Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

Wish it was easier when you are shopping to get back into additional choices
They are responsive via email. There is no way to talk to anyone by phone. Return process is strange because of returns to China. They encourage you to accept discounts to keep received products instead of returning which can cost more than product purchase price. Sizing is so off it will most likely not meet your needs,
