Please, please do not buy from the site. What you see on the site is not what you will get. Based on the website, I ordered a soft beautiful grey sweater x2 for my daughter and me. I was told that another item I ordered was not in stock but I have not received a refund. I was told the orders were shipped but when I tapped on the link, it said it could not be traced. Eventually the sweaters arrived. They are much longer than the sweaters in the catalog. The material has the consistency of a burlap bag with blue dots in it. They are having a heyday with our money and the only way for us to find out about it is to learn to read reviews before we shop. Also I saw the exact same clothes selling online with two different company names. So I think they have diversified and cast a wider net to steal money. I hope at least one person reads this and does not buy from them.

I made an online purchase here, I am very impressed, however, one of the shoes was missing an inner sole. I wrote and received a response very quickly... I have never received a better service and support from any person or company to date. The problem was resolved so efficiently. I am more than impressed. Thank you!

What I saw on line was beautiful. There was no description of fabric and size chart was off. I received a pair of shoes that I'm sure I did not order as it was a style I would not order. The quality of most of my $347 was of the poorest quality ad needs to be returned. I can't follow the return info needed to return my items. I loved 5 of the tops but it is costing me an additional $66 to alter them. WOW! Cant get much worse than this. I will never order any clothing on line again. I also did not know it was coming from China

Well described items. Seemed to have a good size chart. Order went thru fine and I received the order fairly fast. However not one item fit properly.
Then I found out to return items I would have to pay charges to ship back to China and possibly customs fees. Never again would I order from this site.

The dresses that I bought in this online boutique are well made. I have two that I have had for months. They will never go out of style, and if you take care of them, they will last for many years. I just bought another dress today, I hope it is as good as the previous ones.

It took more than 8 weeks to receive the 7 items I ordered. 4 needed to be returned (1 due to discrepancy in color/3 for size). No address for returns is provided on website or inside package. I emailed or texted multiple times asking for return address with no response for weeks. The scam is not responding so you miss the 15 day window to return... not the "easy returns/quick refunds promoted on site. Filed a complaint with PayPal... then heard from NoraCora with a return address in HONG KONG! PayPay directed me to return items... while NoraCora told me to "kindly keep the items since they were beyond the 25 day return period."

Unbelievable! Do not do business with this company.

Don't purchase items from Nora Cora service is not at all up to par from ordering to delivery over 8 weeks. Horrible on returns at my expense and cancellations don't get pulled into this Conn and the fabric used for items not at all what u would expect horrible fabrics

The easiest online store is pretty easy to find what you needed, flawless, very happy, it will always be one of my favorite online stores to buy. The clothing is of incredible quality that definitely pays for incredible material. They always have good designs, very excited for the new collection!

My dress is the same that I saw in the photos on this website, it is of good quality, with a double and wide waistband that in turn contains an elastic that does not seem to bother. The print is as shown in the picture, very cheerful and current, the fabric thick enough not to be transparent.

Drawn in by the price and photo appearance of the products. The good news stops there. Placed my order for two items and for the next roughly 2 months the level of communication was extremely poor. To the point that I really felt we may never see the ordered items.

Long delivery time, garment not same color or size as shown on web site. No return address or response to 6 emails sent to them. Eventually contacted PayPal to start a claim.
Paypal came back with a return address to China, but cost of mailing would be as much as the purchase price of the garment. NoraCora or CHICV International Holdings Ltd as they trade under know this so it is a win win situation or them. Disappointed in Paypal for allowing them to use their payment service.

I like the 6 things I bought, but a large is rather smaller than usual. The shorts on the website appear to be walking shorts above the knee, but they're way too short by 4-5 inches. On the whole though I do like these styles which are what women want.

This website pleasantly surprised me how quickly my package (the 5 shirts I ordered) was delivered, 10 days before I was told to expect it. The clothes were fine. Mostly it matched what I expected, although the quality was in some cases a bit lower than I expected. Nothing surprising, but overall it is what I expected.

Clothes took almost 4 months to arrive! The quality was very cheap, much smaller than measured, and no seam to let out. They offered me 15% to alter clothes since I would have to pay for return shipment and it would be expensive for me to pay cost of return and take a long time for refund

The material used for the clothes is flimsy and not as advertised. The sizes are inconsistent and the clothing is just cheaply made. I wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering. Their customer service is also terrible. STAY AWAY from this company - do not order anything from them.

I went to send three dresses back as they were not a good fit. It was going to cost me $45.00, to return them. I opted to keep them and get a percentage returned by credit. I only got $8.50 credit returned. Not much back on a $200.00 purchase.
I won't be purchasing again from this site.

Here they always have a great variety of colors and options. What makes it a store I always go to for a new look or to be fashionable.
I have ordered 2 items from this store, both dresses. Both body tight. The size is a little small. The quality is above average for the price you pay.

I was very disappointed in the 3 shirts I ordered. The photos on line are deceiving as to the type and look of the material. They do not have a good return policy because they are located in China. I wish I'd have known that. I won't use them again.

This is the second time I’ve dealt with a customer service department for company based in China. They don’t cover shipping for returns and STRONGLY SUGGEST you take a 15% refund for your purchase. I spent a lot of $$ and have yet to get my pittance refund. I wish these Chinese based companies would be upfront about their locations and policies. I will not use them again!

I've purchased a few things from Nora Cora in a couple of orders. Have to tell you that you get what you pay for. My first order of items weren't too bad, they worked out fine. My second order had items that were too short (the descriptions didn't say that one of the tops would be short), one item had a very crooked zipper and the other item is just super cheap looking. I should know better.

If you want to return items, you have to pay for the postage yourself. Now, the amount that I will get back vs the postage it will cost will nearly negate each other. Whats the point?

In a moment of weakness I ordered online from an unknown company, Nora Cora. The clothes looked cute. Nothing fit - the quality is so bad it never could have sold in a store - they never give an address - you have to return to China apparently but you can't do that. They won't give an address. They offered 25% of my money to "not return it"; I thought they agreed to 50% but I got 25%. I can't fight anymore. Just don't do it!

I purchased more than a dozen items from this site, when the clothes arrived, each single piece looked completely different from the pictures on their site, the cut is different, the texture is sooooo cheap!
Worst of all, I ordered medium size, they all look like XL, I can't wear any of them, had to donate all of them as I dont know what will be the trouble to send them back to a different country and how much I will spend more on shipping! Dishonest business, very bad.

I bought 4 items and they send only one. The quality of this dress is the worst ive seen on all China sites. The communication is 0. No one is answering your messages. The size L looks like 3XL. They have no idea whats the difference is linen vs cotton.

BEWARE! Do not order from this site. I purchased over $100 worth of items and now would have to pay over $200 for return shipping. They offered me 15% of my total purchase price to not have to return items. All of the clothes I order wer super cheap, did not look as pictured, and were poorly proportioned. I am super sad! Don't do what I did!
