I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

Got text message with discount code, however couldn't find box to enter, so lost my discount.
Didn't get explanation as to why, for both orders, the items were shipped separately and arrival times differered by over a week.
Came up on my tablet and products were very attractive, so I decided to try.
Wanted to try and see if goods were as advertised.
Feeling pressured to complete purchase. I have tried numerous times to download app and very difficult and still not able. Too much follow up emails/reminders to complete transactions. Doesn't show total due until payment information is provided, leaving little or no chance to cancel order.

Some of the products look great online, but the quality and colors are different once recd.

I looked for reviews and only found positive reviews so I thought it would be okay. AFTER OVER A WEEK OF NOT GETTING ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION, I did some digging and found out the parent name and holy hell did I see an eyeful of problems. According to their website, if the item has not shipped, they will cancel with a 15% fee. Whatever. So I contacted them bc my order was showing as not shipped. Wow, come to find out that it actually HAD shipped (no not really but they claim it did so they didn't have to cancel the order). Not all of the items shipped so I told them to cancel those items. They eventually did. So it took another 2 weeks to get what I knew would be really crappy quality, smelly clothes from China. Guess what, they came yesterday and this place did not disappoint. Cheap materials, a bunch of the items smell absolutely horrid, colors that are NOTHING like the images on the website. I am not paying for any of this garbage. I don't care if I have to pay to send it back to China, I don't want this crap. Even Goodwill probably wouldn't take it. Save your money and learn from my misfortune. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Oh, if one of the reasons listed for why you want to return an item is "a bad odor" you SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
I have already notified my credit card company and if this fraudulent company refuses to return these items (I initiated the return within 15 minutes of getting the package and their policy clearly states you have 15 days from the receipt date NOT the date of shipping) then I will let Capital One deal with them and they will be out their money. Not mine.
As I am trying to leave this review, it is asking me for proof of my order (confirmation email). I told you that I didn't get one. That should be proof enough. I gave you my order number.

Unique styles, I enjoy seeing the new styles and am pleased to see that the majority are my style.
They did not try to contact me through the email I supplied. I see no contact on Sitejabber either.

I paid NORACORA over $130 for clothes and received them but when I asked about returning 1 item out of of 5 that I ordered as it did not fit, they insisted they did not get the order.
They refused assistance and I even sent them (as they asked) photos of the order information from my Paypal site and photos of the items and all shipping labels. They refused to acknowledge they even sold me anything. YOU CANT FIND AN ORDER # it is all in Chinese!
They are a rippoff!

Not 1 item is as described. Shoes are a different size, bra would not fit a baby doll, etc.
