I contacted customer service because the shipment was talking so long, but I was sent an email that it was on the way, as if it would arrive any day, but it took much longer. The agent told me to wait a few more days, and repeated what I already knew about tracking the shipment. Then, I received another email that it was arriving soon, but it still took a while.
