I ordered 3 items. One item, the most expensive item, I didn't receive. When I contacted customer service, stated they never make mistakes. The other item was nothing like the picture. Save your money and go to a different website.

Got 5 cute tops for less than $100. All fit as expected. I'm big in the arms so tops are hard to find, but these all worked.
Shipping took a few weeks and I had to pay shipping, but otherwise very satisfied.

I have ordered numerous items since May. It is now almost September and received only two items. No email reply. Now where to call. Nothing. The worst absolutely the worst will never order from these people again. People go some place else

Great thanks, love the new clothes - just the only thing is when you look at the pictures its hard to see what fabric the items are mode of - and a sew of the tops were shorter than expected but overall happy with 7/10 items I bought.

Spent over $400. Cheap quality and wanted to send back most of it. However I have to pay for shipping and it's super expensive because it has to be returned in CHINA NOT U.S. They offered a lousy 15% of items I want to return. Except when you request return- not all items on order are there to submit … you have to give explanation of return for each but there is a cap on # of letters you can put so impossible to explain all of issues. Example- sandals were made with a bra hook on one side and a different clasp on other. So impossible to even wear and takes too many characters to explain- just for that one item of the 7+ items wanted to return. So pissed

I love the shoes I bought. They were however a full size too small! NO one responded to my emails!
I wanted to exchange or return them. YOU ONLY HAVE 15 DAYS (with the plastic bag they came in) with their permission. Never heard a thing back. So I'm out 53.00 for shoes I can't wear! I would of just exchanged them - too bad I would of purchased more stuff but for this - don't buy from companies with no clear return policy! So disappointed

This was my first order. The writing in the description says cotton but feels and looks more like polyester. Fit good across shoulders but the sleeves are too skinny. I have very normal size arms. As a matter of fact people say my arms are small.

The slim strap dress of this boutique feels amazing. My order also came faster than I expected. I had to return a previous item because it did not fit. It was smooth and the customer service representative I contacted was very friendly.

Here you can always find beautiful clothes and shoes at reasonable prices. The delivery of my dress was fast and always comes with a nice touch:-) I recommend it if you buy a last minute event or just wear it every day.

I ordered a few items at this boutique that didn't suit me when I received them, so I quickly got in touch with the customer service team that responded within minutes. The instructions were clear and precise and a very simple process. Items were delivered literally the next day, and credit returned to my account within a couple of business days. Great online shopping experience.

It is ok but I wish there were some back views as they do not always explain if the items are backless or how low the back goes. It just would make it easier to see if it is the right type for me. All this site has are 3 views of the front. Maybe one front, one side and one back view. Thank you. Plus, there is no way to track any of my orders unless through emails. There should be somewhere on the site that lists my purchases and status.

I buy a lot online and buying with this page has possibly been the best experience I have had with online delivery. Super fast delivery and my purchases were of excellent quality and well packaged. I also love the size recommendation feature where you enter your height and weight, among other things. I find it very useful, especially compared to just using the size guide.

I've only ordered once here, but I've already placed a second order right now! I love their vast collection of clothes, especially dresses! The discounts are incredible and some of the prices are better along with the quality far exceeding other stores.

I had to return a beautiful dress on this website that I bought for my niece, it was my fault, I chose the wrong size. She received professional help. I felt really bad, but they made me feel so much better by giving me a store credit and a chance to buy again!

The website is tortuous. The search function is not detailed enough for so much inventory (e.g., I would like to eliminate cotton blends, but i cannot). Everytime I had to go back (used the backspace key), the website would not respond, or it would bring me back to a different place than where I was before. At one point the icon went in a circle for over an hour and I could not place the order. Then it dropped completely. It could be my connection, but no other website gave me this trouble all day. I would hesitate to spend more time on your website. Even worse, When I finally could submit my order and received my order, almost all of it was unusable. The "leather" shoes were plastic, and the clothing was sized at least two sizes too small. When I requested a return authorization, I was told to wait up to 48 hours but never received one. I emailed you find out why and got no response. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, I am never buying from Noracora again.
