When I needed to obtain information that was not available in their generic questions and answers, I contacted their customer service by email. I contacted a representative almost instantly and they gave me the answer immediately via email. Excellent boutique on the internet!
Item was easy to order. I never received confirmation from NoraCora I only knew I had placed an order because site jabber email came moments later asking me to confirm receipt of order. Moments. Confirm receipt... I got a tracking # weeks later but no carrier information so tracking # was worthless. Two attempts to request carrier information promised response in 48 hours went unanswered.

Because there is nowhere else to put this: The shoes came and appeared as pictured however, THEY SMELL TERRIBLE! I have them open outside praying that they don't reek when I give them as a gift in four weeks.

I will not order again. I want to return the items I ordered. Necklace was too short to close and the earrings were very long. The blouse has a blue mark on the side that does not belong there. Cannot find out where to return theses items. I did hear from the company and they will return 30% of my order and i can keep the products. They want to have good customer service.

Noracora is a guimick. No stars at all. I didn't have a choice not to select a rating. Poor quality merchandise, don't stand by their merchandise, cannot get a response from anyone, a rip-off, steal your money and can't refund your money for the crap they send to you. Furthermore, you pay for something don't get it. They give a coupon less than the value of the purchase in stead of a refund and still can't use the coupon. Dealing with all this nonsense too long.

I purchased that one piece swimsuit that looked absolutely beautiful online. When I got it I was so disappointed, I had ordered a 2X, and I could not even hardly get one leg in. My neighbor is a size 3 and it was tied on her. The clothes and shoes online are absolutely beautiful, but when you get them it's very disappointing, and no way to return. Please never buy anything from this company, you'll be very sorry if you do!
After I posted a bad review and complaints on sitejabber.com, Noracora did contact me and offer me a full refund, without even having to send the stuff back. I guess that's fair. Just wish it hadn't escalated to that point. But, I consider this an effort on their part.

This is my only online shopping store for years! I've been ordering from them for a long time and not only do I get my package on time or earlier, but the customer service is easy and fabulous. Their size charts are very accurate and all the clothes are well made and last long. My only comment (which is not bad just to keep in mind) but if it says "super low cut" it is VERY low cut haha! The dresses came. One wasn't flattering on me, and the other one was very thin fabric. It's not easy to return their clothes. They said to just keep them. I got a very small credit. I won't order from Noracora again. They should follow Zulily's policies. They never disappoint.
Noracora is a SCAM! DON'T FALL FOR IT! I ordered a blouse and summer dress in June and still have not received the dress. The blouse arrived with strings all over it (hot off the machine, I guess) and is of very low quality. Noracora says they have shipped the dress, however I have not received any notifications. Their return/refund policy states when an item is shipped a customer will receive a waybill number and that an order may be canceled and refunded if it hasn't been shipped yet. They will not allow me to cancel this order (summer is almost over) because they say they have already shipped it. How can it take more than 2 months in shipping? I'm so disappointed and do not want anyone else to fall for this scam! Don't waste your money!
I placed a sizable order #HBPT******* 3 months ago and have never received all of it or a refund for items not received!. In addition I ordered a pair of moccasin-like shoes and they sent me totally the wrong boots. All the clothes received were very cheaply made and they are sized small. I will never wear any of this stuff. DONT BUY!

Elza here: I agree with the comment above. You buy and fill up your cart but there is always a little more you need to buy for free shipping, when the adds say differently. But apart from that the products are real, good materials, good fit, honest to the adds and I highly recommend buying from Noracora. You spend less and you get a lot of satisfaction.

I am still missing three items that I have been waiting for, and says they were shipped June 12,2020 and June 13,2020n but tracking isn't showing any movement at all. It is almost August! I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took 18 days to arrive from the order date.
