I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
The photos of the clothing looks beautiful, but when you get the items they don't look anything like the photo and they hardly fit. The clothing is completely ill fitting, a size XL doesn't even fit a very small person. One blouse I ordered was supposed to come to the hip…. Instead it hung down to my knees!……and the sleeves were soooo tight it felt like a tightened blood pressure cup! This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF and I would never ever order from them again. They tell you to keep that ill fitting crap and they offer you a 15% refund because the items come from China and it's too expensive to try to return them there. Even though the return address is here in America. I will tell everyone I know NOT TO EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM NORACORA! You people are a JOKE and your clothing is not even fit for a DOG! I wouldn't even give a ONE STAR RATING because even ONE STAR is waaayyyyy too high of a rating for this crap you are selling to and misleading people! NORACORA, you should be ashamed of yourselves and your company should be blackballed and SHUT DOWN!

Today I just received my second order from this online boutique, so far I have bought 8 dresses and I have no complaints!

Buyer beware! Wish I could give no stars.
First, I have never written a negative review about anything... ever! But I feel I have to warn people about the refund policy at NoraNora.
I ordered quite a few blouses and tops after reading positive reviews of their clothes. The clothes, for the most part, were as advertised. However, the clothes all had very narrow arms for me so I began the process of returning them.
That is when things fell apart.
My first three attempts at emailing them for return approval were ignored. On my fourth email I got a rather terse response stating they had already responded and for me to check my email more carefully. The tone of the email was unnecessary and unprofessional. I am a certified computer tech person and am completely comfortable with checking email, spam folders, etc. I triple-checked again but never received a prior response.
But then the shocking part. I could return the items, paying my own shipping which I already knew and expected, but I would only get 20% back. What? 20% plus paying shipping?! I have never heard of such a low refund policy. The clothes were completely unused and in perfect condition. I double-checked their refund policy and nowhere does it say they would only pay 20% of what I paid for the items. In fact their refund policy is very positive about how easy returns are. They made it clear the customer would pay for shipping and which items would and wouldn't be accepted for refunds. Nowhere did it say there would be an 80% restocking fee or any mention of only getting 20% back.
But NoraNora had another offer... I could keep the items and then receive 25%. This was supposed to make me satisfied. Uhhhhhh... no... it does not. I will accept that offer as I feel I have no other choice. I will donate my clothes to our local food bank to dispense to those in need. I feel cornered and scammed!
Buyer beware. If you have problems with buying clothes that fit you properly, don't buy from NoraNora as you will be ripped off if you need to return anything.

Beware refunds are only 20% of what your purchased, plus you have to pay shipping back to China.

I asked for a nice short skirt, So far I liked it, even though it was a little small size, I would like it to be a little more loose

Good price on clothing, I enjoyed shopping, long wait for my stuff and disapointed when I recieved my clothes.
The clothing on the web sites loooook wonderfully wearable, I checked the size, length and material.
The clothes I chose were cotton, or with a cotton blend, I checked the SIZE and LENGTH. The tee shirts I ordered were supposed to be a longer length, maybe 2 or 3 out of about 10 were the right length, the blouses were worst. SIZES AND LENGTH VERY INCONSISTANT. I won't buy your cloths again. I'M HIGHLY DISAPOINTED.

Shopping on the Website was Easy, Shipping and arrival time was late and majority of the garments/shoes and accessories didn't fit.
