Should not take a month to get an order. The rhinestones started to fall off before even wearing the cute sandals.

I was so excited when I did my first purchase and I was afraid because I loved everything I was looking at that I knew I was gong to be the number 1 customer. My first purchase was for 15 items, I went crazy. When I got my bag I was soooo happy …………………. Just to realized the all the pieces that I requested SMALL are in fact marked small …………………………. For A SMALL ELEPHANT!. I contacted this scammers and guess what, this was the answer: -Purchase (except swimwears、bags&accessories and items in final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. " so I can not return them or get my money back. Stay away from these SCAMMERS!, everything looks beautiful so you can be an easy target. Besides the quality of the fabric for the dresses is the most horrible fabric I have ever seen and the t-shirts made of wood are made in China, that cotton will last for 2 washes, after that, tost it, not good anymore, the best cotton comes from Peru, the worse, from China, Thailand, etc.

What do you think would have been helpful to know? When buying for the first time, do not buy more than 2 items, don't go crazy, first, buy 2 items so you will have an idea of their sizes, do not fall for the "20% discount on your first purchase" …… that is what ruined me. They are professionals and that the picture that you see, does not have nothing to do with what you get. If you choose to buy from them, buy XXXS, I am pretty sure if you are a LARGE, you will be fine with their XXXS.

I bought 10 items. 9 came first, the last item was back ordered which there is no alert to the customer that it is out of stock when ordering. Considering all items come from China, the delivery time is to be expected. BUT... 1) I am a small size (5ft 2in, 106lbs) and ALL 10 items were extremely large despite being marked as small. I kept one, Yes- only one shirt for a pajama top and my husband laughed at me when I wore it because he could wear it as a size mens large. 2) Only 2 items out of 10 were the color that were advertised- which was a HUGE disappointment. (halloween black pumpkin hoodie and white/black/red "Jesus" shirt were color correct as advertised). They advertise it as one color- but it's VERY different when you get it- someone must be color blind! The orange coral hoodie was a terrible neon hot pink, the light blue paisley shirt was a very dark lavender, the black/tan/coral stripe zip hoodie was navy/gray/varigated pumpkin orange, black dress was charcoal gray, etc. 3) EVERY item was see through- these items are beyond lightweight, even the sweatshirts! 4) Everything will snag and run easily! Very disappointed in the quality of material used on ALL the peices- the shirts, dresses, sweatshirts, and coats. If you're looking for all cool summer wear- this will work- with a shirt undearneath- because all are see through! Gentle care is needed on all items, which does not work with my busy lifestyle. I gave away all items (except 1) to the Thrift store- because I'm not paying the ridicuously large cost to ship them back to China and then only recieve a 50% credit! Lesson learned.

I kept 1 shirt out of 10 items- (ordered 1 coat, 3 sweatshirts, 1 dress, 4 shirts, 1 earring
Initlally we loved the cute outfits and prices on the NoraCora website and decided to buy about $120 worth of their promited products. The products came is 4 seprate envelopes of a 30 day period and while shipping was supposed to be free, they charges an additional $42 to our credit card. We tried to return most of the items as they did not fit or we did not like te quality of the fabrics.
They refused to accept a return, but did give us a 15% discount if we kept the items. If we did return, they were going to charge us shipping charges. We did not return the items, but they still added a new shipping fee.
The shipping label clearly state the return address being in Ingelwood, CA. But when we communicated with Noracora, they stated that the return would have to go their eturn center located in Guangzhou, China. You have to pay shipping to China, they inspect the items, and then determine if they are going to credit a refund. Dishonest business practice. Shameful.
Horrible customer experience. Terrible quality. Sammed us on shipping in plasic bags. Don't be fooled! Not a good company, product, or value. Whatever you pay, it's tto much!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes- the same shoe and size in colors black and white. Immediately after I paid for the online order I received an email confirmation showing 2 pairs of BLACK shoes instead of one white one black. I immediately (exactly 2 minutes after I received the email confirmation) and told them the order was wrong and I didn't want two pairs of the same shoe in black. I sent a screen shot of my order and order number. I continually received a robo response that had nothing to do with the problem. I sent a total of 15 emails. Then 4 days later, I received an email saying I was too late and the order had shipped. As mentioned, I have indisputable time stamped proof of my order, all the emails I sent and what I'm saying.
