Don't bother ordering anything from this company you will never receive it. They are based in China and have no customer service or phone number to respond to consumer concerns. All they are good at is charging your credit card quickly, and then they are done with you!

I waited over a month for my items. When they arrived they were sealed in plastic wrap and wreaked of chemicals. The fabrics are not linen as advertised. They were so cheap looking and ugly. On trying to return them, the company said that since they are coming from China, shipping costs would be costly for me and they could offer me a 15% cash refund for them. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

I needed some clothing for an upcoming tropical vacation and didn't want to spend a fortune. Noracora was a perfect option. Shipping was fantastic. Some clothing fit alright. Others were way too big and needed some alteration. Only one dress was completely disappointing as the color was supposed to be navy however it is a washed out grey and is far bigger than the sizing suggested. However all in all I am pleased with the products as you get what you pay for!

I read horrible reviews about Noracora, about deliveries never coming, about the clothes being terrible quality. I didn't order because of that but finally took a chance after a year wondering & am So Glad. I've ordered two times had no problems whatsoever. My first was from the U.S. & came in a few days, the second from China & took about 8 days. The quality isn't ''horrendous' as reviews state, it's a bit better than the quality of H&M stores.
I was having a bad day and then realized I had to you the chat, no phone calls, so being impatient, I gave up. But the clothes are often awesome when I get them. Sometimes end up giving a few to friends, who are always delighted. You have to keep in mind that your computer doesn't always give accurate representation. I also sometimes find that the shipping costs, I'm in the US, make the items on sale no longer a bargain.

I made an online purchase here after seeing the sweater available in a photo on your website The checkout process was straightforward, grateful for the 10% discount on the first order and free shipping. The reviews attached to the clothes give a good idea of what it will look like in reality. I am looking forward to receiving my sweater!
While I did have a few minor issues with my order, I love the dress and it fits great. The moment I posted a negative review I was immediately contacted by Noracora and was offered a very competent resolution. If they hold true this will definitely be redone with a much better review.

While my clothing didn’t have tags the service reps helped me with any issues I came across. There is a longer wait on delivery but the products are so cute it’s completely worth it and you CAN pay extra to get your order faster.

First and most importantly, there should be a customer service phone number where consumers can get questions answered. However I did place an order as I do like your fashions, but I am uneasy because websites with no customer service reps have questionable practices as far as returns and ordered merchandise! I can only hope I don't have those problems.

I ordered items back in November 2019. Didn't receive items until after Christmas and into January. I was VERY unhappy with the quality and wanted to return crap. Shipped items back via USPS and cost over $40. I have been consistently emailing "customer service " (what a joke!) and receive the same standard generic email from them stating they have not received my items so they will not issue a refund. I have provided the tracking number and they still claim they did not received items. I have been dealing with this company for over 7 months trying to get a refund of over $100. I can't believe that I fell for this company! Save yourself the hassle & frustration by not ordering anything from Nora Cora. I wish I would have done my homework! I would give it ZERO STARS if possible. Is the worst experience I've ever had with a "company"!

The 3/4 length pants hit me below my ankles. The shirts had low quality fabrics.
The only thing I liked was the free headband and a $2. Sink strainer that I took to a clay studio to use that didn't work in the home kitchen sink. The shoes were a poor quality of leather.

I ordered one midi dress in April. By June 1st it had not arrived. I contacted the company and they send me a policy statement. There has been no further followup despite numerous attempts to track the package. It is the end of June and no dress and no refund. I am glad I did not buy anything more. I will have to accept that they do not plan to refund or get another dress to me assuming it has been lost somewhere. There is no further communication. I would not trust this company. It appears if you order something you have at best a 50-50 chance of ever getting it.
