I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

The first time I went shopping on this website I wasn't sure about the size. I was pleasantly surprised that live chat was exactly that "live". A customer service girl helped me select the right size for me in an instant and answered all my questions in real time. She was perfect and I loved the top so much that I had to buy it in another color the following week. Great experience, a lot of variety and a magnificent selection. I will definitely be back!

I recently ordered a beautiful top that I was very excited about receiving. When it arrived it was wet and moldy. It took way too long to get a refund and they only refunded $22.95 of my $31.94. I understand that San Leandro, CA is having historical flooding, but that doesn't mean they should ship out wet clothing so it becomes moldy in transit and then try very hard to talk me out of returning it. They never once offered an option to exchange!

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from NoraCora. It is a disreputable company.

Noracora is the Worst! I really, REALLY should have followed the advise of SOOO many others. Bought things for my daughter and I and they fabric was awful, the sizes were way off... I have, to date sent 6 e mails requesting for a return tag... Nothing except a computer generated reply with the policies. They have now blocked me from e-mailing, saying I have tried too many times, try later... Please. PLEASE take mine and the advice of others. Shop elsewhere..

Returns go to China, cost! See the copy of the sent label - so you have to pay to send to China to return. The pictures on the site are great, but the actual clothes are terrible and don't look anything like the photos. I ordered 5 garments on 9/21/19 and have received 4 of them - one only last week - and still not the last. One was described as a linen blouse, but is not any linen I've ever seen. Two jackets - great photos - are ugly - one is the ugliest garment I have ever seen. I sent it back to the return address on the label, and won't get a refund because it didn't go to China.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from this site. Or any similar site. They invested lots of money in pictures and making one good garment, then take weeks - it's been 8 weeks and still one thing hasn't come and others trickled in over the last 2 months. The clothes look nothing like the photos - and although they are sent from the U.S. - see the label photo above - you have to mail them to China for returns - which costs lots of money. Also, the sizes are completely unrelated to Western bodies.

The service was excellent, my new dress arrived quickly, the clothing sizes were a bit generous but true to size, the quality is good and the customer service when I needed to return an item was excellent and fast. In general, I am very happy with the service, I will buy online again on this page with confidence

I ordered two shirts and got four. If it was an accident on my part, I still could have sent it back but it was a final sale! I hav four shirts two each are alike. And although I washed one by hand it is coming apart at the seams! Bogus! I pay twice! Shame on your unkindness!

I was a little worried since my order was lost in the transaction for a day or so, but one of the charming girls of this boutique did it as soon as possible and had a super fast result. Great service... I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material. I will buy here again for sure

This boutique has a fun view system of women's clothing and dress designs, the products are packaged really well for shipping. Shipping sometimes takes a while, as not all items are kept in stock and manufactured as needed, I love it as they are designs that are not easy to find in a mall or on the internet.

Sent me a hideous blouse, different color than on the website, very poor quality, NOT what was pictured. Then wanted me to return it to China. Then offered me a discount of a few dollars to keep it. I got American Express involved. They credited me with the cost of the item plus postage. I also notified PayPal.

DONT DO IT! Bought 9 tops! 2 fit, others were oversized by about 3 sizes and were gauze material (gave to a friend)…1 was a short sleeve top (they also sold it as a long sleeve). My short sleeve version was the long sleeve with the sleeves LITERALLY sliced off! No hiding this fact! The edges were not hemmed, strings looses from the seams! CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING! They offer you 15% cash back of what you paid to keep the clothes! I just kept pushing and got it down to 40%. Lost money and only can/will be able to wear 1 of the 9!

Tip for consumers:
How it looks in the pictures is not what you get.. Clothes come from China. There are several different sites with the EXACT SAME PICTURES!!

I have ordered 6 items in the last month and am extremely impressed with the fast pandemic processing times, shipping and customer service. I returned two of the expired items and they sent me a credit note in a matter of days! The clothes are of great quality and I wear black wide leg pants almost every day.

I ordered quite a bit of stuff around the end of november. I have yet to receive the last 2 most expensive items on my order. I've emailed them multiple times about refunding me for those items and all they do is respond with my order summary and tell me to wait until they have them in stock to send to me. Then it will take 15 days for me to receive them. Its almost march and they still arent in stock and they have no intention of refunding me. My other items I received are great. I'm happy with them. Customer service sucks. And trying to get refunded is almost impossible because they just tell you to be patient and wait longer. I think I've been patient long enough. I will never order from here again.

I wanted one item. They sent me another. It took longer than promised. They offered cash back 15%, then 25% to avoid the return. They said the return center is in China and I'd have to pay to return it there. I can't believe they sent a shirt that I didn't order as if they had sent what was ordered and paid for. The shirt had the correct ID number, but it is obviously not the shirt in the online picture (not the same material, not the same design, not the same sleeve length). My husband ordered it in December for a Christmas present. It arrived in February.
Guangzhou, China is where they say their return center is located.

I ordered 2 items separately. And paid for them. Ran very small. I wear a L but ordered an XL due to the non stretch linen I kept them only because I'm dieting and wouldn't be long til they fit.
I had some other items in my cart to think over. In thinking they could be "off" I never purchased them. Low and behold I got an email from them saying everything is on its way. Those scammers used my CC to order this! Not to mention in their greed, they also sent thro bandana headband. My hair is TWO inches long! I emailed them that I will be refusing everything so I don't pay postage. And I already called my cc co. To report a Fraud. I wish I had read the reviews before even looking at the site!
I can't even give it one star, but this site won't accept my review w/o it.
So my one star is really a ZERO!

I loved the colors and patterns, but one of the shirts was too small when it said a medium the dresses about three of them were like sackcloth too big I had to take them to somebody to take in the dresses. I am a medium, but those were like a large, so I spent more money having them tailored. They don't look like the pictures do on the models it's deceiving I will be happy when the seamstress fixes them to my size only one dress no two dresses fit me perfect

So I ordered a shirt and a summer pants the shirt came first after a long time that is, it was very low quality and the linen pants was a hundred percent polyester. I will never buy from this company that cheats people by advertising for beautiful clothes instead they sell you rags that you will never wear and that you will end up throwing my advise do not do business with this looser company shame on you noracora.

I ordered some shoes from noracora and they did not look like what was online. So Ugly! I called customer service and they told me several different ways to get a refund. If you do decide to return it goes to China and I would get maybe $2 back. So I took the offer of 1/4 of a refund and I keep them. I will not order from noracora again.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 3 tops and I want return everything but have learned that I would need to ship my parcel all they way to China. I have read from other costumers that they did not get refunded after they paid for shipping cost to return the goods. The fabric of all items is of very poor quality. Not like shown in pictures. It is polyester and it does not look nice at all. I would not even want to wear as pyjamas. It's been a very disappointing experience.

I ordered a linen dress from Noracora. It looked very cute and was very inexpensive. Later I read reviews and knew I would not have ordered from Noracora if I had read them beforehand. It took 4 weeks for the dress to arrive. It looks exactly like the picture, except rather than linen, it is made of a lightweight cotton. I usually wear a size 8 dress and I am 5'4" so I ordered a medium. In the pictures, the dress fits loosely, a shift style. The medium fits me very well, not loose at all and no room to spare. Shows every curve, so although not really the comfy shift I was expecting, it actually fits nicely. It hits me just above mid-knee. I don't like waiting a month to receive items I order and the dress is not the nice linen quality or the loose fit I was expecting. But for the price, I am fairly pleased with the purchase.

I ordered two sweaters and the items I received were not sweaters. Some kind of cheap stretchy material and the ribbing was printed on the material, not real ribbing. I asked about sending the items back and they said I could, but would have to pay shipping and possibly a customs fee so they offered to refund me 15%, which would only have been about $7.19 (paid $47.92). I tried to file a dispute through paypal and they were no help either as they said they would refund my money if I sent the items back. Paying for shipping and customs would cost me more than I paid for the items. Total SCAM Company.

My order hasn't shipped and it's been 2 months. They contacted my after I paid thru PayPal to day the items were out of stock and if I wanted other sizes. Since I hadn't gain in two weeks, I declined and ask for a refund. Out of 7 items, I received only refund on two.

I have sent numerous requests for assistance and, not surprisingly, haven't heard any at all!

I do all my shopping on line and have great success with clothing. Rarely do I need refunds and if so, prompt response.

After this experience, I will research all companies before I order anything and surely limit myself to U. S and European companies.
