They lost a package worth 450 euros and they haven't responded to my emails for 3 days. They're just ignoring me.They told me that they would reship the package to the company for me and if they didn't deliver it to me within 3 days, I should write to them and they would either refund my money.Three days have passed and of course the package hasn't arrived. I've been writing to them but they've just been ignoring me for the third day now.
