I ordered 2 knee length dresses from here. The two dresses I received were floor length and figure hugging. I ordered wide ones to hide my fat. They say you can return them no problem but the postage is just as expensive as the dress. So why bother. Nor even the color I ordered. Won't be shopping here again

I love this online boutique! They have the cutest styles and are really affordable. And my orders usually arrive the day after ordering, which means I never worry if I need an outfit at the last minute. And I've never had to pay for shipping! I shop a lot online and these girls are definitely one of my favorites.

For anyone who is afraid to order from this site, don't stop! They are legitimate with their orders and best of all, all the products are very affordable and they don't scam you with their items. Their prices remain the same, if not a little cheaper sometimes! And their discounts are really amazing. I have been ordering for a while and receive excellent service every time.

Clothing not as pictured, material is substandard- very difficult to return spent $49: to return $105 order. The process took days just to get a return address in China- company offered $35 to keep items but I wanted to spend money in an attempt to get some level of satisfaction.

So far all I did was order. I would rather wait until I receive my order for a more thorough message. Thank you. Update -- I received my beautiful clothes but I had to return an item (too small) and the return policy seemed like an expensive and time consuming nightmare so I didn't bother. I am still waiting for my offered refund of a 15% credit.

Very difficult to figure out how they do things - very atypical way of discounting, free shipping is stated but then not free and other things. One of the items had sewing strings attached as well as a hole in a hem elsewhere in it due to poor sewing. One item wrong color arrived. Looks like very poor Quality Control.

I ordered two pair of shorts one black and one red. It took a month to get the black ones but no red. I sent an email trying to find the red pair. That was a week ago still no response. I did get a review letter from their customer service which said they sent out a shift and a pair of shorts. To please rate them. I didn't order a shift and I didn't get one. I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade commission and have my bank cancel the bill. Their review allowed for stars and only allow approx 5 words. They conveniently make it impossible to contact anyone. Save yourself money, time and a lot of hassle. Don't order from this company.

I have made several orders on this website and everything is always perfect. The very good website to browse and buy clothes. The only thing that among so many products and so handsome costs a little to choose, I definitely love it. Above all, they have a lot of professionalism and fashionable styles, thank you very much for everything.

I would've given zero stars if that was an option. The product I ordered was depicted as a knit scarf on the website. The actual scarves that were delivered to my house where a fabric that had a "print" to appear net in completely different colors than the website pictures. See photos which shows the difference of website pic vs actual product shipped. When I went to inquire about returning this item (I bought three of them!) I was told that I would need to pay shipment to return the items to China. Note shipping returns to China is not explained on their website on their return policy. In addition, one item was never delivered and when I asked to obtain a refund, they promised to refund in a week But never issued a refund. This is a terrible company to work with and I recommend you do not make a purchase!

I ended up purchasing a shirt with the same print over and over again because I could never communicate with customer service. The shirt was described as cotton. It feels more like polyester. I accidentally purchased a shirt not buttoned down. Shirt I received had 4 buttons so it was a pull over. I did get a small percentage back but I would've preferred to have been able to make exchanges. Maybe I'll use the fabric for a pillow or something.

Due to the time difference I never got a live person. They did get back to me but many times they did not understand my question

Cute clothes, good prices, but not what's listed on their website. Fabric content is wrong. Everything made of polyester. Yuck. Tried to return the clothes. No return address on their website. Sent them a message. Took weeks before I got a reply. Said I needed to ship the clothes, as my own expense, to China, but did not include an address. Said they would refund me 15% with no return of merchandise. I requested a return shipping address again. Still no answer.

Wish I had checked these reviews before I bought.

In this online boutique there are clothes that are very different from those found in department stores and a little cheaper. Email communication when making a return has been excellent, I love this site!

Great fit! I have already ordered more blouses in the same style. Very happy with the cut and the feel of the material. It washes well and maintains its shape. True to size and good length through bodice. I love this season's range of colors!

Very cheaply made products. Sizing is all wrong. Chinese sizing. Very disappointed. On their website they don't publish negative reviews only the positive one. Another red flag on this company.

I bought a sweater online here, it was too small, I reordered it one size larger. This website arranged a refund for me immediately, as I had purchased the same dress, to prevent it from being sold. The refund was processed quickly and their response time was incredible. Great shopping experience!

I love the accessories and clothing designs of this boutique! The bags were beautifully advertised and did not disappoint when they arrived. Since then, I have recommended this online store to all my friends.

I had to email customer service for an inquiry about my order and the service was amazing. One girl was super charming and very helpful, so it makes me want to buy from them again! The best experience!

Don't order from this site unless you want to wait weeks or months for your order. And don't expect any level of customer service. I have been trying to get a response from their "customer service" for over a week. I have sent 5 or 6 emails to them and received 0 help. Good luck if you make the same mistake I made by ordering from this site.

Very happy to have stumbled upon this online store. It is incredibly organized and very informative. They also store amazing designs that are hard to find in a mall, they will use it for all future clothing purchases!

I love shopping your fashions... I don't always checkout right away because I kind of browse-shop for a few days here and there, then I change my items around sometimes... I go on your wonderful site to browse for a few minutes... next thing I know, 2 hours have gone by...

This online boutique meets all the requirements. Friendly service, great stylish clothes, easy to use website, good price. The return policy is really good as you simply drop the package off at a post office. Very good service.

Everything looks great in the pictures but the product is inferior. There are a lot of emails. So sorry I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. 6 week shipping time, bill already paid. The communication with the vendor was pretty good but the merchandise is not what is being advertised.
