on me it falls to the floor. It's okay - I think I like it better as a formal!
