I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
This website was, frankly, one of the best I've ever asked for. I have never had such a great experience with a deal that I wrote down. The best thing by far was their customer support, who was available to answer all my emails regarding the item itself and the shipping methods they had available to me. If you are nervous about ordering from this site, I urge you to put those feelings aside, as it is a great online boutique! There was a very simple process from the moment I paid for the item to the moment I received it. Overall, I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price this website goes beyond what I honestly think is hard to come by these days.
I placed my order on May 18,2020 received an email on May 31 that my order had been filled. When I tried to track the order I could only get info from it being posted on 6/5/20 to it arriving in CA on 6/28. My email inquiries were politely answered by continually asking for more info which had already been included and being answered with "it's in the mail" be patient. It is now over 3 months later and they say they can't give me a refund for items not received. This is unacceptable.

Still out my $200 plus another $75 for shipping back to China. The said they would give me back 1/2 my refund. IF I change my bad review. This is from 9/2020. My return is still stuck in customs. Now it's 4/2021. Still no refund even though I followed the very detailed return instructions to the letter. Very low quality clothes. DO NOT BUY!

I love it All the things I purchased came in good condition. When I had a problem with one dress end up being out of stock they told me I could reordered it and wait for it or have my money credit it to my wallet so I may use it towards another purchase. I have not had a bad experience with them yet

I am a regular buyer of this boutique and in my last delivery I noticed that an item was missing. We contacted customer service and my problem was resolved immediately without any problem. It was much easier to be able to send an email instead of waiting and waiting as with other companies. I can't blame them at all but I can congratulate them!

I paid for ~$50 of clothes plus shipping costs. Email came immediately that one of the items had shipped but it never arrived (3 weeks later) so I emailed "customer service." They replied that the item was still processing and would ship in 10-20 days. I emailed back saying cancel and refund. They said one of the items had already shipped so no refund. Now 4 weeks later no product. I have reported them to my credit card company!

Sweater does not look like picture. Picture shows thick sweater from thick yarn that shows pattern. This is a cheap thin looking sweatshirt looking garment with lopsided from and cheap buttons. I'm done with this site. Glad I didn't order more from them. So don't expect what you see to arrive in your mailbox.

Website hard to use. Shipping is too high. I would love to order more but I'm not paying that much shipping to wait 20 days for delivery.
It is a good store with good customer service. I loved the dress, mistakes can happen in everything, unfortunately, the seam of the dress on one side has loose threads and it was not finished correctly, so I had to return the garment, the whole change process was carried out without problems and quickly.
Shopping and check out were both very easy. But I was disappointed with the lack of description, particularly about fabric content. The shawl wrap I bought had the pattern stamped on one side only, with the back side white. Too cheap looking to wear, but I might make a table runner out of it.

For the price I thought it was worth the risk. You think you are looking at a nice cotton or linen blouse... it will be polyester or rayon... one blouse doesn't even resemble the fabric pattern or the drape of the one the picture... it's been awhile... still haven't seen the complete order. Out of 6 items received... one I'd wear... I'm waiting to see the shoes if they ever arrive! Wish I had taken a picture... one blouse was beautiful embroidered flowers... the one received was polyester... 100% ~ no embroidered flowers... nope... don't order...

Noracora states items will be shipped in 3-5 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I've never received notice of shipping. My credit card was charged at the time of order. I have made multiple inquiries to Noracora but have only received the same automated email each time. I am referring it to my credit card fraud division.
