It took 6 weeks to receive this "sweater". It was not a sweater! It is a cheap and thin long sleeved t-shirt with a printed design. The one star review is because of the cheap price... I guess you get what you pay for! I've received one sweater from this company which was also inexpensive, yet it was really a sweater, I'll keep that one. The second one, however is going to be given to charity! I won't buy from them ever again.

The items are not as shown regarding fabric. Cheap fabrics. Sizes, even using your measurements are not as described, even when ordering larger sizes.

Returns are shipped to China, not described until after you request a refund authorization. I read that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs but the items were shipped from California and New Jersey but purchasers must ship items to China. Half the cost of my entire order to send them back.

Customer service offered 15% cash refund to keep the items.

Not as described, poor decision on my part ordering from NoraCora.

This is the WORST on-line company I have ever dealt with. Return policy (you have to pay shipping back to China) is only one of the many problems. Poor quality product, poor construction of clothing, poor materials, doesn't fit anyone I have tried to give it to. None of their items even resemble the picture on their site. When you contact their customer service the send you back a form letter stating their return policy. My order from last November came February 1. Now I have just discovered that their clothing is sold by Target. Who knew!

Quality of clothing less than expected. Clearly NoraCora does not stand behind its products because you offer no avenue for return of purchases. Very questionable business practice. I was initially told that you would send a return label but that it would be my responsibility to pay shipping charges- this speaks poorly to how confident you are in the clothing you sell. Final word was - no we're not going to offer you a refund but we can give you 50% back and you can keep the clothing. It's a frustrating situation

It is my guess that the items that are photographed for advertising purposes are made from top quality materials, especially wool and silk.

What they sell is polyester, which is in the details, so they are clear about that. But no one would look at the scarf I got and match it to the advertised version. And if I'd seen the scarf in a store, I would have never purchased it regardless of how low the price. It looks dull and cheap.

That said, the scarf is well made.

It took less than 3 weeks to come from China. The website tracking was iffy during that time but it would periodically have an accurate report.

Excellent website Im impressed! First time buyer and I feel like I got a great bargain! I had some doubts, however my clothes arrived faster than expected. I bought a blouse skirt set. The quality is excellent, nice feeling rich fabric. The size I chose is fine, although I could probably have gone down a size, but I wanted to play it safe. I'll order another now and go down one size.

I ordered two items. Took forever to arrive (about 2 weeks). I ordered a pair of pants and a top. Neither one fit and were not even close to being true to size. The prices were good but that's the only thing that was good. I will never order from them again. I'm not even sure how to return the items as there was no shipping document or anything inside the package when I opened it. Do not recommend this company.

Took 4 weeks to arrive. The 4 tops were ordered using their size chart and I even went up a size on each. I was TOTALLY shocked when I took them out of the packages... they looked NOTHING like the pictures! The sizes are crazy... mostly child sized and the quality is a joke! I can't believe I got sucked into the old bait and switch... I definitely should have known better. Not looking forward to trying to return and get a refund.

I made my first purchase a couple of weeks ago and my items arrived very fast! I have had many bad online shopping experiences with quality and shipping times and was absolutely impressed with the quality and shipping time here. One of my dresses was too big, but that was my own mistake, so I'm shipping back for a smaller size and my second dress looks absolutely perfect to me, it may even be my favorite dress I've ever bought! I recommend this store! Impressive clothing and excellent quality.

Great online boutique for clothes! I can't believe how cheap it is! I fell in love with a lot of designs here, but now that I've been home so long without going out because of the pandemic, this site means that I can still buy the things I love.

I give up - the jacket I just received is too small plus so cheaply made it feels like someone cut out a bunch of shapes from felt and whip stitched them together. Last time I will order from here - nothing is the same as it looks in the photos.

I bought a jumpsuit from this boutique, I received it in 2 weeks but unfortunately it was too big and needed a small one, so I emailed their returns section to get a response to resolve my issue! My new monkey is on the way! I can't say enough how fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable this online boutique was. I have bought some items from the site and am always satisfied with the service and product. I would 100% recommend. Hats off to great company :)

It is so easy to find dresses that I want as cheap as this one. Because sometime, but in the store, it will be $ 5 to $ 10 more expensive. A wide range of designs allows me to easily find what I need based on reviews and price.

This companies pics are good on website but the product is very thin, poorly made and not sized properly for American womens bodies! They have no intention of accepting returns or refunding your money. They give you the run around when you ask for returns and then they offer to give you either a 25% refund or a 50% refund Not a full refund! Should have never taken a chance on this company, please do not buy from them ever! You'll loose money on the products and they expect you to not only pay for shipping and also the return, unbelievable!

I bought the wrong size entirely because of me and sent an email. They have a friendly approach with no problems and nothing was too difficult. Good customer service is very difficult to find, I congratulate everyone in particular the customer service agent who took my case very professionally.

It's very convenient because, instead of having to spend hours on transportation, time can be spent efficiently shopping for clothes for me. Different categories also make browsing much easier than having to switch between tons of styles I don't like to find my style of clothing I'm looking for.

It has very unique garments that you don't have to worry about because someone else wears the same outfit. One of the best features is that the payment is reliable and secure. I totally recommend this store.

It took awhile, but I did get my order. Online they kind of look like sweaters, but they are t-shirt material. Love my snowman shirts, not wild about the red holiday shirt which looked so different online.

Oh my God! This place on the internet is unbelievably fantastic! Well designed clothing selection, great prices. Seriously, lovely little museum of designs, they have my fashion styles. It is definitely worth buying clothes on this website!

Excellent fashion clothing website. I loved my sweaters, I asked in several sizes to try, incredibly almost all of them fit me well, and I have a large bust. They are very friendly, I highly recommend them.

I have order many items through Noracora. My first caution is to check the clothing sizing for EACH item you purchase, as the sizing guide varies greatly per item. Secondly, check the fabric of each item as many items such as "sweatshirt" are not fleece, but polyester. Third, their customer service is not very helpful regarding packages not delivered. My package was lost in transit, they would not consider a refund. After 2.3 months I filed a claim through my payment carrier--they received no helpful information and advised me to file a report at the police department. I went to sitejabber and submitted a negative review, this got their attention. They agreed to a refund if I removed the negative review. It took 3.5 months, but they finally refunded me for the lost items. They do have some good products, but their customer service is lacking.

I love this online clothing store. Hands down the best shopping site I've had so far and most of the clothes are super nice for the low prices. Highly recommended if you are looking for something affordable.
