Don't ever buy from Noracora! The two dresses I bought were supposed to be short (above the knees) and are past the knees (to shins). The material is not very good and looks like the design was printed on, so looks cheap! After reading other reviews, I'm going to have to take the hit as returning the merchandise seems more of a hassle than trying to get a refund! Never ordering from this company ever again! P.S. Had to give a 1-star rating otherwise couldn't submit this email!. If I could, I'd give them a -0 rating.

This is the worst company ever! They use photos from good companies like Sundance to falsely advertise their junk. Their clothes are so bad that a second hand retail shop wouldn't even try to sell them while brand new. When I tried to return them, they sent me a return label for China. It was going to cost me over $200 to send them to China and the pile of junk cost $217.00. I am in a dispute with them now via Paypal. Don't make the mistake of ordering anything from this company! You will be very sorry if you do.

The attorney General office and BBB needs to lo into this company, they are stealing money from hard working Americans, making it very difficult to return items, because who could afford $160 for shipping for their junk. Many reviews have stated these very same issues, how is it this company is still in business, cuz if you were in the states you would have been run out of town back to China! You don't do business like this, your frauds. People please tell the attorney General office and Better Business Bureau, for this overseas cons. As you can see by my pictures these shoes cannot be worn, the inside material is not finished exposing open flaps, and a crease on the inside sole that feels like you've got a stick in your shoe. And that's on both shoes, the stitching is very bad, the sole is glued on with glue on the shoe itself. Don't buy from this company and our government needs to step in to rectify this fraudulent sell of their products!

One item arrived with a hole in the underarm seam. The pants were for a 6 foot model and large was obviously for someone who was a size 16 to 20. Wouldn't exchange because I waited until all the products had finally arrived - 2 months after I ordered them to contact them about sizing. Pictures looked great but buyer beware noracora is not for you. Shop local.

I ordered a pair of boots for $140 (after 30% discount) even before scrolling through all the existing negative reviews this website has. Since it wasn't like he could do anything, he only hoped for the best. Fortunately, it arrived on time and in brand new condition, the boots looked even better in person. I'm pretty sure they are of excellent quality too, as I examined all the stitching and all that. Personally, I will continue shopping at this online boutique.

I've been dealing with this return for months. I followed all NoraCora's return instruction and today after about 6 months, I got the tracked parcel back because the item had been refused in China. This organization is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE.

Clothes are not accurate in sizing. Returns are impossible. Company will not honour their own return policy. They refuse to send a RAN even when THEIR conditions are met. Never again!

Still haven't received an RAN. Instead they have offered me 15% and then 25% refund. My order is packed and ready to go back to China. Of course there is not address to return it to. Just a huge RIP OFF!

I finally got an RAN and address to send the unwanted clothes back to. It cost me $65. And I still have not received a refund. What I ordered only cost $120. But it's the principle of the issue. This is not a reputable company in any way.

The dress I purchased didn't fit -- not true to size. I knew there'd be a return fee, but enclosed materials gave no address to return. Neither does website. You have to email customer service. They responded: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I okayed the refund because I considered it a lost cause. I received a check for $4.11 for a $34.79 dress I can't wear..."to alter the cloth!" What a joke.DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought several items but had to return all but one of them because the size was too big for me being small. I tried over and over to contact them and never a reply. Yes, I checked my spam folder every day but no response. I also read ratings on BBB and they are not good. So, I had no way of returning my items after several weeks. Maybe their intention is to wear out your efforts. I filed a dispute and won. Vendors such as this, should honor and be true to their return policies. I will not waste another purchase from this company.

Tip for consumers:
I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company as I saw no other way to deal with a non existent return service.

I usually don't write a bad review unless I'm just disgusted. Their return policy is a great way to rip people off. Had I known their return policy (clearly my fault) I would've NEVER ordered ANYTHING from their website. I have never heard of a company that didn't pay for return shipping. To return it, is 3x what I paid for the product. And then they want to offer 15% refund since paying for shipping is absolutely ludicrous. HA. What a scam. No thanks. Their clothes are cute but not cute enough. Oh, and I'm still waiting for a shirt that was bought on the same day as the (cheaply made) shoes I bought but has yet to show up. At this point, it doesn't matter. They can keep it.

First time ever clicking an advertising box on the computer and buying "clothing". Unwearable garbage of very poor workmanship and very thin materials. Absolute worst garbage posing as a product I've ever seen and they wouldn't take them backs and refund my money. One photo shows how thin the fabric is... you can see right through it!

Please stay away from this scam of an operation. The items received IN NO WAY match the quality of the photos. For example when I thought I ordered a linen type blouse with embroidered flowers on it, I received a cheaper than polyester piece of trash with painted flowers on it. The items are all made out of the cheapest fabric I have ever seen. The items arrived frayed and balling before ever worn. The items took 2.5 months to arrive. The season was over before I could wear the items. When I tried to return the items, they told me it would cost more to return them than the items costed in the first place. They told me to keep the crap and they would send me a check for 15% of my total order. Jut - wow. Criminal.

I placed an order before Christmas knowing it would come a day or 2 after. Christmas came and went and never received a ship acknowledgement. I contacted them and they said "we are still working on it" okay I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Another week passes still no ship acknowledgement. Another email to them "we are still working on it" at that point I said cancel and refund me. They said it could take up to a week to 2 weeks to get the refund. It's been 3 weeks. This site is a scam.

As a previous reviewer states, they are taking photos from other sites. I ordered a sweater that looked comfy and well made, but I got a piece of $#*!! Then, you would spend way more money to send back for a return that you did for the actual clothing! DISGUSTING!

Vintage items are amazing! I like the jewelry prices and the interesting selections that NORACORA offers. I like to see the oddities. It is fun to see odd items that are not seen regularly on other websites or at stores, such as the cat image that appears to be climbing out of the chest of a shirt or the image of an entire ocean covering the front of a shirt, these images look sooo... Desperately in need of a birthday outfit and with less than a month to go, this boutique literally saved the day. I made an order and contacted their friendly team by email to inform them of the situation I was in, they were very understanding and attentive to my situation. As promised, I received the order, the size was perfect and the outfit was beautiful. This will definitely be my "Go To" store in the future. Thanks girls

Should have read reviews first but, the pictures were so cute so I went ahead. The three items ordered were nothing like the pictures with exception of the color. The fabric is polyester (labeled dry clean recommended) but advertised as linen. Noracora doesn't know what linen is - think they consider a textured weave linen. Anyway, going to try to return this order. That being said, expect the return shipping to cost more than the items themselves.
Final word? Buy domestically JJill has lovely linen clothing.

This dress is nothing at all as pictured on Facebook. This dress is like a Long shift dress out of synthetic very thin fabric. The pictured dress has a full long skirt with another skirt on top that opens in front. I paid $ 28.99 for this awful cheap dress. Another dishonest company.

The product is cheaply produced I was charged for something I didn't even order and having trouble returning because the order number is wrong and not mine.
Several months and I still don't even have my full order, but they have my money.

Think twice before ordering anything. Save your money and aggravation.

I have to say that this is by far my favorite online store to order clothes. The wide variety of designs, accessories, fashion, etc. To choose from is huge and everything is reasonably priced! I will definitely buy from here again, quick and easy process, and of course incredibly addictive.

I was so excited to find things that I thought my daughter in-law would love. But what I got that took 22 days for 1 order and just got part of the other order after Christmas was total garbage I have bought nicer Halloween costumes. I had to race out to get her something else as I would have been to embarrassed to give them to her for Christmas.

Took 4weeks to receive my blouse. What a piece of JUNK! Print on outside only. Inside is white. The fabric is cotton n polyester? Not with all those wrinkles! There was no hint that it was from China till I received it. I already paid shipping out, won't waste money shipping it back. That material is so bad I can't even use it as a rag. I ordered from an add on Dwell magazine on line. Beware!

This company is not user friendly. Whoever heard of getting permission to ship items back to a company?!!

Very happy and satisfied. Very good material I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that they were not garments for me, but for my sister as a gift. What needs to be done is to be guided by the indications of the measurements according to the size. And meter in hand choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. To highlight, the day arrived that indicated that it would arrive. A success without a doubt, is already a reference store.

I am very unhappy with the 2 items I ordered, so got online to set up a return. I was advised via email that the return postage, customs, etc, was very expensive as it was going to China. They suggested they refund me 15% and I keep the products I have no interest in. REALLY? I will never order from this company again. I am going to only order made in American products going forward. I'm very disappointed.

The 2 pair of shoes ordered are too big. The camas to wear over bra is wrong color, I already have a white one. The shirt is an XXL but based on the silky material it is too big. So hopefully I will be able to get my money back.
