I tried to apply a coupon that was sent tom my email but it wouldn't work--disappointed--delivery was reasonably fast, but, the white pants were filthy dirty--looked like fabric had been stored for years, in a dirty place. The pants were not hemmed--and, when I washed them, before I wore them, they shrank so much, I had to add fabric to make them long enough.

I'm not sure if they hire folks to write good reviews cause what they are really doing is selling crappy clothes! First, I waited 2 1/2 months to get the blouse I ordered, then when I got it, it was nothing like the picture. The neckline was totally different and it looked like it was sewn by a child! I have reported them as a fraudulent company.

The clothes come exactly as expected. I had no problems with the order of clothes on this website. I have never had any problem with the materials, I am sure that your customer service is as good as your products and the shipping time. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to buy clothes. I ordered a sweatshirt, it was a flash sale which when I checked out it was full price. I was within the time limit, I immediately contacted customer service. They responded with it was a flash sale, I explained I was within limits. They said well if you keep the item, we will give you the difference back. Well to return to CHINA would cost me more.
Fast forward got item it was the poorest quality, it was shiny satin not a sweatshirt, the print was stamped on not matched up at seams. I won't even give to goodwill. It's horrible

The dresses look great on their website but in reality the quality is substandard fabric. The closest way I can describe the fabric is that it's similar to low quality burlap. NoraCora's website offered a discount for buying 3 or more dresses, which is what I did, but a discount credit was never issued. One of the dresses originated from China and I was charged a foreign exchange fee of nearly $5. I emailed NoraCora several times regarding the discount and to arrange for a refund for the 3 dresses, they didn't respond until weeks later and NoraCora only referenced 1 of the 3 dresses and nothing on the discount. NoraCora doesn't even qualify for any stars, doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Buyer beware!
I ordered clothing from this company back in July. I never received any of it. They said it was returned to the logistics company and both packages destroyed for a bad address. The address was correct. I am tired of emailing them every day to get a full refund or to resend the clothing. I have asked them repeatedly to show me where the policy states that will happen and they never answer that question. I am taking a 50 percent refund because my time is valuable. I will however use that time to warn others that you may not get your order or a full refund. Buyers beware!

I bought 2 different shirts. One I like better than the other- nicer coloring.
The blue star shirt has more white than picture showed nor as contrasting.
Not worth the hassle of return shipping.
So far its been a great experience shopping noracora,, i placed my order,, of course it took some time to receive my order but i knew it would, i loved my clothing, i had my doubts, but they fit and look great. A couple of the items were actually nicer than i expected. I will definately order again. I just wore my dress to town and 2 ladies complimented me on it. I ordered 4 items
I received 2 items in 2 weeks and the third item separate in 3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks amd the 4th item says out of stock but also says processing on the same line. I paid for it then said out of stock after they took my money. I have emailed about 5 times over a week span and no response. Right now I'm out 28.88 dollars. I do like the 3 items I received ( shirts)

I received a flimsy shirt that looked like a photo of the weaved fabric printed on to it! It is horrendous! Granddaughter said wouldn't be caught dead in it!

Noracora ads seemed like Zulilly. Cute, off beat clothes. The pictures were great. I ordered 8 items. It took 6 weeks for item to come from China thru San Francisco. The fabrics were cheap and the sizes were all off. Now I need to return all the items and the pain continues. Folks, don't bother. Let this company go out of business. It is a bad company.

Ordered 8 blouses in order to get free shipping. Followed the size chart listed but they were ALL too small. Couldn't return due to shipping costs over seas. They compensated 40%. Meanwhile I'm stuck with 8 blouses I can't wear.

**Update 7/2020** I received the product and like so many other reviews the size and workmanship were horrible. I asked for a refund and was advised I could get a 15% refund or mail the product back to CHINA for a full refund! Nope, I will not spend any additional money to send my items back. Notified Paypal and Noracora of my request for a full refund. I received a reply back from Noracora stating that if I removed my negative review that might help them process my refund. Blackmail will not work, just refund my full amount and stand behind your product.

I purchased a dress from this company. I was not happy with the fit or quality so I wanted to return it. I was offered 15% of the purchase price to avoid shipping costs back to China. I did not receive it from China, I received it from the City of industry in California which is the same state that I live in. They would not allow me to return it to the address that it was shipped from. After stating that I would not except 15%, they offered 40%. I still feel that that is unacceptable and I'm waiting to hear back from the company at this point. Please save yourself the hassle. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Do NOT order anything from this company. Their clothes are cheap, poor quality and not the fabrics advertised. It claims easy returns, but they are located in China and you are responsible for paying the shipping return. I have gone back and forth asking for a refund and they are only offering 25% in lieu of returning the items to them. They are SCAMMERS!
Shoe design elements were fun. Fit didn't work for me - on the small size. Workmanship on one pair while it looked good were stiff and rough to skin (had to struggle to get heel in.). One that I didn't place my size on order came in size 36. They were cute, looked well made. Last pair, and the pair I ordered first fit small, look good, but leather look has plastic feel. Ad looked like they had a heel, but sole and heel are flat to the floor. Two of the shoes were in $26 bracket. Wrong size purchase was $55 or so, and the workmanship looked good. Would they work in my size,?
Ordered, got the email receipt, no email confirmation so 5 days later I emailed support. The email I got was rude; emailed the receipt asking for a confirmation of order and never heard from them again. I am contesting the charge they made to my card for the order they said must be with a different company. Rude and dishonest.

Don't purchase items from Nora Cora service is not at all up to par from ordering to delivery over 8 weeks. Horrible on returns at my expense and cancellations don't get pulled into this Conn and the fabric used for items not at all what u would expect horrible fabrics

I went to send three dresses back as they were not a good fit. It was going to cost me $45.00, to return them. I opted to keep them and get a percentage returned by credit. I only got $8.50 credit returned. Not much back on a $200.00 purchase.

This is the second time I’ve dealt with a customer service department for company based in China. They don’t cover shipping for returns and STRONGLY SUGGEST you take a 15% refund for your purchase.
