I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again
Shoes were well made and pretty. However they were too narrow for my foot. Return policies were long, costly and complicated. I chose to donate shoes. Would have ordered the next size up but company didn't carry that size. Too bad.

The products are not as pictured. Poor quality, I am trying to return the products, order same items twice by accident. Tried to cancel, partial order sent, can't get a straight answer to returning this junk. Very Unhappy with product and company. Still want to return items but haven't received a return label or response as to how to return. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I ordered two items on April 16…by the time I left for vacation on April 27, neither had arrived. One finally came early May…it is now May 19 and I've still not received the second (and shipping isn't free!).
They have a great selection of accessories and clothes to choose from, their customer service is first class, they even expedited the delivery of my order, I totally recommend this online boutique of casual and elegant clothes for all the girls.
The best customer service! I am a tall woman, so the dress was not my size, it did not fit exactly as I needed it, I changed it quickly and without problems. Today, that is unheard of in an online boutique.
After waiting a very long time for this order I was so disappointed. I ordered a pair of cargo pants the material is horrible like umbrella material. The summer dress has seams u done hem coming out and sized for a very small Asian person I ordered an extra large. The top I ordered has a material that is very scratchy not soft at all. After trying to get through to customer service with this I gave up and then also found out you have to return items to China.
These girls are amazing, they needed a new dress for a work event, it was easy to order in their online store, great deals, incredible discounts! The delivery time was a little slow but they kept me informed the whole time.
This company goes by many different names and pops up on FB, insta and other social media. I ordered items that were never delivered. They continued to say that it was simply delayed "have good patience" I reached out to PayPal who contacted them and I was immediately refunded my money. Buy at your own risk. Read the reviews... notice that there are reviews that read identically and others that read that they purchased a sz small but a sz. 4XL is listed above as what was purchased... nothing adds up on this site or it's sister sites.

I bought a dress online at this store. The website had an excellent design and was easy to use. The boutique also provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
6 tops + bra
The colors were lovely but
*the sizes on the tops were all over the place, some too big, some too small, some tight in upper arms.
* I order only cotton tops due to the humidity in FL - most of these tops were all polyester or a high polyester blend...
*they all said "dry clean only" on the tags.
*The order took over 3 weeks to arrive
*I was offered 15% off to keep the two I wanted to return, when I told them to send the return label, they upped their offer to 50%.
* I did take their label and the two tops to the USPS to get an estimate on the two tops and it was $27! Will not order again.
Tip for consumers:
Everything is polyester, even if it says cotton ... their is a chemical smell to the clothes.. They are thin and cheaply made.. Sizes were inconsistent... and returns are expensive. Do not except their first offer for a refund (15% on the items you want to return), as they will go to 25% refund when you ask for a shipping label.
Products used:
only 2 of the 6 tops and the bra were usable... and even those do not appear well made.
To return, you need to send the items to China - not through the US distribution center they are using. ...and to return 2 light weight tops (14 ounces), the USPS quoted me $27.30. So I consider this no return policy. Shipping time was just over 3 weeks and the last item took 41 days.

Most of the quality was ok. I doubt I will buy from u again because of sizing disparity. It's too much trouble to return the white jumpsuit which I was so looking forward to wearing. It was made for someone shaped like a box. Measurements were incorrect—to put it mildly. It was four sizes too small. The blouse was supposedly a medium and it was absolutely huge!
I liked the styles and colors.
The prices were good.
So far so good. Unsure of quality…
Super quick responses back to email! They did not have my size, it is something so they offered to change the size or send me a gift card and they also expressed that they sent my package at no additional charge.
I LOVE this website. Not only do they have a large stock and variety of clothing, but the customer service is excellent and the processing and shipping of your orders is very fast. (of course not 2 days, but it certainly exceeds my expectations for retail). They are a shopping destination for me online to dress me up.

Knitted items turned out to be picture of knitted fabric printed on cheap fabric. Wouldn't accept returns for such a reason. Gave some money back and tried the 15% baloney. I got them to 50% and "got to keep" the clothes. They ruined what would have been 2 special gifts.

Has NO customer service. Purchased summer clothing that have never arrived. Customer service is through email with repeated form letter stating items have shipped yet tracking number is not recognized on their tracking link. I do not advise using this company.
Please do not buy anything from this company. The clothes looks so cute online, but they look nothing like that in person, and the sizes are crazy. It's impossible to return anything. They tell you you have 15 days to return, but when you email them to ask for a return address, they don't respond. I am filing a claim today with my credit card company and will do whatever it takes to get my money back. Sadly, this company has it all figured out, and they are scamming every one of us. Don't believe any positive reviews. They're part of the scam too.
I am not sure how this company has a rating over 1. I received my order and everything was far from what was described and what the actual pictures looked like. I just donated the &123 dollars of clothing. Buyer beware.

Beautiful clothes, easy checkout, however I am not happy with the condition of the shoes I received. For a cost of $40 Canadian dollars, they look slapped together, poor construction, shoddy. I would return the shoes, but it's too much hassle.
After seeing many ads for your clothes I finally ordered a few summer dresses. When they arrived I was shocked at how terrible the material in these dresses is.
