My items came in about 2.5 weeks or so. I was excited and then I opened them to find the most cheaply made shoes I have ever seen. These might as well been foam boots. When I asked for refund I was told 15%. Which is not acceptable. Then 50%. And keep the items. Or 100% and pay for shipping back to china! I haven't done anything with the pairs of boots that I paid 60$ for that are garbage basically. And I live in Wisconsin where it's cold and snowing. I wouldn't wear these in the summer much less in the winter because they are so cheap and thin made material. Gosh I don't think a homeless person would even wear them at this point!

It is lacking and didn’t meet expectations.

FAKE! FRAUD! LIARS!
If you wanna do business with NORACORA be ready for lies, deception and fake tracking numbers. I got sucked into the great pictures as I love that style. Saw some of these clothes on Amazon so thought it was the same company only to find they stole pictures from other websites and posted as their own. Lesson learned. Ugh!

I ordered a pair of boots for $ 140 (after 30% discount) even before scrolling through all the existing negative reviews this website has. Since it wasn't like he could do anything, he only hoped for the best. Fortunately, it arrived on time and in brand new condition, the boots looked even better in person. I'm pretty sure they are of excellent quality too, as I examined all the stitching and all that. Personally, you will continue shopping at this online boutique.

What they advertise IS NOT what you get if you live in the USA. I carefully measured myself and took time to review their size charts. I am typically XL. But to be absolutely sure I went up one size. Not one of the 3 loose blouses I bought fit. When chatting with their customer Service Rep, I was told, and I quote: "Aurora 10:49:56 am The size chart is made according to the garments size rather than body size" Now how are you to know that size without the garment? They offered me a refund of about $8.00 on my $51.00 order. Outrageous, not to mentioned that they wouldn't give an estimate on charges to return which I am responsible for. READ their conditions before ordering, that's what they told me after the fact. And, Buyer Beware. Never again!

Please list at least one online fashion shop that you are more satisfied with. The more the better.

Don't know yet as I haven't received the items. I HOPE they fit!

Thankfully, I ordered one item, a pair of boots, in black. What came in was in grey, which is their mistake, but, hey, I have to pay for shipping back to China if I want to return them, which might cost me what these boots were... but, it was their mistake. Shame on me for dealing with a Chinese company. I didn't read where they were from. I usually don't spend my hard earned money on "made in China". And furthermore, they call this material leather! I wonder what kind of 'leather' looks and feels like vinyl?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! These boots won't even be donated to the thrift shop. Only one place for them... TRASH!

I bought a pair of dresses, but unfortunately changed my mind about the style and color I wanted (the dresses themselves were a beautiful fabric and of incredible quality). She was happy to offer me a store credit on her return. When they received the dresses, they initially only gave me half the credit I owed, so I e-mailed them, and literally within the hour, that they had corrected the amount on my account. I really appreciate this page!

They offered easy returns, didn't think I'd need to be worried. All of the items arrived in strange sizing. A small dress was 4 inches wider than it should have been. A coat sleeves were three inches too short. And pants too small that stopped at tops of knees.

Tried to return. They first had to authorize it, required photos, the site took forever to upload, and then found out they don't pay for return shipping. Now I'm out $15 for shipping and completely wasted time and money.

Don't buy from them. Buyer beware it's a scam

Took 2 months to receive items purchased as birthday gifts. The auto Robo emails are of no help. The items finally came, which I didn't need anymore and good thing I got replacements gifts because the items were not as described or pictured. Made of the cheapest fabrics. The sizes were all off. The invoices say for returns email *******@noracora.com for instructions. Its all garbage and packages have 4 different shipping labels. Worst online purchase. They operate like a scam company.

I'm not sure what they are made of though. A cotton blend can be many things.
Wish we could FEEL or acturally SEE the fabrics.

The worst online experience I have ever endured. The fabrics were awful. The sizing is all over the place. Not only are they too large or too small, the cut is totally off from a human frame!
Then when I requested a return and refund the say they'll offer me 15% of my purchase price. Their other comments are more like a threat than an actual return
Policy. As in don't return to the return address bc it isnt the website address. And the buyer must pay for any returns.
NEVER order anything from this website!

Do not order from this company! No return policy! Support companies that allow returns. This company takes no responsibility for poor quality or wrong sizing! I am out $100 and left with horrible unwearable tops!

I ordered several pieces back in early June hoping they would arrive before a planned vacation at the end of June. They did not even though they advertised a 7-12 day delivery. It wasn't until I returned home 7 weeks later that the package was there. To say the items are nothing like the pictures is an understatement. Poor quality fabric, mostly cheap polyester, boxy and shapeless, large stitching; one blouse even had a paint stain on the sleeve and they sent it anyway. The dress was the cheapest polyester even though it had been advertised as cotton. Beware, yes the prices are cheap and you get what you pay for, but even what you pay is outrageous for such junk. They offer a free gift to entice you to bring your order up to $95. It was the cheapest looking pair of earrings, again not at all what the photo showed. The fact that they use Paypal to look more legitimate is a shame. Learned my lesson. Should have checked out reviews before ordering.

No thanks…took forever to get without an email follow up to inform of delay. Never received an item so was able to cancel b/c it hadn't shipped. Poor quality, but then the price should have sent red flags up… you get what you pay for and nothing fit that well.

I received a pair of boots thatI ordered months ago. There was no shipping label and no name on the USPS label. Turns out they came from an importers warehouse, that doesn't answer phone calls. Checking my credit card revealed there is an ambiguous transaction, that was too old to deal with. The boots came with parts missing(loops for a strap, but no strap), not suede, and glue smeared on the material. They have great pictures, but their products scream "Chinese sub par Crap". I will be looking for my review to be published, but I am afraid only good reviews are getting through. 4+stars is a stretch!

I would like to be able to know the height/weight of the models. I am five tall and the models are usually 8-9 inches taller which means the hemlines are too long for me than how they are pictured. There needs to be more detail on the clothing item. I don't like that there are not free returns, the sizes are deceptive and not consistent - some smalls are drowning on me while others seem to be one size smaller.

Please list at least one online fashion shop that you are more satisfied with. The more the better.

This company takes your money at time of order then does NOT ship. I ordered on 6/8/2020 and today is 7/17/2020. They have responded to my two emails asking for status and the tracking info I received was so convoluted, it was NOT USPS tracking as it claims. There are consumer websites now available that claim this company is a SCAM and NOT to do business with them. High likelihood your personal information may be compromised. I am reporting them to my credit card company for fraud. What a shame.

After waiting 9 weeks for my top to arrive, I was very disappointed in the color. I was looking forward to the beautiful blue I saw online, but received a very light, almost gray shirt. I tried it on, even though the events I bought it for were long over, and it was WAY too tight. But the weird thing was, the sleeves and arm holes were ok.It's like they have never seen someone my size. I will take this to a thrift store ASAP, since it costs even more to send it back than I paid in the first place. However, I expect this shirt to be a big disappointment for as long as it exists. Anyone it fits will have giant, oversized and baggy sleeves. Hard pass!

It took a long time to receive my order. The sizes ran small and were very cheaply made with a dry clean label. Wouldn't buy from them again. You pay for returns to China and they determine if you will get refunded.

I recently purchased some clothing from Noracora. Although I used the instructions on the sizing charts on the website, nothing I received actually fit me. Even the shoes, which were marked size 43, were too small (I usually wear a 41). Sizing of garments varied wildly. The fabrics were cheap and flimsy. I contacted the company about returns and was told that I would have to pay to ship the items to an address in China in order to get a refund. I was also offered the choice of getting a refund of 15% of what I paid without returning the items. I tried to write reviews of the items I had purchased and received, and found that the link to writing reviews didn't work. Are any of the reviews even real? In my opinion, this website is a con.

You can't return anything without paying huge shipping costs to China. They offer a ridiculous 15% discount to NOT return. (which I have yet to see). You can't even unsubscribe! I bought 5 items, I used the crazy sizing charts for all. Some were huge and some were so tight they wouldn't fit someone 50 lbs lighter than me. No rhyme nor reason to the sizing. Yes, the clothes are really cute but the fabrics are not at all what I expected. Big mistake in ordering but good that they were cheap enough to take the loss. Most items will be sold in my garage sale coming up.

Bought about 10 items from this company. Did not receive 2. Showed them postal service receipt stating package did not arrive to them from company. They refused to reimburse $38.46! Circular emails. Quality of good received is low. Never buy from them.

Seemed like good according to what I saw on the advertisements, I bought over $100. It was over a month for my order to arrive,, it did not look nothing like the picture. It was suppose to be knitted but design was just painted on some cheap unhemmed abnormal fitting garment ( jacket?) I wrote and requested a refund before the rest of this stuff came. Christine responded. I got only $26.00 of my refund back with no return supposedly because of the postage to China, I will always read reviews before buying now. Consumers need to be protected form shady companies like this from overseas, PayPal is no help in getting your money back I noticed. This is a shame and a disgrace.

Ordered three shirts from NoraCora in my standard size large. Took a long time (weeks) to arrive, but when they did they looked like the picture. However, although they were marked a large they were very small, as in I could not even get them over my head.

I requested a refund at which time I learned that they company was based in China, returns could take months, I would have to pay for shipping them back to China and my refund would not be processed until they received the item. In lieu of returning the items, they offered me a 15% refund but did not supply the information on how to get this refund.

Would not purchase from them again

Buy a size larger than normal as their sizes are not true and be aware of the "you pay the shipping to return the item to China" policy

She brought a beautiful long skirt that was for sale in this online boutique. I ordered a size 14 and when I picked it up it was too tight, a customer service girl went out of her way to find me a size 16, I know it fit perfectly. I was very happy with my order. Every time I go online to buy things I always visit this store and I always come out with something that I love.

Refund policy does not exist. I ordered, read a review on line and immediately cancelled my order. I also emailed to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order two weeks later when I had heard nothing and could not reach the company. Finally, 6 weeks later some items shipped. Extremely low budget rejects. I wouldn't buy at all---no quality at all, not worth the time to sew and put it together. Have downloaded the refund directions, you must pay for shipping and the address cannot be obtained until you contact through email. That didn't work over a month ago why should it work now.
