I emailed tech support to help me with my issue and they answered very quickly and also very technically and on a high level. One of the best supports I've experienced.
I've been using NordVPN for about a year now, and I recently came into an issue with the compatibility of my device and the VPN. I deleted the version that was compatible with my device and tried to update it to the new version, only to realize that I couldn't use it, and that NordVPN no longer supported older devices.
Support was super helpful and helped me despite that fact, and my VPN is again working! Nord has never given me any problems and now I can again work no matter where I am in the world.
Needless to say, I'm very happy with NordVPN and so far, it's the only online service in which I've bought the 2-year plan. Thanks Nord.
They have charged me when I don't even use the product, never signed up for this charge and they are refusing to give my money back, I will have to open a fraud case with my credit card.

Update to Developer iOS17 wiped out my NordPass Authenticator Data. Contact with NordPass Customer Care resolved the issue within minutes! Great customer response experience that other companies could learn from. Thank you NordPass Support Team!
First off, tried this for a year. I travel a lot. At almost every city I was in, a simple ip lookup revealed location, almost every time, even though Nord said it was active and connected. I would have to disconnect to visit several sites, as switching servers didn't always work. Then came time to cancel. I went to the website. Turned off 'auto renew'. (Have screenshots.) Waited for term to end so I could delete Nord completely and go with another VPN. All of a sudden, my credit card gets billed another year! When I contacted Nord via chat, I was told 'canceling the subscription via our website does nothing'. Even though on other review sites I've seen, that's exactly what they've told others to do, to cancel! I even sent him one of the screenshots showing I canceled. He kept referring me to Apple. I only took the screenshots a few weeks ago because I read the other horror stories of people trying to get their money back, or having the same issue. You can clearly see at the top of the page when I turned auto renew off, and when I was eventually billed again, after that date. As with so many others, contacting my cc company. I had a really bad experience with NordVPN. It took constant emailing back and forth to get the product working with Australia servers. To their credit they kept coming back with tips for handling the problem but one at a time over the course of an entire month instead of giving me all the tools to get the product working up front. It never did work successfully 100 % of the time. It was a constant struggle. But the worst part is how they handled my cancellation. They charged me for the following month a day before the end of the subscription period. I checked my account details online and it said the subscription period ended the following day. I emailed them to cancel the subscription but they refused to refund the month they had charged me for in advance, even though I had met the terms of the user agreement. We went around and around in circles about it, and then they said that the subscription period ended the day they charged me, not the following day, which was not what their own website had stated in my account details. It was really frustrating and downright shady.
I've been using NordVPN for almost a month now and I'm super happy with the great internet speed, privacy and brilliant support. Recommend it to anyone who's looking for a reliable vpn.

There site is all about tricking you in to buying something you don't need or something you don't even know about. My son signed me up for nord without my knowledge. After asking for a refund they refused. And then the following year they charged me again. And they charged me for 2 other things I didn't even know what they were. Worst customer service. And you can not trust them at all. They will try and deceive you all the way. Please don't get Nord. There are so many other sites so much better.
