I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

My first delivery arrived earlier than I expected. It's a great website, it has reasonable prices on almost all clothes. I did my best not to overspend. I bought so many hats my black hair grew quarantined and I don't want to bleach again:=)

Horrible quality of shoes! I paid like $50 for these cheap shoes and they arrived in terrible shape! It took a month for the shoes to get to me! Horrible service... NO customer service! I have sent numerous emails letting them know about the shoes and no one will answer my messages. The WORSE company!

This morning my purchase arrived, there are 3 pairs of pendants. They are as expected. Very beautiful, its combination is very easy. The price is very good, in any store they are worth much more because I have checked it on other similar earrings.

The clothing I ordered was completely different than what was shown in the pictures and the order was partially sent. I asked them to stop the rest of the shipment. After several emails I still have not received a reply from the company. That was 2 months ago!
I would never risk working with Nora Cora and pray you will not be taken advantage of like I was.
I think its terrible Google allows these advertisements on the web for people to be taken advantage of.

The clothes are not what they appear in pictures. The material is poor quality. One of the tops I received was full holes. I've been trying to get information on how to handle my problems, 4 emails later and they say I can ship them back at my cost but there could be substantial cost due to they have to be sent to China. They did say if I wanted to go a different way I could keep items and they would credit my account 15% of what I paid and use that to alter clothing... what? I am definitely never ordering from them again. Oh they did say they would like to send me another of the items that was damaged... not sure if they would charge me.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. Clearly, English is not the first language of the live chat support. I have been trying to get a return label to return my entire purchase since April 24. I finally got it today. Although the purchase was shipped from Queens, NY, I am expected to pay to return it to China. They did offer me a 15% discount to change my mind about returning the purchase. If it does not fit, what is the point of the discount. I will never order from a company based in China again. Poor quality, horrible customer service, and deceptive return policy.

I ordered 3 blouses, each one arrived 3 sizes too big and 2 were not the color I ordered. I emailed that I would return all 3 items and was told I would have to pay shipping costs back to China (even though clothes were shipped from the state I live in) + customs fees. I was offered a 15% refund instead- which i accepted. Of course, I never received the refund on my paypal account. I donated the blouses to a thrift shop.
Will not be ordering from them again.

While I thought the NoraCora catalog was exceptional, I was extremely disappointed in what arrived after ordering 5 items. A purse turned out to be a pouch@ $35. I then ordered 4 clothing items on November 6,2019 and to date (2020) I have only received 2 items of which were of very poor quality, nothing as indicated in the catalog. I am still waiting on the last two items of which will probably never arrive.
Clothing items come from China probably the cause of the delays and difficulty with returns.

I ordered from NoraCora, approximately $41 worth of products... they charged me $31 in shipping. I cancelled with in 3 minutes and the site stated my items have been shipped. LIES! I tried to call and email them and they stated they could not help me, because the items have shipped. I told them that this conversation is less than 10 minutes, since I've hit order. They refused to help with the cancellation of my order. I explained that it's impossible to have shipped within 10 minutes. Again, they still refused to help me. I had to wait for the products, then contact them with instructions. I waited 3 weeks and contacted them the same day I received my package... Again, they were unable to assist with any refund because it is a FINAL item. Please be aware of your shipping cost on all sale items. My items was cheaply made and doesn't fit... I'm horribly disappointed with this company and will never order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT buy from NoraCora....they are a RIP-OFF company. They're LIARS and stated my items shipped from CHINA with 3 mins of my order was placed, and refuse to cancel it. The shipping cost is astronomical $$$$$$. Products are cheaply made and horrible customer service. I'll never order from them again. Please be WARN!!!!

I did not most of the items...I was unable to return, due to being a final sale. I electronically try to cancel my order with NoraCora, but they said my item was shipped. I called NoraCora within 10 mins and they said the can not cancel my order, because it was shipped. Now, I have 3 items that does not fit and I can not return for a refund. This is a RIP-OFF company...Extremely horrible customer services and LIARs. I told them that they could of cancelled my order, but they refused me.

The size small is too big, Horrible return process. Took multiple emails just to get the information I needed to return everything and you have to get and pay for your own and THEN they only gave me back 60% of what I paid. I'm never ordering from them again. Everyone's shopping online now so your return policy is ridiculous and outdated.

My order was short-shipped a blazer and a dress that I have already been charged for. I received an email that they were on their way and merchandise was shipped separately for reason unknown and I have not yet received my 2 pieces of merchandise! Takes too long to receive your products. Sadly very disappointed. Hoping this company fixes the problem soon.

It's rare to find a website with which you have such a positive experience. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. Using this website has always been easy, applying a coupon code to an order has also been handled quickly and courteously. The free returns are amazing. I am very happy with this page and I think many online stores could learn a thing or two!

I love! The website is easy to use! There is always a discount code to use and there are things for sale often! I wish they could restock some items faster because I want to buy more! The quality is usually really good! My only concern is that the steps of some dresses and blouses may be too long but they are easily arranged and with certain garments that have very thin straps, the strap may fall off!

I had trouble with the website and order but thought I had straightened it out. But when I received my clothes, they were not as described. The materials were poor and the dresses were so long that they dragged on the floor. I don't think anyone under 6 feet tall wearing 6 inch heels could were these clothes. I will donate them to charity. Maybe someone can either use or recycle them. I will never order from this company again!

Everything is very affordable, as well as shipping! There are some really inspiring and wonderful apparel that I can't shake off! I bought a very nice belt that looks great with some of my outfits and it came very fast! The store also offers a variety of different things that I will have a hard time convincing myself not to buy! I recommend to all my friends, one of whom has already bought a shirt! Very good experience with the site! :)

Ordered 3 items that looked adorable on the website. Two months later, received two of the items. Cheap, cheap quality - dress ordered was like taking a kid's Halloween costume out of a package. Colors and sizes were off too. Received the third item two weeks later. Pretty color; awful quality. Went to return everything and was offered a 15% refund instead of going through the hassle of shipping back TO CHINA. We'll see if I really get a 15% refund. Stay away from Noracora!

Noracora doesn't care if you are satisfied, they don't about you as a customer at all. We returned items and have not received any sort of any refund and it's been two weeks. When contacted they just ask for all the same information they already received from us and still no answer. Thieves is what they are and their product are trash.

This site has cheap folding in accurate descriptions low quality terrible customer service and basically no return policy that is worthwhile. You're taking a great risk shopping on this site. I would never recommend it and wished I never ventured!
