I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

Like most other reviews, I have been well and truely scammed! Ordered 3 linen shirts, received 3 of the cheapest poly/cotton, poorly made and finished shirts.
Wanted to return, what an wasted exercise that turned out to be. They don't want them back! Offered 15% of my order value to keep them; didn't accept that. Then offered 25%, final offer from them 35%. After this my trust in them had gone; the likelihood of any refund was negligible. I have made a complaint to every authority I can. The ads still pop up and under many different guises. My first foray into online fashion has been a disaster. There must be honest online retailers out there. This company spoils the reputation of these. Please don't buy Noracora or any of the other labels the operate under. You'll know them when you see them; the model's heads are not showing. Looks like NC take the designs from photos and replicate the item cheaply.

Stay away from these people. I cancelled my order because they hadn't shipped it out after a week and one item was a time sensitive gift. I now have waited 10 days to receive my refund but all I get from them are stupid kiss off poor English replies. Must be Chinese.

Clothes received are not what advertised... fabric that said "linen" are actually cheap cotton and polyester. Returns are impossible... and they only give 10%-15% back, if you are that lucky, unless you want to pay the postage fees to return to CHINA. On initial review of company, you don't see return policies or certainly no phone numbers for their customer service... am assuming they are in China as well. Recommend everyone notify the Federal Trade Commission and report their business practices so no one else gets shafted! Wanted to give ZERO stars, but system won't accept... so 1 is actually too many!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I ordered 5 items, they all came very quickly.
I kept one item and gave the rest to The Goodwill Charity shop. Nothing was the same as the photos. I wanted them gone out of my sight and chalked up the $100. Loss to my stupidity. Lesson learned.

Still waiting for delivery of three items ordered Aug 2019, requested a refund for all. No reply, terrible customer service.
I have made a complaint to PAYPAL, hope that goes someway to stopping this practice. Would never order anything from this company again.

Simple... This is a SCAM! Ordered 3 months ago, they keep referring you to a fake shipping manifest and tracking website showing the packages in transit. Then arriving and being picked up in LA by FedEx and USPS You would think one would have received said packages considering NoraCora shows them being delivered to them over a month ago! FedEx and USPS do not even show receiving items, Oh yea hope you can read Chinese cause that's what the tracking website is in. Doesn't matter. Website doesn't really say anything except more B. S. and anytime you try to contact NoraCora you get a nice email from Christine Wu (computer generated response) saying "please be patient item on the way" "Would you like to buy more?"

They are thieves. You order the clothes but they never arrive. Several emails over many months and I am still waiting for my items. They gladly take your money but do not send through the goods. Stay away from this company they should be locked up as fraudsters. They take your $ but do not deliver.

Arrived over 2 months and I wish it hadn't even come. Nothing was as advertised. Poorly made, material all wrong, like sand paper. Soles of shoes like tire rubber, material indescribable. Not one thing was wearable. Obviously not made close to American sizes or quality. Nothing in package for returns and no emails returned. I don't know how they got on positive review.

Excellent online service. I ordered 3 tops just before the virus arrived. He was concerned that they would not be able to reach the country or that it could take months, so he asked to cancel the order. They were very helpful, canceled and refunded my money without a problem. I will buy from them again this time as the situation clears up.

Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I normally use this online boutique to shop for clothes, I have found that the variety of clothes on offer there is something for everyone. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots, clothes, accessories, various types of jewelry (just be sure to check the size), contacting me via email is not a problem, great.

1. Sizes are completely inaccurate. I measured myself and then chose a size larger just in case and the clothes were STILL way too small. The colors were also wrong. They claimed something was black and it's dark blue/navy.
2. I expected it would be easy to return and get the proper size, especially given the fact that their measurements are inaccurate, so they should do what they can to make it right. But no, they make you pay to return items and then after all that I never even got a refund.
3. The one piece I did keep ripped the second time I wore it. Cheap-assed crap.

Wish I had looked online for reviews before taking a chance on this company. Never again.

Your clothes look beautiful on the website. So I ordered one for a special celebration. Dress came. Cheaply made. Lace only in front and flimsy, like dime store lace. What appeared to be layers was flimsy cotton stitched at neck and hem. I will never wear this dress, and yet to return it would cost another $10-15. Plus a foreign exchange charge ended up on credit card. I will never recommend your site. Further, I believe that there is one parent company using lots of names doing the same thing. Kohlslady is another.

Ordered 4 sweaters. None came til 5 weeks later. Then it was just one. Looked nothing like photo. Poor quality. Next sweater came a week later. Same problem... then the 3rd another week later. 4th never came. Had to file a complaint thru PayPal. Would have cost $65 to ship back to China. Company finally agreed to reimburse me 65 out of the 100 dollars... but I had to close claim first. I closed claim and haven't heard from them since. Hope they go bankrupt...

Nora Cora aka fanshionweb international which goes by several other names uses pictures from US companies catalogs think Boston Proper, Sundance etc. to lure you into buying from them. The products that arrive are nothing like the pictures. Low quality, Ill fitting, broken, etc. don't get duped like me.

One credit card wouldn't go thru -they charged that one twice in addition to the next card.
6 weeks to arrive, its junky stuff but 3 pieces were acceptable -and fit. Came from China but also had a California return address. Had to cut into the bag. No invoice or return info, When contacted them by email, insisted returns be in the original packaging- impossible, sent to China, but since that will be $$ they would give me 15% so I could have them tailored... ha ha. If not reply to any email from them, in 7 days - will not review the transaction. I have sent now, daily, 4 emails asking for the label... no answer. Have filed with FTC, complained to Facebook and seeing if can get the MC to flag th company. Answers to the additional questions - took 6 weeks! Says can return but they are making it impossible...

If only I had read the reviews before ordering $250.00 worth of clothes from this company. I will now donate every last item to charity and THEY will probably throw it out and say it's too shoddy and cheap to even give to desperately poor people! What a huge mistake! I never in my life would have imagined a company could get away with this and survive. Total garbage! NOTHING was as pictured. Sweaters with designs weren't knitted, they were stamped! A plush, fleece coat, pictured in the snow was the same material as a thin flannel bathrobe! I have never seen such false advertising and was just enraged when I opened the packages. It's too much hassle to send everything back, so I just have to live with one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made!

This company is a scam. Their pictures are enticing, but the clothes are really crap and you cannot return them. PayPal should be ashamed for enabling this fraud. PayPal says send stuff back, but you cant without paying to send to China whi chcosts A LOT and no tracking available so it's like sending into space. I am fighting paypal for at least partial refund but do fsr nothing
Anybody else in this predicament?.

Saw some great clothes in my large size at reasonable prices and thought great. Ordered about 300 in clothes and every piece was too small and horrible made... stiching and fabric was poor and cheaply done. No chance to return. And icing on the cake was it took 4-6 weeks to get everything. If there were negative star rating I would give it a minus 10. Keep your money or donate it to a charitable cause because this company even gives China cheap products a bad name.

I was very unhappy with my purchase. Extremely cheeeasy material. Second shirt arrived next... I give it a 4 out of 10! Not looking forward to the last of my order arriving at this point! We'll see! TBC

Tip for consumers:
read product materials and my items did NOT look like the online items. I could have cut, sewn and ironed the letters on my own cheap material. Looks like a t shirt online yet I purchased a cheap version of what the model had on! NOT HAPPY and I have to pay to return it! Not cool!

Nora Cora does not have the look of a Chinese clothing company and I foolishly didn't check for country of origin before ordering. Their "size 3X" turned out to be more like a U.S. size small or medium at best. Even if you go by their sizing chart, the sizes are still TOO SMALL. Returns are all but impossible. This company is only out to take your money and run.

I ordered 178.00 worth of summer clothing from my last paycheck from work before being laid off due to Covid-19 May 5. It's now June 22 2020 and I haven't received my order nor is there a phone number to call. Tracking numbers don't work. Bogus company. Stay away!

Excellent. Would like backview photos. 1st Timer. I had a little trouble with sizes & sorting styles on the site, but fell in love with several things. I am short & its difficult to gauge how long a top, or dress, or pants are. Finding on-line shops that give enough information ( like pockets noted) Or (type of material the garment is made of). I found Noracora did a pretty good job of describing these details.

Please list at least one online fashion shop that you are more satisfied with. The more the better.

None. Descriptions are good. Pocket yes or no would nice & back view photos. Would be helpful.
