Things were sold out, but I received good service. It took a while to receive my order. But the online representative was alert and helped me thoroughly
I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
Never received order. Only one item out of 20 ordered. Item was cheaply made. Clear material and did not fit. Ordered a larger size on purpose but the item delivered was an XS. Sleeves were extremely small. Still requesting refund but company refuses. Tracking number provided don't exist.
Now they try to intimidate me by telling me package has been sent. Tracking numbers don't exist or say items still in San Francisco. Either way items were never sent and I never got a refund! I stand by my review 100%

I'm very happy that not only did this website solve my problem... but they also understood the urgency of my request and helped me. The staff was very friendly via email. Sometimes it is better not to read negative reviews without giving it a try.
I ordered a "linen-cotton " maxi dress in early April. Didn't arrive for six weeks and was cheap all cotton pillowcase quality, poor fit. NO linen at all. When I tried to return, no response then an offer to refund 10 dollars, as they are in China and it would be too expensive to ship back at my expense! Asked for return info three times since and no response. I am out $50 this company is a scam.

I have lost count of how many times I have placed an order on this website, it is always a smooth transaction and the clothes are always amazing. I highly recommend buying clothes here, especially after shocking experiences I've had elsewhere. 5 stars from me!
Just received my clothes order after waiting weeks. The fabric they use is the worst in the business. I have never seen so thin fabric in my lifetime. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Please don't buy anything, someone is getting rich on the good people that work hard to have enough to spend on a clothing budget. Everything looks good in the pictures on the website but wait until you see what you actually get. The materials no better then rice paper. Hopefully with enough reviews we can shut this site down.
Bought some cotton/poly pants that were thin and stiff to the touch, after waiting over a month for delivery and got no response to my customer service email asking for delivery info as the freight tracking number they gave me was invalid. Came from China.

I have ordered a few times from this boutique, and highly recommend them. They have clothing designs that they often don't sell elsewhere. The website is excellent and has great recommendations. The package arrived quickly, with some samples. So impressed!
No way to get in touch with them. The submit button does not work and they do not reply to *******@noracora.com I tried to cancel order within an hour. Now I am contacting credit card co for a merchant dispute.
Super easy to find what I want. But I would like things that were not yet available to show up in searches. I had trouble finding the zipper cropped jackets that match the reverse loop joggers and I thought you guys had stopped selling them until I realized it was just because they were out of stock. I love the range, but I would love for them to make more shoes and maybe some cute beach hats. The quality is amazing and exceptional, every single thing I have bought feels so luxurious and comfortable.
The website is really easy to follow and order. Provides various clothing options and designs. Item prices are also very reasonable and affordable. Delivery is free when you buy more than $45! Really recommended for those who like shopping online!
The dresses are the best and I have already ordered 3 in total, however, in my last order, it took a little over 2 weeks to arrive. They arrived on time and customer service was helpful in tracking the package. Also very easy to exchange shipping information. If I would recommend them :)
Even with measurements some sizing is not accurate. Some items looms much nicer in the pictures. I tried to unsubscribe from the emails several times (only in Chinese, no English unfortunately). They send way too many emails, daily or more.
Not sure till I see how things fit
I ordered a pair of shoes in April and still hadn't received them as of June 15. They arrived today (6-24-20), only after writing a scathing review. They are poorly made. Every time I try to take them off, the entire sole comes out of the shoe! The size runs large so I don't think I'll ever really wear them. I will never order from NoraCora again. It was a waste of money and energy.

Spectacular online store, I have not received more than an excellent service from this website, my order was handled quickly and efficiently. My follow-up questions about discounts were handled equally well. I can't wait to put on my new dress.
I bought two dresses late at night and they shipped them to me the next day! The shipping lasted a few days, we are both of great quality and they fit perfectly. I have never been more impressed by an online boutique, I will definitely order from them again.
I wish noracora would explain the material on some of the clothing a little better, the Capri pants I received are too thin to wear comfortably. Also you never sent a replacement for shorts that were out of stock. And no refund was issued. But overall I have always been very pleased with what I have received from this company.

This item took5 weeks to get and was nothing like the picture. I paid $32.00 and after much back and forth thru PayPal finally got a $14.00 refund. Most people give up but I could not let the misrepresentation go.
One month ago I ordered 3 items and they still haven't arrived. In fact, one just left China 3 days ago. Noracora ships everything separately from China. The clothing does NOT match the photos on-line. The quality is awful. This has been a Complete waste of time & money!
