I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
I will definitely order from this website clothes again! The shirt is exactly as shown on the site. It took a few days from when it was ordered until it was delivered. To measure my measurements were about 16, so I asked and it will have to be fenced. Make sure to measure yourself before, this one is perfect for me, it is well finished, the fabric is also a luxurious feeling, I am satisfied.
I ordered 3 items on 5/26/20 and as of today 7/16/20 I have not received anything. I have reached out to the company to request an update and later to request a refund and still I am getting no where. They have bogus tracking numbers and no live customer service department. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money with them.
I bought a jumpsuit from this boutique, I received it in 2 weeks but unfortunately it was too big and needed a small one, so I emailed their returns section to get a response to resolve my issue! My new monkey is on the way! I can't say enough how fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable this online boutique was. I have bought some items from the site and am always satisfied with the service and product.
I ordered from Noracora in March of 2020. I never received the merchandise I ordered even though it came out of my account. After numerous efforts, I finally received a refund, 5 months later. The customer service is horrible and they kept saying they had no record of delivery, but refused to refund. I would never order anything from this company again!

On the web site I was lead to believe I could return items. This is not really true. I tried and they said you have to return to China at great expense. They did give me a discount and credited me but some of the items don't fit properly or don't look like the picture. I would never order from them again.
I'm very nervous this won't be shipped or returnable if necessary. Fingers crossed.
Wrong item shipped, they were willing to accept return but return shipping was $27.00. The sweater was $33. Offer 25% of price if I kept the sweater.
The second order, purchased the same day has not yet arrived. It has been 5 weeks from the order date. Never order again, and will not recommend to my friends

I liked the selection but the code I was given didn't work and none of the "of you it this many you get % off the next item". Then I got my order. The quality was terrible and absolutely nothing fit or looked as described other than one thing. I asked about returns and they make you pay the shipping back to China
Terrible return policy. They said they are going to reimburse me 30% of my order but I’ve yet to see it.

Ignore the shipping dates... my order took 2 months for one of the five garments to arrive.
Then 2 weeks later another... I tried going thru PayPal for a refund but that would have required returning the two received items costing 65 dollars to return them to this Chinese company... the company said they would refund the money if I dropped the PayPal dispute... liars... I haven't seen a return or my order.

I have had my comfy leather jacket on this website for some years. It is like new, which is a great color to mix with any of my clothes. I can wear it with black pants or go casual with jeans. I always get feedback when I wear it and it's a timeless piece. I also wear the many dresses bought here!

The dress looks great on me and I was concerned that most of the long dresses I buy online are too long. I can wear flats with this and it's perfect for summer. You should be modest when sitting to avoid showing too much, as the slit is high and seems to rise a bit when sitting.
I ordered 2 XL shorts. They were labeled XL, however their measurements were more in line with a size 6. In addition 1 pair was not sewn together well and the waistband was detached in one area. I am currently trying to resolve the matter with Noracora. Their return policy does not accommodate errors on their part.
I’m still waiting for them to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. They were going to give me a credit for the cost of the mis sized shorts. However I haven’t received it or heard back from them since last week.

I have already bought twice and will buy again: D The first order was for 3 dresses that are beautiful. While they don't fit as well as they do on the website, I can tell you it's only because I'm shorter and heavier than the models they wear. I wore one of the dresses for a dance!

These clothes look cute but be prepared to wait at least 5 weeks before you get the first email of when it will arrive, followed by 3 others with different dates. Company is out of China, says it accepts returns, but when you follow their instructions they actually DON'T take returns, so you are stuck with your purchase. Terrible company, horrible service, STILL waiting for my partial shipment after 5 weeks. Unreal.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - NORCORA. You cannot return anything and they are based in China so you can’t contact them and shipping is minimum 5 weeks. Ridiculous.

I love all my dresses bought here! They are so affordable, but the quality is so good that it makes me feel like I have such a luxurious wardrobe. I recommend them to all my friends especially thanks to the great internet service. Your delivery is fast, but your email responses are even faster! Thank you girls!
There are many styles unique patterns/ designs to choose from. The 'ONLY' thing I would ask, is to include size Xtra Small. (2-4). Size six is overall too large. I put another top under my beautiful field of flowers top, to help with the larger fitting. That's why the four stars. Selections, I would give FIVE stars.
The initial shopping experience is very easy. However, it can be a surprise when you see the charge come through all in Chinese and with a completely different name as the charge company. But, do not overreact. If you have a return, be certain to follow the directions and timing carefully and returns will be no problem.

I order shoes and they arrived damage (what looks like a burn hole) and look nothing like the picture. I paid close to 50$ and they offered me a 11$ refund. If I want to return them I have to pay fees to do so. I would never recommend this website nor would i ever purchase from them again.

Return policy not very clear web site. Nothing fit but was given the idea that the overseas return costs may be more that I would want to hassle with so was given the 15% cash refund instead which I chose, receiving $10.00 for an $$$80.00 order. If I would have known from the beginning the extent of the return policy issue I would not have placed an order. It took over a month to receive the order also. Usually orders come within 2 weeks. Will never order from this company again. Not worth the money for the product.

My wife recently purchased a dress from these crooks. They specified that it was made of cotton. When it arrived it was made of man made fiber. On asking for a refund they insisted that we ship the dress back to China at our own expense before issuing a refund - The cost of shipping would have wiped out the refund. These people know that you wont bother to go to the trouble and expense of returning your item and so get away with lying then taking no responsibility. Buyer beware!

I had an issue where my email was stolen and it was a birthday present, the staff at this boutique helped me every step of the way even though it was not their responsibility. I have always had excellent service from them.
I ordered five dresses from NoraCora. Three fit fine and two didn't. I tried to return them, but they told me I would have to pay return shipping to China which was very expensive. They suggested I take a 15% credit instead. I would've gotten a $4 refund. They also don't take returns on earrings. One pair of earrings I ordered was not possible to wear. My holes would've been stretched out terribly. They wouldn't allow me to return them. I'm very disappointed. Not worth ordering from them to begin with.
