I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

I have asked 3 times for directions on how to return the items and I only get emails trying to convince to to keep them. I want a refund but I have no idea how to get one because the company refuses to provide instructions on how to obtain one.
