I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

My order took almost 3 months to arrive and when it did I was disappointed in all of the clothing. Too small in spite of my ordering extra large. Very cheap fabric quality. All but one piece are unwearable. The two pair of shoes seem to be alright, so I will try wearing them. Hopefully the size 9 will spread as I wear them so as to fit better.
Never again, Nora Cora.

It's quite slow once you view a product then return to shopping. I was more than frustrated by my experience.
I ordered 4 items but was charged for everything I had been considering, that was in my cart.
I have done this before only ticked the circles for the items, I desire.
Instead I am charged and sent everything. Including multiple items of same products, in same size or alternate sizes?
I disputed this as soon as I saw email.
Too late as goods were apparently dispatched.
Lots of emails later, offered 30% refund but only of four items that weren't final sale?

Infuriating
No refunds on final sale goods, even if you didn’t order them?
Is nonsenses and not good customer service.
Customer service said they reviewed my order? I know what I ticked, certainly not two pairs of boots, in wrong size for me!

Reason I chose this business:

I won’t be using Nora Cora again.
I did receive the minute refund considerably less than I was over charged for.

Reason I chose this product:

I choose what I wanted but received 6 items, I had only considered.
Refund policy is criminal on items you didn’t order. Most especially for items mistakenly sent regardless of there status ie: final sale.
If you didn’t choose them, you didn’t want them

I buy a lot of clothes from here and I have rarely had to return an item. If I do, any problem has been solved quickly and efficiently. The website is very easy to navigate with many of the brands I like to use. The prices are comparable with purchases in person and their sale prices are good deals.

I bought a jumpsuit this month, which arrived in 2 weeks. Another online store, I waited over a month:(
I loved it and it fit! Great t-shirt! I bought a second item last week, I hope it arrives soon. I'm getting ready to see if I can go back and get something else. So much to choose from :)

Go the other way. Run! Problems: Poor quality material. Items SLAPPED together where they were unwearable and a total embarrassment if you choose to wear them anyway. I chose to return them. With one Ill-fitting blouse they sent, they didn't send the color of the item I requested and gave me something ugly instead. The clothes made me look 20 years older. They haggled with me about giving me my money back. I had to pay $25 bucks to ship their garbage back to them; keeping the order would have been a TOTAL loss for me. I'm still waiting for my full refund. To add insult to injury, they required a tracking number from me to prove I mailed their garbage back to them! I'm not the crook here! I gave them a great review some time ago. I guess that was a fluke occurrence of them providing what was expected. This ordeal was awful in every way. I will never shop with this company again.

Tip for consumers:
Run in the other direction!

This website is an amazing company. It is a one stop shop for all your clothing and accessories. I ordered the dress and it is the same as the one shown on the site with the best quality material. The fabric was softer than I expected and the print was even more adorable in person. Everything was well packaged and it arrived a day ahead of schedule. To top it off, the ordering process is pretty easy, and everything reaches me on time and in excellent condition.

The clothes in this online boutique are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when ordering from another country, the shipment took longer than expected, but not as long, I suppose because of the pandemic.

I purchased 6 dresses and they're the wrong size and the quality is very poor but the price says it all. I tried for an hour with there chat line to get a return slip, and could not navigate to accomplish a result!
I guess an expensive lesson learned!

Tip for consumers:
That it would be almost impossible to return items!

Wonderful choices, but 4 of the 5 dresses ordered were XL and might fit a 12 yr old girl. Can't return w/o authorization, and can't even get a response from the company. Website said I didn't have an account and didn't place an order. Don't order from these people.

The site says 24 hr response time and it has been 7 days

Total disappointment in the merchandise and 2 out of the 3 people I chatted with.
I don't like that it came from China and would have to pay to send it back since it took forever to receive. Then be blackmailed to return. And only getting my 50% refund.

I ordered several items and they all arrived quickly, packaged nicely and pretty much what I expected. One word of advice is that the items might be better packaged to prevent wrinkles. I had to iron the vest and frock coat from it being folded tightly into the box.

Hopefully other victims can be protected. The scam is they send things that don't remotely resemble the photos of their products and then offer a 25% refund or return charges that exceed the value of the item. The website needs to be shut down.

The tops I ordered looked. They are even better than expected, the quality of the fabric is incredible and the fit is perfect. Size 10 for both. As always, this boutique has been highlighted with prompt delivery and quality products.

I love it, I always buy clothes from this online boutique, they deliver on time, the clothes are pretty good, the quality is better, but if you don't want to pay a lot, this is the way to go, plus they have a great selection of designs and styles.

The customer service I was given was extremely poor. I talked to 3 different agents at different times. None of them were helpful and they had no solutions for me. Very poor service. I will NOT shop this site again!

EXTREMELY poor customer service. I called about a return I needed to make. I found out that the returns have to be shipped to China, which is ridiculously expensive, as you can imagine. I was offered 15% of the original cost of the items, as a return. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! They then offered 35%, which I also turned down. I told them I wanted a FULL REFUND, but had to settle for 50% of my money back, or ship the items to China myself. I was angry & upset because I was left with NO other choice but to accept only half of the money I spent on the clothes. Original cost $107.00, total refund $53.00. What a RIP OFF!!

If you order from here remember to order one or two sizes larger than you wear as these sizes are not accurate. Also, it took over a month to receive mediocre merchandise. Impossible to return. I would say if you live in the US, don't order from this source.

Everything I have bought has been beautiful, and it only takes me no more than two weeks to deliver it depending on the quantity or the item... I would give a great thumbs up to this boutique... I never needed to go back to a mall to buy clothes!

They take your money and never ship, or ship rags after six weeks. No customer service. Cannot cancel, change, or return. Also dba Lilicloth, probably others. Credit card fraud department notified but no reversal allowed. If you ordered, your money is gone.
