Ordered 4 tops. 2 fit, kind of. 1 too small gave to sister. The one I really liked was 2 sizes too big. After offering me several higher (each time) refunds. They finally agreed to replace the top if I paid the GST and returned the top. I did this, they asked where I had sent it, but I had used the reply address they supplies. First couldn't fine it, then said they don't do returns. I had this in writing. Next a refund went through for the item which was not what I wanted. I wanted the replacement top. They could see that this is what they offered in writing saying this was not policy. I finally gave up. Will ever deal with them again and could not recommend them at all. I bet this doesn't make it to their site.

When I ordered items from NoraCora online, I followed their suggested sizing. Everything took over 3 weeks to arrive and all the clothes were of very poor quality and terribly mis-sized. The smalls were huge... the mediums were tiny. Then began the nightmare of trying to get them to send me information on how to return the items. And you have to send them back to China and pay custom costs as well. Ridiculous!

My new jacket arrived, I loved receiving it and it is pure love at first sight, it is super soft and very warm, its size is unique, since it does not have buttons and pleats, it adapts to all bodies, and then the combination of white and gray, it's super cute. I do not know if this year they will be very fashionable but I do not care, it is worth buying.

The most amazing online store, after trying some others, I can say that this is definitely my favorite. Its materials and adjustments are super comfortable and are exactly what the size says. Its colors and style are perfect, I am literally making my entire wardrobe with all its basic elements and other extras that I can have in my hands.

My order took a little while in the delivery service, I gave an incorrect address. In this store they kept in touch with me every day and told me they would send me another dress even if it wasn't their fault. I never expected to be replaced, the shipment was delivered, I'm glad I went to the post office two days later, they delivered my order without inconvenience. I never had a customer service like this with anyone else, for this and much more I buy it online at this boutique.

I have, unfortunately, spent a lot of money ordering from this company. The quality sucks! The return policy is not there. I have now been waiting for 5 months for a couple articles I ordered, I asked for a refund, but they will not give. When I wanted to return an item they offered me a discount from the price I paid. When I get their promo emails now, I delete them. Try SHEIN - good quality and great prices!

Your customer service is out of this world! I bought a couple of shirts that shrunk in the wash, when I wrote to the customer service girls at this boutique, they told me they would issue me a refund and that I can keep the shrunken items as I please. So, there is no need to argue, plead or anything. They are very polite and reliable.

The models used are always curvy and realistic, which helped me decide if it would fit my body without having to test it. I bought online and initially and received a confirmation email, which really bothered me, I really trust this boutique.

I buy a lot of shoes in this online boutique because my feet are very small and I find it difficult to find elegant shoes for women. They come quickly and the customer service is polite and friendly and answers any questions by email. I love the videos that they have on some of the shoes. I have never had any problems.

I should have read the reviews first! Need I say more. Same story as alllll the others. Wish I had the items I ordered two months ago so I can see how bad of quality my items we're but they have not even shown up. I am wondering how this company can be banned from advertising in our country! Any ideas? Nobody should go through this and I believe their false advertising should be stopped. Any suggestions?

I was very disappointed, I had ordered 7 items 4 at one time and 3 were one item at a time, but no one piece fit. I went buy the size chart. I normally wear a large or x large, I bought a 3xxx on one of my pieces. It was way too small. That is just one example. I won't be ordering any thing else even I think they have cute things and a good price.

I have received my order finally and am extremely disappointed with the material of the blouses. They say hand wash but prefer that you dry clean them. Who has extra money to dry clean or time to iron. I asked ton return the items and was offered 15% of the value not to ship. I was told that many things could happen with the return, custom problems and concerned about labeling etc. I had know idea what it would cost to return back to China. I asked but they didn't get back to me. The items look great in the pictures but the material is shear and cheap. Ones that appear to be embroidered are just pictures of the flower or picture. Beware of false advertising. Customer service is really no help. They will do it their way or no way.

I am very satisfied with my online purchases here. I have never bought clothes online, I have been shopping at this store for 3 years. For my first one, one of the pants had a defect and I was able to return it for a refund with no problem, very beautiful and original. There will certainly be more purchases in the future.

After providing an honest negative review of my experience that it took literally 8 weeks for an item to arrive & I was disappointed in the dress but will only use it to wear around the house, they offered me a full refund "if I would allow them to take down the post". I told them they should issue a full refund anyway, it would be the right thing to do, but people needed to know the truth about them so I would not allow the post to be taken down. They responded that I would have to return the product for a full refund based on "their policy". This site says that by posting this review, my other will be taken down. Beware--if they were the last supplier on earth, I would run naked first. You all deserve to know the truth.

I used the return policy for an exchange. It was very easy and quick to organize. He sent the boots back. They quickly answered a question I asked about it. They sent me the correct size and I got it in a few days. Very satisfied with the service. I will buy from this online boutique more often now, I will recommend it to my friends.

Great prices, interesting styles, fun to shop! Sizing runs two to three sizes smaller than U.S. sizing. Makes choosing correct size very difficult. Returns very difficult. Ended up losing lots of money.

I love it, after several orders on this website, I am still happy. Cheap clothes, of good quality, new designs every week, varied pieces and increasingly beautiful collections. I recommend this website.

Ordered items on May 7. Today July 6, still no delivery. When I call USPS and Pitney Bowes, they tell me the tracking numbers noracora gave me do not exist. Noracora ignores my communication. I am calling my credit card and USPS to get refund and report scam.

Everything was sized poorly, not at all in agreement with the chart. The return/ refundpo. Icy is ridiculous. The sales rep sent me a copy of my order saying items not returnable as marked final sale. Not a single one was. Shipping to to return China was over $44.00 American dollars. So they offer you keep the cheap unbearable clothing and are refunded 25% of what you paid. It is a scam and a rip off. Clothing is of the poorest quality as is the customer service.

I have been using this boutique to look for fashionable clothes, it seems to me a very convenient way to buy. Delivery is always very fast and customer service is always very helpful. If you need to return something, it is never a problem. There are a wide variety of products to choose from, and as a working mom, I can shop from home.

The pictures shown don't accurately show what you actually receive. The sizes run really small, and you can't return anything. The return process is a joke, and by the time they figure it out, it's past the deadline for the return. I will NOT be shopping here again.
