Sent 1 of 3 shirts for my wife. Were to get a credit for 1 out of stock (2 months ago) and never sent the third. Not worth the time or money to pursue, but if you want to lose your hard earned dollars buy from Noracora!

Great deals! But the medium size Clothing fits like a large size. And some of the items don't look the same as they do online But some things are very beautiful. I really hate that you can exchange sizes. Because all of my things were too big

I got a fleece sweatshirt which was cream on top and green on the bottom, and the lines didn't even match up side to side. Basically, their stuff looks better in photos than it is in person and when you try to return you get stuck with return shipping. Use Shein instead.

You never respond to contact from customers. One item I ordered 4/20/23 has never arrived and I wish to cancel the order. Your items look stylish but quality and customer care is very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone else due to these conflicts.
The only response from Noracora was by "chat" which was very unsuccessful. They said they would find why my ordered item had not arrived in weeks, but denied my cancellation. Not appreciated.

When I started the refund, it looked like I could refund everything except the one item that was final sale which made sense. However, they wanted pictures of every item that was to be returned. Then when I went to the website today to finish the return it states their refund policy is NO REFUND on any item. Very unhappy about that.

I ordered what I thought was linen clothing. It took over a month from order date to receiving the items and I was exceedingly disappointed in the quality (cotton and polyester). The blouses did not look anything like the online photos. I will be returning everything if I can find out what the process is. There is no return address on the packing slip.
Sizing is off. Also ordered two blouses. The blouses were tight in the bust because there were no darts, baggy under the arms. The fabric was cute, and I can wear them, but.,, They were very cheap and you get what you pay for, but one top I had to give away. I could have fit 2 or 3 of me in there…,
He bought a pair of pants here. It was delivered in two weeks. The pants are very tight and of great quality, they fit me very well, so I had to buy another pair!
