Nate Fernandes, the salesperson, blatantly lied about when my delivery would occur and misrepresented the space, resulting in an inflated charge when the movers came to pick up my items. Now, they are completely ignoring me. I've left multiple messages and texts asking for updates on the delivery, but I've received nothing but silence. No one answers the phone.
To make matters worse, the movers contracted (Blue Diamond Moving), who were supposed to be coordinating with North Atlantic, have been just as unhelpful and unprofessional. I managed to reach someone in "logistics" and asked when and where my belongings would be delivered. George claimed he needed to check with his team and would get back to me within a day. I followed up two days later, only to be told he still hadn't received an update and would need to check again. I requested a call from his manager—nothing.
Avoid North Atlantic and Blue Diamond at all costs. If I get my things within the next 30 days, I'll be utterly shocked.
