Having made on order for a personalised photo frame, I received someone else's order. I needed this rectified quickly as a relative's birthday was approaching within a week. Customer service at notonthehightstreet.com will not assist by telephone & only provide an online enquiry form to submit a query through, which advises a response would be received within 3 working days. Very frustrating.
Really good site with quirky goods. Fab for an unusual gift. Watch out if you order a few things as the postage can sting you!
