I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

Customer service responds in one day. They tell you to wait, your order has shipped. Summer will be over before this summer wardrobe arrives at this rate! So far no one has actually looked into the problem as far as I can tell.

The clothing is very poor quality was described & shown as linen and was not linen instead very poor quality nothing like the pictures, they will not honor a refund, also you don't know its from china at the time you order then they tell you you are responsible for return cost and customs fees and it will take a long time to resolve and they they offered me back 15% for my order..

Item was easy to order. I never received confirmation from NoraCora I only knew I had placed an order because site jabber email came moments later asking me to confirm receipt of order. Moments. Confirm receipt... I got a tracking # weeks later but no carrier information so tracking # was worthless. Two attempts to request carrier information promised response in 48 hours went unanswered.

Because there is nowhere else to put this: The shoes came and appeared as pictured however, THEY SMELL TERRIBLE! I have them open outside praying that they don't reek when I give them as a gift in four weeks.

I like this boutique, they have a lot of clothes, beautiful designs and accessories to choose from. I bought some shirts and I love it. Good customer service too, I didn't have any issues, but I got a confirmation email on my order.

Pretty clothes BUT the boots were very different than what was pictured on my order. Very cheaply made and different color :( Also the jacket was falling apart when I pulled it out of the shopping bag. Strings hanging off all over. NOT made well :( And the leggings were too small and I ordered the exact size I normally wear. I was disappointed. They did give me a small credit back on my account though so that was good! Overall customer service was good too. But now I'm out about $80 on stuff I can't even wear;( Bummed.

Had been searching for these shoes online for quite a long time, and found Nora Cora had them had them in my size. They also were available in more than one color. So far I have ordered 4 pairs and enjoy every one.
I ordered (for the first time) yesterday. I went online this morning to check on my order. When I pulled the order up, the item it showed was not the one I wanted. Different price, different pair of shoe. I went back online and the shoes I wanted were no longer on the website. I will try to cancel it. Not a good start so I will not be ordering from them again

I will not order again. I want to return the items I ordered. Necklace was too short to close and the earrings were very long. The blouse has a blue mark on the side that does not belong there. Cannot find out where to return theses items. I did hear from the company and they will return 30% of my order and i can keep the products. They want to have good customer service.

Looks like quality for reasonable prices. Nice material but it takes so long to come and the size mediums in shirts run big. I love the dresses and will keep. When everything gets in I will need to trade the mediums for size smalls. I was disappointed that my dresses for the holidays didn't come in in time for the holidays. I ordered two months ago.
