I can't believe I fell for this- ordered lovely linen pants and got transparent cotton and polyester with bad seams. The one time I didn't look at reviews! Stay away! When I tried to ask about returns, they said they are in China and it is international shipping and there may be customs fees. They will give me 15 percent of the cost in cash instead to "alter the cloth" if there was a sizing issue (!?) Let my mistake be a lesson- don't do it!

The good reviews are fake. My cousin and I placed a large order none I mean none of the items were as described or looked liked the pics. Then ur stuck with the product cause you also have to pay for return shipping, and within 15 days. I'm telling everyone buyer beware.

The first photo shows what they sent, not what I ordered! Completely junky, no-one-would-be-caught-dead-in-it, Not-a-speck-of-cotton-in-it, dress! There are only two reviews on their website, and you cant leave a review! In order to leave a review, you have to provide your order number; when you enter that number, an auto-response pops up with "you dont have any orders". They show beautiful cotton and cotton-blend clothing, yet what they send is not as pictured! The pictured replacement dress was the most expensive at $36.48. I have tried contacting them and they just send an auto-reply listing what you need to do to return an item. This place is totally fraudulent. Check out the better business bureau complaints! This online site's ads need to be removed, along with its website! If people were able to leave reviews, noone would make purchases.

Nora Cora clothing web site is one of many I will never buy from again. Web site looks really nice. Great pictures. When the product comes it looks and feels like it came from the dollar store. Takes two months for delivery and returns are at your cost for shipping back overseas along with custom fees. Fabric is so thin. No darts are in the dresses. Sizing is irregular. Heads up when shopping these websites.

This company advertises ‘easy returns and refunds'. When several items in my recent order did not fit, I followed their instructions and emailed customer service. I received a polite response from a Ms. Christine Wu, who informed me that their return center was not in San Francisco where the clothes were shipped from, but rather, in China. She further indicated that shipping to China can be very expensive so she suggested I keep the items and they would refund me 15% of my purchase price. Ridiculous

I wish I could have given -5 for my review score!
The clothes are very cheaply made of cheap material and you'll end up losing your money since the customer is responsible for costs in returning the item to China! Stay away!

Items are not as they appear in pictures. Excitedly placed an order for 7 items and every one of those items came back to me cheaply made. Cheap, thin fabric and not even a decent quality sweatshirt or sweater like material. You can clearly see in the photos that the fabric is of thin t-shirt quality vs catalog photos. It is definitely true that you get what you pay for. Disappointed because I thought this was going to be a retailer I could love with such cute items presented. The wool was definitely pulled over my eyes. Lesson learned and unfortunately I will no longer be a customer or purchase from this retailer again

RIPPED OFF. Placed and keep emailing yet still the same BS. Be patient. Or it takes time. My favorite is the tracking info is slow to update. Still no order and I know sometimes shipping gets slowed down but really. 20 days and counting from California.

Buyer beware! This company's return center is in China, so if your need to return an item, the cost is prohibitive. The company sent the wrong size, and would only
Credit me 15% if I opted not to return. Or, they suggested I have to item altered, which would have cost more than I paid for it!
The material of this blouse also felt like thin paper. I will never order from them again! I should have read other reviews about the horrible quality of the clothing, and their ridiculous return policy.
9/28/21. Update…after many emails, and offers of increasing refund amounts, ending in 50% additional, BUT only after I either deleted my poor review, or changed it to 4 stars! I have accepted their last offer, but In all good conscience, I cannot give them 4 stars, so I'm sure they won't refund anything more. I'm completely disgusted with this company!
I would caution everyone to never order from Noracora!

Tip for consumers:
Return center is in China! No free returns! No guarantee you’d ever receive your refund, even if you opted to pay postage to China! Read other poor reviews!
Continuous reports of poor quality, horrible return policy, and sizing unreliable.
They certainly don’t like poor review, and will eventually offer higher refund amounts, to be received ONLY after you remove review, or give them 4 stars!
This is very poor business practice, and most likely illegal.

I was attracted to the site by the nice looking ladies tops. I bought two as a starter order October 4,22. Unfortunately the sizing surprisingly is way too large, I now see that in other reviews. You must pay to ship returns back to mainland China, alternately they offer a 15% cash refund. EH

I thought I would save some money and buy a certain sweater from Noracora. The picture was identical to other sites, but it was not what they sent me. It is stiff, much smaller cable knit but I don't feel too bad now that PayPal reversed the charge. It apparently fit their fraud profile.

Avoid unless you are okay with a knock off product and not the one I picture.

This is a scam! Furious with myself for not researching before purchasing. Got half the order which was cheap and not as pictured. Very difficult to communicate with these scammers. Had to jump through a lot of hoops with PayPal but FINALLY got all my money back. They count on people getting frustrated and letting it go. DON'T! They are getting rich off us! It's a pain but feels so good to have this resolved and they didn't win.

Tip for consumers:
SCAM! STAY AWAY! Clothes advertised look cute and well priced. They are using pictures stolen from real websites. Horrible quality. Zero customer service. Very difficult to return and get your money. They will offer you a discount to keep it. Nothing good about this Chinese company that is dishonest at every turn.

I have never dealt with such a terrible company in my life. First of all, they don't announce that they are in China. Then they took forever to send half of my things. The things I did get were so poorly manufactured that I pretty much had to give them away. The shoes were falling apart after the first use and the dress was not the color on the catalog. Everything really was horrible. Don't waste your money! I can't believe it has positive reviews. They must have their employees sitting around all day writing these because they can't be true.

Not at all what was pictured. Cheap knock offs.
Sizes are not what we are use to in the US.

Took a month to get here. No 10 to 15 day shipping like the website and my order say.

Very unhappy, will never buy from here again. I'd ask for a refund, but after reading more reviews and contacting them to get tracking updates. It will mos likely be more lip service.

The fabric was shiny and mostly man-made material rather than a nice quality cotton blend. The pictures in the ads look as though the clothing has some sort of form to them but it's straight up and down and does not flow on the body. Very boxy and not flattering. The fabric reminds me of the kind of stuff used to make Halloween costumes for children. I ordered over $250 worth of clothing and I'm returning every single piece. Returns are not easy or quick or cheap.

I ordered $175 worth of items from Noracora. All of them were made from inferior materials. I was particularly disappointed in the sweater I ordered which turned out to be a printed shirt. I reached out to the company for returns but I would have to pay for shipping back to China. It also would have to be returned within a 15 day window. Since it took almost a month to get to me I think it's unlikely. They delay your return further by counter offering a refund less than 100%. My refund is for 40%. I would have given them 0 stars if it was an option. Do not waste your time or money. Just go yo the dollar store. Same quality and much faster.

Bad fit and fabric, not accurately described or photographed, bad return policy (you have to pay freight to China, and possibly customs), 15% penalty for return. I have become used to online sellers being more transparent and responsive... this is like the old days of blind mail order. And they took forever to come. I took the 25% refund in lieu of shipping back the return, as it was pretty much a break-even, but learned my lesson.

Do not order from this company or any other company with the same merchandise. Terrible quality merchandise in both size and appearance, bad return policies, lousy delivery service, absolutely NO customer service ethic. Nothing like what you believe the company represents. Wish I knew who to report them to. If you read a positive review it probably came from a scared company owner.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered $100 worth of clothes. Their small size is HUGE. They say 30 day return policy but then they email you that their return center is located in China and it would cost too much money to return and offer a 30% discount on next order! Will never order from here again. Donating the clothes to good will.

Noracora is indeed a scam. If you look at the positive reviews they are all without a picture. This leads me to believe they are from the store covering as a customer. I ordered over $200 worth of items. Only one fit, 5 other items have not been delivered. USAA is a bank for the military and its dependents. They will be informed of this store and the fraudulent acts to customers. I will demand a full refund. The clothes do not fit properly and are cheaply made. There are ads on Facebook which is how I found out about them so I will be contacting FB and Google advertising since I also use them for my business. It's time to stop complaining and start acting!

Please do not order from this company. I can't get them to answer and the positive feedback here is probably from the representatives of the company. I am contemplating contacting the fraud department if I do not receive a refund.

My order had 12 items, I received half and only one item was sized correctly. Once this company sends partial shipment, they stop responding but keep your money. They have not responded to my request for a refund. they should be shut down.

I ordered 4 items from this website and it took three months for Complete order to arrive. Each article is completely different to what it looks like in the pictures on the web. Last to arrive was a cardigan that was supposed to be cotton. It is a polar fleece cardigan! Not even the same colour. It's quite simply, disgusting. Linen pants ordered were polyester and the sized all wrong. The waist band came to just under my bust but was really tight. The dress I ordered had no darts, no shape, looked different to the picture and was too long. Do not buy from this company! It's dodgy.

Unfortunately, this is exactly what it looks like TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I ordered 9 items. 3 showed up - 2 pieces of jewelry and a jacket. The jacket was more like a table cloth cut into the shape of a jacket. One piece of jewelry was an anklet and the clasp broke while trying it on. The other items never arrived even after 30+ days since my card was charged. I was forced to re-shop for the holidays and birthday involved. The return policies are a joke so you'll have to rely on your credit card refund policy instead.

There are far better online locations to shop so just stay away from this one.

They are horrible. They give you 15 days to make returns but don't respond to your request to return until after that date if at all. In addition you have to pay to ship it back which isn't worth it. They are not true to size ( extremely small) and inferior fabric. So I've donated the multiple pieces I ordered. I order on-line all the time but made a huge mistake trusting this company.

Don't shop here! NoraCora sells poorly made & ill-fitting items and makes returning nearly impossible. NoraCora advertises 30 day return policy. But ONLY if.
A. customer pays $35-$80 shipping of return item to Guangzhou China. B. Customer gets "permission" from company to request to begin a return with 30 days of receipt. C. Although items are shipped from NYC, returns Must be mailed to China Finally. Company offers to retain 85% and offers to pay 15% cash to disgruntled clients. No stars is proper rating, but is not a rate option.

I ordered without realizing that good cane from China (my mistake). Items came and easy smaller than expected, maybe three sizes smaller. So I wanted to return them, sent the emails before they even responded. They offered 25% refund if I agreed to keep the items and then reluctantly email return address as I refused to keep clothes. Mailed items in early Sept and today Jan 27,2020 they arrived back. I have since learned that they just refuse package. So I paid $150 on clothes then $60 on postage =$210 out of pocket!
