If you are reading the five-star reviews about NoraCora, Annie Cloth, ChicV, or whatever else they're calling themselves, KNOW that these reviews were written by EMPLOYEES of ChicV.
The one-star reviews reflect the experience you will have.
Here's how this works:
1. You see an ad flash up in your news feed with a number of really reasonably priced items that look like closeouts.
2. You purchase a number of things, because -- how can you not? Everything looks nice, and there are no shipping costs!
3. You hit "submit" on your order. You do not get an order confirmation and don't hear anything for weeks.
4. After a few weeks, you start receiving plain white Tyvec envelopes with return addresses written in Chinese characters.
5. The item in these envelopes don't look ANYTHING like what you saw on the website. The fabrics are different. The colors are different. The size isn't the same size as an American size. The items are not as described on the website.
6. You follow the process to try to return the item.
7. You find out that the return policy is -- you have to ship the item back to China, pay for shipping, pay for Chinese customs costs. Each item must be shipped back to the original vendor, so you have to wait two weeks to get the appropriate return label.
8. While you are waiting for the return label, you are dealing with the customer service team, who primarily sends you links to their return policy, which says that you're going to pay to return the items, and everything else I listed in #7 above.
9. You get an offer from the customer service representative for a percentage back. At first, it will be 15%. Hold out for the 25% offer! That comes about a week later.
10. You now own items that you wouldn't buy at Goodwill for $5.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They go by "Noracora", "Annie Cloth", "Fanshionweb International", "ChicV" -- any five star reviews you see are written by the employees of this company, which is an illegal trade practice.

I bought four sweaters for $108. After one month, only one had shown up. The beautiful coffee colored Nordic sweater I thought I was buying actually turned out to be this polyester "weirdage" thing that I don't even feel right about donating to the Salvation Army. (See attached photos.) The next item arrived about a week later. This looked more like what was originally advertised, but it was of very low quality and had numerous pulls and frayed sections. The "customer service process" is an exercise in complete frustration.
