I ordered the shoes I found in a popup ad on my computer on May 10. It is now July 1 and despite contacting Noracora by email several times, I only received standardized replies. In my last email of June 26, I told them that I would contact my credit card provider if they did not contact me with a personal email telling me how the issue would be resolved. I did not hear anything. I'm fed up! I just filed a complaint with my credit card company.

Buying online here is very easy. It tells you when it will ship, it usually arrives before the estimated day on time. I used to be quite hesitant to buy clothes on this site, but I wish I had started shopping here sooner. Just be sure to take a look to see if the product is available or will ship at a later date.
Excellent online service! The request I made was delayed a bit due to the pandemic, also because it was international and many things are beyond the control of the website itself. But the customer service and follow-up care was amazing! The dress, when it finally arrived, was lovely too! I would definitely order with them again and recommend my friends to do that too
22 days and waiting. The tracking # they emailed a week ago doesn't exist. Said a few of my items are on the way. No arrival date. No phone #. They took over a week to reply to an email requesting to cancel 1 item. $ still not returned. Wish I had read the reviews before I got suckered in with their cheep prices.
Ok... I'm sure someone would appreciate the clothing I received but I am frustrated that a company would all out lie on their pictures and descriptions to sell their merchandise. These clothes are nothing close to what I had expected... fabric is terrible. I didn't get past that, but even if I could, the the sizes are all over the place. No... just no.
Returns are horrendous! First youu have to send a picture of item and bag {we had a mass try on session-I don't know which bag goes to what} if that is ok then you have so many hours to return with approval.
I missed that window of time and ended up selling to a friend who happened by for 1/2 price!

The object I received from Noracora bore no relation in cut, color, type of fabric and size to the garment I ordered. I had forgotten that I shopped from Noracora, with its enticing clothing pictures, a few years ago and had the same experience. Never again! I'd also forgotten that Noracora doesn't provide enough information with its items to make refunding or exchanging or returning possible. A scam, in short.

I ordered merchandise from Noracora on August 4 2023. Today, 8/25/23 I've still haven't received the items I've ordered. I sent emails requesting a refund. Their response was items have been shipped, that was over 10days ago. Terrible customer service. First time and last time I'll order from this company.

Wow, where do I start? Avoid this company at all costs. The headline says it all. To add insult to injury, they make you list the SKU numbers even when you said the full order is being returned. Honestly, that's just chicken $#*!.

I recently tried this boutique. I was a little nervous because I had not heard of them, but I saw an offer on the website and thought about trying them. I am happy to have done it. I asked for a bag for my mom. My mother was delighted to get it and took him on a trip with her. They have quick answers, I would definitely use them again.
I purchased 6 items and only One of them are worth keeping. I have made 3 attempts to contact them for a return label and to date I have had no response.
Had I known they were from China I would not have made the purchase as it looks like I am stuck with over $100.00 worth of useless merchandise... do not order from this company!

I had problems regarding the application of discount codes on this clothing website, however the problem was solved immediately on a holiday this boutique always delivers it´s products on time and well packaged
We all are aware that 80% of the merchandise coming to USA are from China. When they are regulator by a companies in this case Amazon they conduct their business different. The merchandise has a complete description, the size are pretty much ok, the returns are free and easy and they don't make up the items with a beautiful models and for obvious reason these pages are designed just for that to sale!
If you have to return your items, you have to pay for shipping to the other side of the world. The customer service and the communication with them is impossible. "We speak different language" in business.
The only way of communication is via e-mail. It takes two days for them to answered. It really doesn't
matter what you said. They always are going to answer the same: "See our Policy"

OMG! Do Not b order from this sham of a company! I only got 2 of the 6 items ordered and they can months later and apart from each other! They were horrible and looked Nothing like the pictures! The "gloves" were Not knitted but a bad picture of some knitting! Are they kidding? This is pure theft and they should be put out of business!

She was super helpful and kind! My order arrived, I can't be happier!

First time on noracora. Products look nice on website but are not good quality in reality. Tried to return products following imprecise directions on receipt ("mail items back to us") only to learn address on package is shipping only, not the warehouse in China buyer is supposed to return items to. And pay all shipping import fees.
Customer service was prompt n offered to refund 50% of cost and directed me not to mail items back. They did refund 50% of item cost which I appreciated as my granddaughter did not like a single item I bought. Overall a learning experience. Sorry but i won't be using the site again.

Never shopped from this site before and I liked a lot of the styles that were offered. I was so excited to receive my items, however it did take quite a while to get them. The items were in great condition, however after I tried everything on, the tops I purchased were wide enough, but no nearly long enough. I am a tall woman and I just wasn't happy with the overall length of the sleeves or where the hem line fell. The shoes were amazing however they were too narrow for my feet. I ended up giving all my items to family members. They were very excited to receive them.
