Fair warning to everyone, stay away from this service because it's completely useless. If you're familiar with Google Trusted Stores, this doesn't compare at all. I purchased a product from of company that participates in their service. Never received my item, but it shows as "delivered" via the tracking information. The agent handling the claim, India Freeman, told me that because it shows delivered there's nothing they can to do help. What good is a service that is supposed to protect against issues like delivery? It's common sense that delivery issues are bound to happen as tracking information systems aren't fool proof by a long shot. Stick with PayPal and Google Trusted Stores. You're better off disputing a charge directly with the processor than dealing with this useless "service."
It is such a scam. I sent a dispute. It was never addressed, and after some time they just marked it as resolved. I tried contacting them multiple time, no answer ever.
Beware, it does not protect you at all
This site is a liar and a failure.
Does not offer warranty service. They are lying and deceiving customers
Do not trust them.
Do not buy from any store with their mark. Because they are not honest and do not provide security on purchases.

Beware of them .
After buying an Item and paying for it, it went on sale for a lower price. After filing for a refund they requested all kinds of information which I supplied. I even sent them a copy of an email where they said my order was delayed in processing, a copy of the billing invoice with pricing, and a photo copy of the site showing the item is still currently at the lower price. Now they want the original confirmation email which is long gone.
