Fast transactions and great clothes. The jumpsuit would be my favorite among all the models sold on this website. They are very comfortable to wear and fit my butt perfectly. I have not found a similar website as good as this one.
Although the products came in good time, It took a couple of weeks to get a return authorization. Tried following directions, then sent am email, finally chatted with customers service and got the authorization. I am returning two of the three items.

I ordered five dresses from NoraCora. Three fit fine and two didn't. I tried to return them, but they told me I would have to pay return shipping to China which was very expensive. They suggested I take a 15% credit instead. I would've gotten a $4 refund. They also don't take returns on earrings. One pair of earrings I ordered was not possible to wear. My holes would've been stretched out terribly. They wouldn't allow me to return them. I'm very disappointed. Not worth ordering from them to begin with.

Good So far, the fabric was not what I expected, was supposed to be denim but was not. Also you need to have size charts relative to u.s. standards. Had to go up 2 sizes and they just fit! Nice looking though.
Took a chance, last clothing ordered from California was made in China and not made well or sized right nor the fabric it said it was. Their return policy left alot to be desired (as in not ar all)

I was shocked at what came from NoraCora. Looks like prints on cheap polyester fabric. Reminded me of Halloween costumes. One dress never did make it to me but was charged for it. Also, have to send to China to get refunded?!?

I had an issue where my email was stolen and it was a birthday present, the staff at this boutique helped me every step of the way even though it was not their responsibility. I have always had excellent service from them.
I was excited to order some cute tops from you. When arrived, later than thought, they were all too small and I didn't like the material that they were made from. When I went through the return process I had to fill it out three times before I received the correct information and, by that time, I was away for 2 weeks. I hope to mail them back as soon as I return and hope that it meets the 30 day deadline.
I had tried a couple of times to get the correct return procedure but hadn’t within the allotted time frame. I reached out to customer service in order to get the necessary information (it took two tries but I finally got it).

Clothes do not come as advertised... missing about half the fabric needed to achieve the style in the picture. When you want to return they offer you 15% of purchase price or you can return to China at a very hefty mail cost. In the back and forth of email I let them know I was going to return to the address on the mailing package unless I heard from them... I did not hear in five days so I returned to a Ca address. I just revived an email saying to bad for me... now I get nothing. Do not buy from this co it is a sham. Would love suggestions about other ways to get refund and to warn others
Such a big disappointment! Took many weeks to arrive, then the products were really cheaply made, with holes in them and stitching missing. I tried to return one dress that was really terrible - Very large, very long and stitching mismatched and missing in places and learned that I would have to pay shipping to China! They offered me a 25% refund - I guess they know their products are terrible and so they make it impossible to return. Even they don't want them!
I ordered a dress on my first order. It took around 15 days to arrive. They told me they are small size clothes, but when I looked at their size chart and ordered according to the sizes they listed, it fit me perfectly and I was very satisfied with the color, style and material! I decided to try another. It was great! I will say that the bra cups seem to be for someone with a flatter chest, but it will work.

Where do I even begin? Don't be fooled by their super trendy casual American-looking models, fresh off the beach. Their clothes are ABSOLUTE JUNK. Instead of the weathered cotton-linen look, you'll receive thin, nasty-looking polyester junk that doesn't fit. I would be embarrassed to wear this out in public. I donated this to Goodwill and never wore it.
