I ordered a dress in May. Still have not received. I have a case with USPS and they flat out say they do not have. When you email Noracora they just respond with they are getting with their logistics department. Contact them back if you have not heard from them in 10 days. After 10 days you get the same response.
I am more mad at myself because after the first "wait 10 days" I ordered another one. Really wanted to wear to a wedding in September. It is now September 1st and that one shows no signs of coming either. So, I have paid for TWO dresses and have nothing! I seriously looked them up to see if they were a real company.

I bought a dress and was expecting it to arrive by the end of next week as there were delays but to my surprise I received it today! The beautiful dress! However, a minor problem I had was that after the waist of the dress, the inner fabric of the dress was very rough and it irritated my skin a bit due to the sequins. Apart from this, I am more than satisfied with the end result! Xx

You will have to pay to ship your returned item to CHINA! The cost is enormous from the U.S., often times making the refund shipping costs more than the cost of the item. They do not have distribution centers anywhere else. Also, the quality is not all that good. I would compare it to the quality of Walmart clothes or worst. Sizes are also not the same in all items. BEWARE.

I ordered 2 items over 40 days ago and have not received them. I have tried tracking the items but doesn't show they have been ever received by USPS. I have emailed customer service 4 times and each time get a "stock" reply each time stating that I should receive my items within 10 to 30 days even though i have explained that i have tried to track my items with no luck. I guess i can kiss my over 50 dollars away.

Original pricing wasn't exorbitant but I felt like I was getting a deal. CRAP. Total crap. Poorest quality clothings I have ever received. Poorly made, inconsistent sizing and just plain old crap. So, then you want to return it, right? Well, their return address is in China. I'm really not interested in trying to return this crap to China. I'm out $150 or so and considering a lesson learned. This is like that old bit of wisdom that if someone borrows $20 from you and you never see them again, it was probably worth it. Well…. Consider this a cautionary tale and best of luck to you. The final two items arrived and were just as poor quality and inconsistent sizing as the first.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

The clothes I looked at online from Nora Cora looked great and they are of a style I thought I would like. I ordered 2 items at the beginning of April. After a month and several emails to them I received the items. They never once contacted me or told me when the shipment would arrive. The response to my emails were "be more patient". When I received them I asked for a refund through email. I was told that they would not pay for the return and that the store is in China so it would cost me a substantial amount and suggested to try something else to do with the merchandise, but I could still ask for a return label, but of course it would be quite an expense. The merchandise itself looks very cheap especially the prints on them. I agree with the review that says they wish there were less than one star.

BEWARE! This is an unethical company. They do not follow their stated policies regarding processing and delivering their products. Almost 2 months after ordering, I still had received nothing. I sent multiple communications requesting to cancel my order and be given a refund. Noracora responded with ongoing emails stating "your order is being processed". They persisted in these typical but RELENTLESS stalling tactics without any product ever being received or refund given. They then communicated they had shipped 2 items... I ordered 22 items. I never received the 2 items, and they have kept my money for the other 20 as well! As for the 20 items they never sent, they simply sent emails stating they are "on hold" in case I change my mind, as if I would ever shop with this company again, "RUN, BUYER, RUN"!

Ordered on April 27th. They took the money. I have not received my order. I have contacted them numerous times through email. They reply with fake tracking numbers that neither work on their site nor the usps site. I filed a complaint with PayPal and supplied proof of purchase and proof of attempts to resolve through seller. Only to be told by PayPal to "try to work it out with the seller." Which is what I HAVE been doing for nearly a month. Maybe I should cancel paypal as well.

I ordered a jumpsuit from this site and it stated you could return it. Yes... you can return it but with the returning shipping cost to China and the custom charges they were going to charge me it would have cost more then the jumpsuit. They offered me a 15% refund instead and said I could have it altered! Are you kidding me! This company is a sham! Quality is awful. I just lost $50... don't be foolish like I was.
Very good material of my skirt, I had no problem with the sizes. What you have to do is guide yourself by the indications of measurements according to size. The design is very beautiful. Surprisingly, the day that indicated that it would arrive. A success without a doubt, it is already my favorite online store!
