Things were sold out, but I received good service. It took a while to receive my order. But the online representative was alert and helped me thoroughly
I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

I ordered the single button long sleeve gray loose coat. I found it very elegant. The ordering process was easy and shipped VERY fast. Fits like a glove! Very high quality material for the price and the color conforms to the description. I would absolutely buy from this website again!
The delivery of my coat was faster than I expected (wait longer for the pandemic) and I did not have to pay any taxes. It looks a little tight for a size L, but I was expecting that. I am very happy with my purchase, I would buy again here!
I am very unhappy with the 2 items I ordered, so got online to set up a return. I was advised via email that the return postage, customs, etc, was very expensive as it was going to China. They suggested they refund me 15% and I keep the products I have no interest in. REALLY? I will never order from this company again. I am going to only order made in American products going forward. I'm very disappointed.
Do not order from this company! Their clothes look so cute online, but you could spend months waiting for your order. I waited 2&3 months to receive my items. After much time spent emailing them, as I could find no customer service phone #. Items were much different from photos. Took so much hassle to get items I paid for wasn't about to attempt returning! Finally had them credit for last item, ran out of patience and time dealing with them. Most unprofessional "business" i have ever dealt with.
I have to say that this is by far my favorite online store to order clothes. The wide variety of designs, accessories, fashion, etc. To choose from is huge and everything is reasonably priced! I will definitely buy from here again, quick and easy process, and of course incredibly addictive.
If I could rate them a 0 I would. Ordered a sweater nearly 2 months ago. No tracking available, as the company states. Tracking is not even recognized. I have demanded a refund, but I know that will NEVER happen! All I can say is stay away from this company!
I ordered several items. A few were not what I expected - material and fit. I wanted to return them. Customer service reached out to me and offered a satisfactory solution. I greatly appreciate their quick response to my dilemma. The other items are just as lovely as they appear online.

Do not order anything from this company. They misrepresent the quality of the clothes you see online. The fabric is very cheap and thin, not linen like advertised. They offered me a 20% of what I had paid. I ended up returning clothes which cost 52.00 to return which was not stated on their return policy. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. It has been 3 weeks and haven't received any refund. THIS COPANY IS A SCAM!
The 2 pair of shoes ordered are too big. The camas to wear over bra is wrong color, I already have a white one. The shirt is an XXL but based on the silky material it is too big. So hopefully I will be able to get my money back.
Been 5 weeks since I placed my order. Can't track order with order# or tracking #, "not valid". Try to sign in and it doesn't recognize my Email address Although they used it to send me info. Of course they accepted my PayPal payment immediately when I ordered my items. Inquiries gives me non specific answers from their automated system. I feel scammed.
The clothes are of low quality for the most part. If the size is not correct you have to send to China to exchange or they will offer you a 15% refund to keep the clothes and make alterations. Out of 12 items ordered 2 fit correctly and the others were not as described or pictured. Suggest reading everything carefully.
Slow to respond and do not want to exchange items just offer you a 15% refund to alter clothes. Then they tell you to exchange or return has to go to Chinia

The pictures are taken from other websites and then Noracora sends you a product that is completely different. THIS IS A SCAM! When I finally found a customer service number they tried to walk me through a process that gives them control over my computer. I just called my credit card and am letting them deal with it. I don't care so much about my 100.00 dollars it is just the fact that it is a scam and I gave them access to my credit card and almost my computer. The clothes look really cute- resist, trust me it is a scam!
I was notified on May 23 that my order was shipped. I have not received it & not been able to track it on their tracking site. I've sent 4 emails to their "help center" & they just send me a form telling how to access their tracking site. I think this is a scam. I won't order from any site I see on FB anymore. They have already received payment for my order.

No way to get in touch with customer service when the order is wrong, and believe me, it will be wrong. Product does NOT match the picture at best! STAY AWAY! Shipping also takes a month and there is no indication of this when checking out.
This company is the worst, they have cheap products that are poorly made and are not even close to what they picture on their web site. Add to this you can not return products, one because the shipping cost is too high and even if you do as I did, they do not accept the return and it is returned to sender. Add to this that they sip via Pitney Bowes and plan on anything you order taking many months to reach you. You should avoid this company and tell all your friends to avoid it as well.

I love all the clothes in this fabulous little boutique! I ordered two knit dresses that fit perfectly, they look the same as the image on the web and the quality exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service and fast delivery. I will buy again.
I echo zero stars. I ordere and the sizes are not true to their sizing chart. Want to return a products, you must return it to China at your expense. How crazy is this? But wait, they offered to give me 15% towards alteration costs. They obviously are not in tune with the current costs of alterations. See email below

After I received the clothing, I was pretty disappointed. They were all kind of cheap and flimsy, but I would have been okay with them if they had fit. Everything was too big even though I ordered based on their sizing guidelines. Then when I tried to return them, they said they were located in China and I was responsible for shipping, so it wasn't worth returning them. They offered a 15% refund if I kept them, which I did, but that's a really terrible policy. I feel like they should have made it very clear that the return shipping would be prohibitively expensive. I would only recommend ordering from them if you are 100% sure of your size.
