I recently had a problem with a blouse here! When writing a review here, a representative was quick to reach me via email and was extremely friendly and helpful. They investigated the incident and provided me with a full refund, as well as additional points for my difficult experience. It was really helpful and the experience was quickly resolved. I know that we are not free to make mistakes, this online boutique is really reliable and with an excellent online service! I will definitely buy here again!

Excellent! This boutique online has a wide range of clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, etc. for all needs. All the things I wanted but couldn't find anywhere else, I've found them here. The prices are very reasonable and with frequent discounts it makes everything quite cheap. The quality is always high quality and there is also free shipping! I love how the website is so easy to use and the layout is perfect and easy for when you want additional information.

Ordering was easy and intuitive. It took longer than I consider acceptable to get shipped and then a long time to arrive. The quality of my dresses is OK, the fit runs large. I wanted to return a dress but shipping would have been too expensive. NoraCora gave a 15% refund since returning wasn't truly an option. Overall, just an OK experience.

I should have looked for reviews on here first, stupid me. Some how I thought these people were fromFlorida, I should have know it was CHINA! The tops are awful, fabric thin, no hems just cut straight across. The colors are all run together so we know colors will bleed onto other clothes. I never saw where it said return to China at my own expense or I really would never would have purchased! I emailed for a return, they offered me 15% of what I paid and I keep the trash they sent. I really do not want to keep their bad workmanship and tissue paper thin fabric. The shirts are nothing like the pics. This is pure scam if I ever heard of it and the government should not be allowing these business practices on our soil.

Stinks that you save 9.99 to be spent on shipping. It took forever to arrive. Package was packed so tight I couldn't tear open due to arthritis in my hands. Had to use scissors and cut a small hole in one of the tights, which are a gift. Should have just ordered one pair. Maybe would have been packed a little better.

I placed an order on 2/5/2020 and they processed payment before shipping anything! Every tracking number showed no shipment and they continue to say the items are coming but they aren't. The worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. Please learn from my mistake. Even though it's based with a Hong Kong address this company gets it's clothing from China. I spent over $100.00 and have received NOTHING but lies. Unfortunately I did not see the negative reviews before purchase. I hope I can save someone from making the mistake of doing business with this scam outfit.

I ordered from Canada and my shipment came in decent time... certainly NOT from China which is where you have to send your items to if not pleased with them. This company take pictures of clothing and tries to reproduce them and the quality and materials are sub-par at best. Certainly NOT what is shown on their website. If not pleased with your product you will receive a 15% credit offer for your "trouble" and because you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to China... even though it did not originate there. I will NOT be buying from NoraCora ever again! Shame on this company!

No one can answer a disconnected phone, email that says wrong email address or chat that doesn't work.

You send cloths that have totally wrong sizing measurements... do you even measure anything?
No way to feasibly return or get refunded what kind of business does not back their product?

I ordered $250 worth of clothing. I am a size 8-10. I ordered several large T-shirt's, shirts in medium to extra large, several summer (linen) pants, etc.
1) it took 3 1/2 months for my order to arrive
2) they got my order completely wrong mixed with a few of my orders so someone else has the rest of mine.
3) the material is HORRIBLE & smells like formaldehyde
4) I would have been better off ordering xxl not medium or large. The mediums would have fit a 10 year old.
4) return policy makes it almost impossible to return anything. I wound up calling my bank to get my $$ back.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was really excited to see clothing I'd wear & hoping I found a new shop with good prices. WRONG.

The clothes on this website are of good quality, exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but that is not a problem.

I ordered from NoraCora on April 30th. Items were never sent (paid via Credit Card through PayPal). Attempts to contact the seller are met with auto-generated responses claim to respond in 48 hours; no response received. I contacted my credit card issues to process a refund.

I wish you had 0 ratings. The only good thing is that they have a good marketing person and photographer. Nothing is linen. I ordered linen clothes and got polyester and paper fabric. What you see is not what you get. When you try to return stuff it's a hassle and cost a whole body. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Biggest mistake ever. When you reply to their email it bounces back. What a scam

What a horrible experience! Ordered 6 items, finally received 1 a month later. Never received the other 5 and stopped getting any response to my e-mails. Submitted a dispute to my credit card company to see if I can get a refund. Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this site!

Website rather confusing. They entered my single order twice. Never in all my yrs (73yrs) have I had that happen. They did finally correct it. The styles seem cute; however, the merchandise is entirely too cheep. Will never use them again

The shoes I bought here are just fabulous, of great quality and very comfortable heels!
I was more disappointed with the jacket because I expected it to be of a different material and that was explained enough in the email that customer service sent me.
But I love everything that is on sale!

Nice big selection of tops to choose from. Only thing is, I think I'm still missing one of the tops I ordered. It was a multi color top. I received one I'm not so sure I did order. Black white and gold, big question on me ordering that one, not really my style.

The last issue about a possible mix up in a top I ordered to one I received has not been addressed.

I bought some shirts for my daughter on this website and she liked them a lot. We buy your usual size and they fit you perfectly. They adapt well to the body, they fit well so that they do not fall but not too tight. I do not know anything transparent. Nice design.

Please don't make the same mistake that I (and many others) made. I ordered 5 pieces and only received 4 (easy arrived separately weeks apart). The 4 I received are horrible quality and fit. "Easy Returns" are not at all -- you first must send an email to request the return instructions (with a promise to reply in 48 hours) -- still haven't heard back 5 days later. I've since (too late!) read the reviews and see that I was scammed. They are clearly banking on people not paying the costs to ship (back to China!).

This last order came in a more timely manner. The main problem is the products don't always look like they do in the ads and be extra careful about sizing watch the inch difference in the styles not all the same even though the size is! Shop very wisely don't want to return.

Only received one piece of clothing out of four items i ordered going on two month. The shirt looks nothing like on the there website. Why do you have to lie say your clothing comes from China. Never ever again ughhhh

I bought a blouse on this boutique online, when I found out there was no stock, this page suggested similar dresses that I might like. The payment option is great too, and it definitely makes it more likely to buy as I don't have to pay anything until I'm sure I love the item.
