I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
Ordered 2 sweaters which never came. I have proof they charged my credit card but they provided no order number and claim they can't find any evidence that have an account. It was only after I contacted them 7 times th hat I read a review that someone had the exact same experience as me. They steal your money. Total lack of. Ustomer service. Will never deal with any company on the internet again unless I check them out before. Totally disappointed.
Checkout was fast, no bull$#*! last-minute ads or banners. Opt out of receiving further contact, because they will inundate you with spam. Took a while to get here, but wife was well pleased with her shirt.
I ordered 3 shirts. All were mediums. 2e of the 3 fit like an extra small. After contacting them, they stated it would be difficult to refund me, but instead would credit my charge card 20%. That was 2 months ago & still nothing. Sent another email, & no response. Very poor customer service! Clothes look great on their website but would NEVER recommend ordering their clothing.

Total Disappointment. Ordered 6 items. Arrived in 3 shipments. Clothes are NOTHING like they portray! Very cheap, poorly made. Photos show knit, material is stretch polyester. Colors not as displayed! Iron on appliqués! Return address in China. Return shipping costs more than the total order. This site is a SCAM! Just don't do it! Should be illegal!

I placed an order April 3rd as a result of ads on my digital copy of the Washington Post.
One smelly dress arrived after 22 days. It was obviously doused with a pesticide. No information on shipping for any of the other three items. They do not respond to e-mail. Horrible, online shopping experience.
Stunning clothes in ads showing up everywhere. I ordered five items. After over a month, two of them arrived. They were so cheaply made and so small, I had no choice but to return them. Then the game: write to them to tell them, wait for their response. No address available. Their answer to my request to return them was to ask me why and to warn that they would have to be sent a long distance (Hong Kong) and postage and custom duty would be my responsibility: OR, I could forget about the return and get 25 percent of my amount returned to me in cash. The return would have cost over $100, the UPS man told me, plus unknown custom fees. I wrote to Nora Cora that I would take the cash--but why not credit to my charge account? This whole enterprise is a scam. Will I ever get my remaining items? Will I get a check for the 25 percent value? Do not fall for this. Terrible.

AVOID! I sure wish I had. What a total waste of money. I'll cut up my $114 of clothes and use them for cleaning rags. I wouldn't even unload this garbage on Goodwill or Salvation Army.
Their products quality is very good. Noracora is one of the best online shopping site. I am satisfied with their product though a bit problem regarding delivery time. Hope they will overcome it.

I ordered at least 10 items in early October 2019 for Christmas gifts. Online, the clothes look fabulous. In fact they look like the Sundance line of clothing. The final item arrived April 2020! Each item was a poorly created knockoff of a designer style item. The items were poorly sized. Either way too large or the cut was oddly way off. All the fabrics were of horrible quality with strings fraying, rough, felt like plastic. The designs on the fabric were like cheap t-shirt screen printing. One item had a word spelled backwards! I'm guessing these junk pieces came from China. This company is a fraud! I gave every item away to Goodwill. I contacted them twice and got canned reply emails. I knew any return would be a nightmare. The quicker I forget this garbage manufacturer the better. I will never impulse buy again without looking at reviews their reviews are horrible.

So thankful to those who gave honest reviews of this scam outfit! Note that though the prices seem cheap, the goods are also cheap and the exchange rate is 7-1... sooo, if your paying $10 for an item, in China they will get $70 American dollars.
Terrible, cheap clothing. They all look like paper sacks on and description is nothing like advertising. It took forever to get and for what? More trash I'll be donating. The pink dress looks like a huge ugly nightgown not the beautiful dress you show, no sash, belt or anything just a big sack. I'd like my money put back on my Visa as I've dealt with companies like yours before! NEVER AGAIN! At least Amazon say donate the item and we'll refund your account, sure your company won't & my friends will know also not to buy from such a cheap company.

Excellent online service. I ordered 3 tops just before the virus arrived. He was concerned that they would not be able to reach the country or that it could take months, so he asked to cancel the order. They were very helpful, canceled and refunded my money without a problem. I will buy from them again this time as the situation clears up.
The photos are deceiving. When you receive the item it is made cheaply and it's nothing like they show, on the website. This is false advertisement. Why hasn't the Better Business Bureau shut them down. Maybe because there out of China. I was sent an email explaining the cost to me to ship it back to China.So, they offer a percentage I paid $33.60 plus shipping total $41.60 for the breathable shoes. My PayPal account was refunded $5.30. Lucky me I got to keep the crappy shoes, that went into the trash. Before you buy find out where it's being shipped out of. That will give you a heads up poor quality. The company is FanshionWeb International. Remember the saying "You get what you paid for".
I have never in my 60 years experienced such poor communication trying to get a return label, having questions answered by your supposedly chat with customer service or get my 100% refund. Which by the way no one ever responded back once they said they would refund me 40%. I waited online for 1 1/2 hrs and then it said I was timed out. I see what your doing. Waiting for customers to get so frustrated that they just say forget it. That's called Scaming customers. Shame on you.
Waited for a very long time to chat with someone only to get the run around. First it started off me asking for a return label. It took 2weeks to get a response only to see that it was only for a few items. Then I had to start all over again. I told them I had 2 orders which nothing fit. I wanted a return label for everything . They offered 15% for 2 orders, then 25%, finally 40%. Which at this point I said yes. I didn’t get a response after that. I waiting online for 1 1/2 hrs waiting for the chat person to respond then it timed out. Is this how you care for your customers. First time on your website. The items looked very nice. That was deceiving. The material was aweful and the fit was nothing like the description or reviews. My husband spent over 220.00 as a Mothers Day gift to me and nothing fit. Then to find out your ridiculous return policy. That’s totally un American. I hope your company goes out of business. I’m definitely spreading the news that your company’s a major scam.

Arrived over 2 months and I wish it hadn't even come. Nothing was as advertised. Poorly made, material all wrong, like sand paper. Soles of shoes like tire rubber, material indescribable. Not one thing was wearable. Obviously not made close to American sizes or quality. Nothing in package for returns and no emails returned. I don't know how they got on positive review.

Stupidly ordered my items before reading reviews.
I did receive everything I ordered reasonably quickly to Australia, quality is also within expectations for prices paid, but the sizing for both shoes and clothing was way off, although I followed their size charts. Size 38 shoes were more like a size 36, XL clothing, although measurements on site should have fitted me, were ridiculously small. The return policy is unwieldy, not even bothering to try.
Fortunately, I have famoly and friends who will fit the items, so won't be money entirely wasted, but big lesson learned... no more shopping online from an offshore website.
This has always been my option to buy my work clothes quickly and easily, since I like to dress a little differently. Whenever I have had issues with my order, they always respond in a timely manner and are happy to help. Im a happy customer for the last 2 years of this online boutique :)
Simple... This is a SCAM! Ordered 3 months ago, they keep referring you to a fake shipping manifest and tracking website showing the packages in transit. Then arriving and being picked up in LA by FedEx and USPS You would think one would have received said packages considering NoraCora shows them being delivered to them over a month ago! FedEx and USPS do not even show receiving items, Oh yea hope you can read Chinese cause that's what the tracking website is in. Doesn't matter. Website doesn't really say anything except more B. S. and anytime you try to contact NoraCora you get a nice email from Christine Wu (computer generated response) saying "please be patient item on the way" "Would you like to buy more?"

I ordered three weeks ago, got email from the company that it is going to be dispatched in August 5th but still couldn't managed to get it. Emailed them a lot time but no response. I found their customer support number on trustpilot review i. E *******181 i called and they said there is some problem with my order... don't know what to do now
Placed order and tried to cancel it 4 minutes later. I was messaged back that the order had already shipped! No seam on one pant leg and legs had different lengths. They use pictures of clothing from other catalogs and send you junk! Buyer be warned. They are scam artists.
This company is a total fraud. They use pictures from legitimate sites and mail inferior garbage that is an insult to any patron. It would have been far better if they hadn't sent anything, as I disposed of the clothes in the trash where it belonged.

I asked for a suit and the strap broke when I tried it on. I got in touch with customer service, they helped me quickly and efficiently. They sent me a return label the same day online, and my refund occurred shortly. They were very helpful and totally turned an unfortunate situation into a positive one!
