October 13-15,2021, I spent convincing their customer service via email, I needed the shipping label to return 9 of the 11 tops that were 2-3 sizes too small, (one of them I ordered then removed prior to submitting order), quality of some similiar to a kids junk party store. Their offer was 25% off over sending all back, but "Laura" made reference only to the one top I said was too small (xsmall), I order 2 sized up due to my bust size. When I emailed if 25% would be off all the tops I needed to return, I got an email to use the shipping label. If I thought for a second, the returned items would be there within their 15-DAY return policy, I would return them. Realistically, it took close to three days just to receive the shipping label. Two items arrived days after the initial package arrived. Their email stated:
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).
And oh, here is where shipping label goes to "Nansha district, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China ******* Tele: *******702.
The 15% off offer was changed to 25%, but appeared to be only for one item. Only 2 of the 11 tops fit and I used their size chart for EACH item I purchased. I have to sell them myself or likely lose both the merchandise in their return process and my money. Another top arrived last night, it is 2-3 sizes too small too. This one was the best made of them all, cute inscription, But cannot wear it! I tried removing my email from NoraCora too, THERE IS NO OPTIONS TO DO THIS EITHER! You can sign on, send your money but you can rest assured you'll lose and you cannot leave!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use Lilicloth nor Noracora. Good luck getting your name off their email list.

I kept 2 bracelets, 2 tops out of 11 tops. A total of 14 items ordered. They have a 15-day return policy and it likely will take 30-60 days for them to get to Guangdong, China let alone make it to their return department in time. All I can do for a respectable recovery is try selling on Craigs list.

NoraCora.com is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had! The clothes looked very pretty and figure-flattering on the website, but when I received the 5 tops I ordered, they were enormous and fit like potato sacks. They were not tapered at the waistline, like in the photos on their website. The necklace I received was so cheaply made, I wouldn't even give it to a child. But that's not even the worst part. My attempt at a return and refund has been a 6 month ordeal.
On September 3,2022 I ordered $99.99 worth of clothes so I would get free shipping. I received some items on September 15th and the remaining items on October 2nd. I decided to keep 1 baggy top to wear around the house, and to return the other 4.
When I contacted them to request a return shipping label, they informed me I would have to return the items to Guangzhou, China and pay for shipping and customs fees which could be very expensive, so they offered me a 15% refund. I said NO. They then offered me a 25% refund. I still said NO. So, they emailed me the return shipping label.
On October 14,2022 I paid USPS $44.75 in shipping and customs fees to return the items and for the last 6 months I have been tracking the package. The package arrived in Beijing China on Oct 22nd and made its way to Guangzhou on November 5th where it was "Held in Customs". It remained in this "Held in Customs" status in Guangzhou for months. As of Feb 25,2023 - the last time I checked the USPS tracking online – it said "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment", which didn't make any sense to me.
Now, on April 12,2023 I received the package in MY mailbox in Arizona with "Overdue Customs Declaration" stamped on it. I'm not sure exactly what that means, other than that now, 6 months later and $145 wasted, I am stuck with ugly, cheap, potato sack clothing that I don't want. I will never do business with this company again!

However, this address has been used by lots of scam sites such as Noracora, HeyCheers, Osinskistore, JacobiWorld, AbernathyAbernathy, Schowalterschowalter and so on. So, it is clear that these multiple scam sites are running and operating by the same cybercriminal.
Their actual company is; CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED... Check your banking institution and put an immediate stop on all payments.
Biggest scam. Cheap substitutes that don't even resemble the pictures. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Something is not right about this merchant. I placed a large order (HBPT*******) in July and on 8/19 I received a a package (HBPT *******) containing clothes I did not order, in sizes that are too big for me. Immediately, I e-mailed the company customer service (*******@norcorcora.com) to request authorization for return and for a return address.

They basically discourage returning by saying they are located in China, customer is to pay for the fee and custom charge, and stall on the return process in hope of pasting the 15 days deadline they imposed for refund.
I then received the order matching with my order number HBPT******* two days later. The items do not match in looks nor quality shown on the website. I am requesting return "authorization" and address. I will report once they respond.
