I was charmed by the idea of a seasonal delivery of Swedish goodies from Norsebox - a box full of "hygge" candles? White things? Every three months, surprise me. What I got was disappointment at the contents, unreturnable items I wasn't pleased with, promises of replacing my selections with previous Norseboxes, finally, outright theft of my money! They have no phone number and good luck emailing - No. Ignored, 7? 8? times. My Visa was charged $90 in November, I have been pretty patient hoping for that shipment. Until one week ago when I actually did get an email -that they were charging my credit card to pay for my Spring shipment of overpriced trinkets! I cannot believe the very nerve! I blocked them on my Visa and Visa is crediting my account plus reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
Tip for consumers:
Charged my credit card, didn’t deliver. Tried a second time! They are robbers!
