I had two orders within a short time period and several of the items sent were incorrect sizes that I did not order, Their policy is no exchanges at this time, even if they sent a wrong or defective item. You can pay the shipping & customs back to China if you so desire for a return... there is no prepaid return label. You will learn once you try to get one... you email customer service, they send you an email, then you submit pictures to verify your order and items. Then, they remind you of its no exchange policy. This takes a few days, and then you decide to return or not, on your dime. The clothes are cheaply made and will shrink in the wash... every piece of clothing I ordered was recommended to be dry cleaned... I ordered three shirts of different colors, two were sent buttoned up, but the third was undone... I know why... the buttons were too big for the buttonholes... watch out here. Order with caution! I AM DONE WITH THEM..

I spent $96 on this website and basically I flushed it in the toilet! Fist, my order arrived in three different shipment days. Each shipment was two weeks apart from each other. It almost took two months for my entire order to arrive. When I received the items, they were cheap quality (K-Mart and Wal-Mart) have better qualities than this website. I ordered two summer dresses. The description said Linen but when I got them they were 100% polyester; something that I would NEVER wear specially during hot summer days. I think 1 Star is over rated for this website. People, please do not waste your money on this website. Please stay away from this website.

Ordering online here was an easy process where my items are delivered promptly. I was extremely happy with every purchase I made, especially with my dress, as the quality is excellent. There is a wide range of designs available, so you can always find something for that special occasion or for my everyday life.
I really love it, and after family and friends saw the clothes that I buy here and asked me where, they all started shopping on this website, unlike other sites we have tried, as I described it is real, you get what you ask for, all the details, some exceptions may occur, but they are still much better than most other online stores. I placed an order for 4 items the end of April. It is now July 2 and I haven't received anything. The company has emailed me several times in response to my complaints saying "it will come". A tracking number said it was received over 4 weeks ago in California. I'm sure it doesn't take that long to get to Florida from California. I plan to post reviews wherever I can to prevent anyone else from experiencing this scam

I order from this boutique when I need something for an important event like a dance, going out, etc. because they are very reliable and their clothes are of good quality. Your shipping is always super fast, and no hassle when it comes to exchanging items for a different size!
I never received my product, have reached out to them and USPS to get resolved. Every time I do what Noracora asks, they ask for something else. I am out of pocket now approximately $70 with no refund. I know that is not a huge amount of money, but it is the principle of the matter. Don't order from this company!

I ordered 2 XL tops, They are so small that will not fit a normal 9 year old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund i searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1/607/214/3005 after calling that number one of there representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins i got my refund.at first i thought whether they will really help me or its a scam but after i confirmed with my bank i was relaxed as i have really received my refund from them
Quality of product is very cheap, cheaply made. Nothing like the pictures. Should of read reviews before I purchased. Trying to return 2 pr. Of shoes, sent right size but they are huge! Must send back to China, impossible. Went to paypal they did not help, their outcome was send product back to China for reimbursement. So if you are on the fence to order from Noracora, Don't! Don't know much about this business just location somewhere in China. They also have other businesses but under different names, so in the future always read reviews when in doubt.
Dresses were not of quality and badly shaped and sewn. Was not happy with them at all. They offered me 15% off discount for trouble. Keep in mind that they go back to China if you need to return and it's way too expensive. Will never buy China products again.
I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my goods to be delivered. A courier chosen by Noracora did not deliver to my address so my goods are in transit (no one knows where) despite my enquiries to the freight/courier businesses they use. I have asked for a refund/replacement/credit not each request is refused. They have done nothing but tell me to be patient! I would not recommend them or trust them.

Don't be fooled by great website featuring lots of fantastic looking clothes at reasonable prices, and DON'T be fooled by the return policy. Returns allowed-- yes- great!... but surprise!-- if you do have to return something YOU have to pay for customs & shipping back to CHINA! Suddenly it will cost you more to return than the item is worth. They know this so they offer you an arbitrary refund (15% refund the first time I requested a refund, and 25% when requesting a refund for another piece in my order). Fabric is of the WORST quality. Wish I had read reviews-- lesson learned. Never again
I ordered and received 3 tops from Noracora. One top fit. The other 2 were way off on sizing. And 2 of the tops were polyester/nylon. I was expecting cute cotton t-shirt fabric. NOPE. I have requested two times for information on how to return the two tops. Three weeks have passed and no response. ALSO, the items are from CHINA. Awful customer service. I will never order from Noracora again.

Nothing was as advertised! It took over five months to finally receive my order, I ordered everything according to their measurement guidelines, and then went up a size just to make sure everything would fit comfortably. When I got my order, Everything was so small, my 11-year-old could wear it, In what world is a 29 inch waist a 3XL. Not only did nothing fit, but the cheap materials and shoddy workmanship were evident in every one of my six items. Please save your money and order from anywhere but here.
I am a first time customer of NoraCora. I ordered a cute blouse on 5/8/20. They processed my payment within a week and provided a tracking number. I'm still waiting to receive it. (Today is 6/22/20.) The tracking shows no updates for 3 weeks and says it may have been received in San Francisco on 5/18/2020 but was not guaranteed!

I placed my order for what looked like two adorable summer shirts. Although my payment was taken immediately upon purchase, I waited 10 days to check if my order had begun the shipping process. Not even close. It's what I call a 'hurry up and wait' situation, i. E., "Some of them sold out so quickly and we are now rushing our colleagues to ship out the items that are in stock. If any of them are shipped, we will email you a shipping notification." The key word of their aforementioned response to my inquiry is "IF". I don't like dealing with BS. I have demanded a refund and will never be tempted to deal with on-line advertisers like Noracora... and there are a lot of 'em online these days!

Dress ordered from picture was beautiful. What I received fit like a sack. Very disappointing. Was only offered 15% refund or go thru 2 pg process of returning. I took 15% and lesson learned hopefully.
Omg I just received my dress. Hold up to the lite and you could see through it. One wash or dry clean it will fall apart. This company is a scam. I order all the time with Amazon and Ebay but this is the worst. Gonna donate it. Please dont buy this cheap crap. You are better off donating your hard earned money to battered woman and homeless children. They probably have children sewing all the clothes. If you lite a match it will ignite. Also when ordering make sure it's not direct from China or you will wait and wait.

Instead of being simple, one has to hunt high & low on the site…they claim they will contact you w/in 48 hours (way too long!) & it's been over a WEEK & I still have no contact! Awful service! I learned a major lesson from Noracora. Ordered 4 items, three disappointing items have finally arrived after three weeks. An item that arrived yesterday was a pair of linen pants. They were not linen, but cheaply made of cotton polyester, as were the first two items. I have decided not to even try to return my purchases after reading the other sad reviews. I fear it would only be adding expense and waste of my time. A shame there is no way to stop this international highway robbery!
Ordered 4 items of clothing and only 3 arrived. They looked nothing like the pictures, one had no hem, one was badly pulled, sleeves poorly seemed, material is of very poor quality. I have paid through PayPal and emailed them stating I've put in a dispute with them straight away as I've read the bad reviews they offer me not 25% refund but 40% without me sending back anything. I say no I want a reason for why no 100% refund and they again email me giving me 100% refund so they know the case with PayPal is open until money is in my bank.
The clothes look gorgeous on the website, but do not let that deceive you! I ordered 2 tops, black pants and sneakers. It was almost 2 months before items arrived. When it did, the package looked like it had been "mauled" by a foul smelling wild animal! I had to immediately spray down shoes and put clothes in washer! One top practically choked me that's how snug the top(t-shirt) was and I ordered an XL - the other top was super large and pants are also not the right size! What a disaster! Cheap, smelly, and late! I would prefer to give them a "-5" but they won't let me. I also wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Everything looked so nice, but when "some" of the items ordered arrived - after a month or more - ugh. I cancelled the remainder, spent way too much to return the items received, and am now still waiting on a refund. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!
