I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

Under different company names, different phone numbers ect. Placed an order on 7/5/2019. Within minutes, cancelled my order by email. Sent several emails with NO response of cancelled confirmation. Found a number from a complaint site *******984. Talk to one of their FAKE reps named James Bakar. Said i needed to down load their app for a refund in which i kno is NOT true. The rep hung up on me. Please people file a complaint with econsumer.gov. And the FBI. They need to be investigated and shut down.

Clothing are made with poor quality fabric. Fit was ridiculous... size 8 was more like a 12.
Return policy is not as advertised! You have a limited time to return your items, when I requested a "return shipping address" slip, it took weeks to get a response so I sent the items back to the distributor in California... received an email stating that "too much time had lapsed and they would no longer be able to return the items" They should be put out of business. Out $105... just glad it wasn't more.

A lady here was an excellent customer service representative. She handled my inquiry expeditiously, answered all my questions, and made a great gesture of goodwill and courtesy to meet my needs. She really went out of her way to satisfy me and if I could give her 10 stars I would. With customer service like this and great quality clothing, I don't want to buy anywhere else. Thank you and most importantly thanks to this lady. You are great!

Very easy to buy, satisfied with the variety of payment options on the site. Shipping was super fast and efficient, and when I received my order there was a handwritten note of thanks! Often little personal touches like this aren't seen on shopping sites these days, 99% of them want your money and don't care what happens next. I will definitely buy here again!

I can't tell if they are going out of business or that they have no business selling on line.
Why would it take over 10 days to ship items they claim to have in stock?

To add insult to injury they have no phone number and the web site to track the order doesn't work.

What am I missing other than my order?

I love this online boutique! Fast shipping, high quality clothing and such friendly customer service, I had a few questions before placing my order as I was not really sure about ordering items online, they have worked hard to answer all my questions, they even emailed me I emailed days later to make sure my order was safely received and the correct size.

My personal experience with Noracora has been mixed. Some items are ok, but truly most things are not up to par. The fabrics are not as substantial as those pictured in the ads. I purchased three tee shirts for my sisters and I who were planning a trip. The message on the front says Road Trip, Better than Therapy. Super cute idea; however, their sizes were XXXL. Believe me, they were much nearer Medium or Large than XXXL. Disappointing. I do not believe I will purchase from this web site again.

The ads with beautiful people in beautiful clothing designs are very appealing. I should've known that the prices advertised would not provide quality goods--and the items for the most part are not quality goods.

Good transaction overall. I'm always skeptical of ordering things of online store but this dress was so cute I thought I'd take the risk. I wasn't disappointed at all! It's actually very good quality and so soft! Would absolutely order from them again

I ordered an XXL but it's the size of a small. In order to return it the cost for shipping is higher than the item. And the shipping i paid to receive it was half as much as the item. They pictures they show on their site are deceiving and the people must be children that are the models.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from here unless you can try on the item before you buy it.

If anyone is writing a positive review of Noracora, rest assured they are someone from Noracora. Nothing about my experience with them was postive. Over 2 months to get the products, plus they are not as advertised. The clothing is so synthetic and thin it won't even make good cleaning rags. Return is not worth the money or effort. Run away!

I made the mistake of ordering 4 items before I found these reviews. It was within the 24-hour window during which I could cancel at "no charge". Oh, sure. I canceled and also asked them to acknowledge the cancellation. Nothing. Instead I receive an email 2 days later - 2 DAYS! - saying 3 items have shipped and I'll get a refund on the fourth. Oh, sure. 2 weeks later I received another email saying the last item has shipped. I haven't received anything yet but I'm sure it will be heading for the trash. Obviously they will take your money, and you have no recourse regardless of what their own refund policy says online.

I filed a billing dispute with PayPal and they actually DENIED it! If this doesn't qualify for a refund based on a billing dispute, I don't know what does! PayPal is useless. I won't use them again. Perhaps if I had used my Bank of America card they would recognize a billing scam when they see it. Just so annoying. Why are these thieves still in business?

I placed an order June 3rd. They notified me that my items had shipped and I was provided a tracking number on June 12. It shows no movement since. I've contacted them multiple times and get the same form of response each time telling me to be patient and they take 3-5 business days to ship (not true) and another 7-12 to transport (also not true). Many reviews say it took 2-3 months, or not at all many times, to receive their order. I'm trying to get my charges reversed as this is clearly a scam RIP OFF site.

Terrible experience! Ripped off big time. I wish I had the sense to look up reviews before I ordered lots of clothes for my wife's birthday. Very low quality, so bad that when it arrived 5 weeks after I placed my order I was embarrassed to give them to my wife. This is a big scam and a Hoax. Chinese company is preying on us. The refused to refund my money based on the lateness of my notification to them. The clothes arrived weeks after the refund date and informed me they will not exchange anything. Terrible, terrible online shopping experience. Many of the clothes we ordered appeared to be made of felt. Horrible experience and RIPPED OFF!

Thank you for offering such beautifully designed clothing. Living a poci away from a mall makes shopping for clothes very difficult, but this way you can still buy the perfect outfit at my favorite online store :)

Very easy to use website. Order came quicker than I expected. Ordered 11 items for a trip. Received all but 2. One of these 2, I was really hoping to have to take away. Reached out to customer service to see if it would arrive in time. Said they would rush out when they could. I would have liked to know if it was out of stock, on re-order, if I have any expectations of it coming at all. Other than that, quite satisfied with the whole process.

I bought a dress earlier this year. I searched a long time before finding this brand on the internet and its designs caught my attention. Shipping was fast and the dress was well packed. The dress fit me perfectly and I found it amazing. The fabric was top quality and there were no shipping imperfections, which was nice to see. I would recommend this brand to anyone who wants a party dress or similar dress for any special occasion. They look and make you feel very glamorous.

I ordered 3 dresses... all used designer pics, and the dresses sent were not even close to the same fabric. All looked like thin poly material used in a flag. Since I read online that it is expensive to send clothes back to china, I consider it an $82 ripoff. The chinese have stolen our secrets, designs, etc. for many years. Cant be brought to justice. And now, I was stupid enough to let them steal my money too.

How could a Food Network advertisement go wrong, Right? Well, it CAN go wrong if you don't at the very least, read the reviews issued on an independent site like this one.

My purchase totaled $184.00 after a discount code was met. Free shipping made it appear even more tempting. I almost added more merchandise once the discount was given.

Paypal went to bat for me and I received a full refund into my PayPal account in a mere 3 days. I feel very fortunate. They WILL help you if you ask.

Warning! Don't be taken... I Found out too late! Noracora from China, displays beautiful photos of clothing which are used to lure you in. They send you an extremely cheap, sprayed fabric version of the sweater, or top. Five items I ordered are extremely disappointing. So much so, that I will likely just donate them. Hindsight, I wish I had searched online reviews before buying. And sending items back would be too expensive.
In the photos below is a comparison of what they sent for a lovely colorful knit sweater I ordered. I put up a photo of the actual item vs their photo of item you think you're getting. Items come in a thin waffle weave polyester cotton, cheap washcloth type fabric.

Clothes looks like great quality on the web but horrible, cheap quality. Shirts made for Winnie the Pooh, short in length (not supposed to be crop tops). I spent over $235 and returns are complicated. I couldn't find the return process & was told on the live chat that I have to wait 48 hours receive an email from them before I could return and that at that time they would tell me which of the products were returnable!

The "fit" of the clothes should be advertised, like this runs small or large. I usually wear a medium but the fit is too tight. I'm attempting to get the return label but I haven't yet received the email. So I am very frustated and will probably not order from Noracora again because returns are impossible!

They offered easy returns, didn't think I'd need to be worried. All of the items arrived in strange sizing. A small dress was 4 inches wider than it should have been. A coat sleeves were three inches too short. And pants too small that stopped at tops of knees.

Tried to return. They first had to authorize it, required photos, the site took forever to upload, and then found out they don't pay for return shipping. Now I'm out $15 for shipping and completely wasted time and money.

Don't buy from them. Buyer beware it's a scam

Don’t purchase from them. No returns without you paying for it and lengthy delays. Customer service would do nothing to help me

I bought a pair of dresses, but unfortunately changed my mind about the style and color I wanted (the dresses themselves were a beautiful fabric and of incredible quality). She was happy to offer me a store credit on her return. When they received the dresses, they initially only gave me half the credit I owed, so I e-mailed them, and literally within the hour, that they had corrected the amount on my account. I really appreciate this page!

DO Not Order anything from here. If there were ZEROS I would give 5 Zeors. This company is a scam, my first credit card refused the order, tried another credit card it went thru. Later my credit card company called said it was nott safe to use this website was why they declined the order. So sorry I tried the second credit card. After months of placing order May 2019 still have not received it August 2019. Christina in customer service plays dumb as if she can not understand or comprehend when I have sent several e-mails simply put "order never received, requested refund, still no refund. Not score is fake and a big lying scam. Do Not Order from the. No customer service.
