First time got on Chat, with Cust Support, Christine. Very nice, attentive, helped in finding why my order was taking so long. She gave me a idea of delivery date. So, a few days later, I decided to go on Chat again to check delivery of merchandise. I think her name was Alice(?) not very nice. She seemed annoyed that I was asking about my order again. ( I had experienced trouble with tracking it, so that’s why I went in Chat)

When I saw the picture of these shoes on the website, I adored them, so I ordered them. Once they arrived the only way I knew these were the shoes I ordered was because the packing slip said so. They don't look REMOTELY close to what was represented on their website. Had the picture been accurate, I would've NEVER purchased them. It is very obvious from the side by side pictures, that the all one color & gold color rivets & chains are NOT AT ALL the same as the portrayed, multi-color/shade, various buckle/belt sizes & SILVER colored rivets & chains. The picture on the website, is CLEARLY NOT the same product as the one I paid for & I received. Very disappointed & now to return them, I'm out shipping cost. Not right that I suffer a loss, because the company chose to false advertise.
Quick and easy I loved most of the items but they were way to tight for me I buy XXXL all the time without any issues but th Us time they ran too small for my tastes I like my clothes a little looser
