I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

FIRST TIME ORDER I ordered shoes & they sent wrong size. Ordered size 6 but received size 7 or 8. I tried on & walked out of them.

NORACORA somehow put 2 orders in for me, most of the same items, total duplicate order. I emailed them several times requesting a cancel but since I never received an email from them for the false second order, they said a second order didn't exist. Although the money was taken from my account and showing 2 charges from the same company on my PayPal account, they said they did not do that. NORACORA kept denying there was not a second order. PayPal would not help. I sent PayPal a copy of every email NORACORA sent me stating there we're not two orders…. PayPal "investigated"…. WHAT A JOKE! PayPal finally got an order number from NORACORA and NORACORA said they received notification that the order was delivered, so Paypal would do nothing to help me. Finally when I did receive all 7 packages, YUP 7,,,, both orders in multiple different packages on different days, weeks apart… I then finally received an email from NORACORA stating all had arrived and finally on that last email I received the second order # of which NORACORA said did not exist. I contacted NORACORA again and provided them with that 2nd order # that they said over and over again that it did not exist and they told me it was too late, it had been over 30 days. But keep in mind, I just received the actual 2nd order # by email saying the last package had arrived. They don't send the order information in the actual packaging with the shipment. So I have a bunch of crap clothing sitting in bags unsure of what to do with… NORACORA is a Chinese cheap, cheat, copycat crappy company that copies pictures from other sites to sell knock off crap, they need to be shutdown! I'm only one person cheated out of $250…. Imagine how many others there are… DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA…

Ordered 3 tops for 1st time on Dec 3rd. Received 1 top on Dec 17th. 2nd Top on Dec 20th, 3rd top on Dec 23rd.
2 out of 3 tops did not fit as shown. The 3rd Top was ok. When I went to return the 2 tops it was very difficult to follow the instructions so I reached out to customer service. We started a chat. After I sent pictures the chat was closed by them so had to try again. When I took pictures of the tops I wanted to return, I noticed a small stain on the back top shoulder! It says they're to be returned in original packing, unworn, unstained. I only tried the 1 top on as 2 were different colors of same top. They FINALLY gave me a return auth # & then I had to ask for return address. Its in China. IT'LL COST me OVER $20. For a 2 lb pkg as they dont pay to return. THATS NO INSURANCE INCLUDED! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NORACORA AGAIN! They send orders SLOW...THE QUALITY IS CHEAP, ITEMS DO NOT FIT AS DISPLAYED, RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE. I spent most of my afternoon trying to get this return info & then cut off by the chat. I emailed & communication was a bit better. Its like pulling teeth! I spent almost $40. On the 3 tops. Itll cost over $20. To return. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM NORACORA AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

Just really wanted a red or hot pink dress for a wedding. You do have a lot of fun choices.
Very disappointed in the ordering process. I downloaded your app and it wouldn't take the 20 percent. It kept saying invalid code. Also your shipping costs are ridiculously. I understand you may need to charge more, but that was the price of three shirts. Also it said free shipping on orders over $99, but when I had that amount and more on my cart it wouldn't take it off. Please can you help me with this so others don't get as frustrated as I am.

Good quality clothes true to size however it take too long to receive order
My experience with NoraCora was that two of the things were the wrong size.
Stitching barely there, fabric like a kids kite. No shape just fabric hanging on.
