Absolute scam
I ordered almost $80 worth of clothes in Sept 2019. They are arrived and the quality was poor. I returned the items and they didn't credit me back my account. I followed up several times from October through January. They said they never received them. After 6 months, it is too late to refuse the charges on my credit card. This company is a scam!
Cheap and gross clothing - what they show is not what they send. This is a scam, the clothing is printed not embroidered- the material is bad polyester and the cut is hideous
At the first of the year I responded to a pop up clothing ad on Instagram for Boho style clothing. The style advertised was gauzy beautiful resort type wear at a cost friendly price. There were a couple dresses thar kept sticking with me and since PayPal was a buying choice I felt they were a safer bet. I placed an order, met the minimum for free shipping. My cost was $77.84. The clothing came around 3-4 weeks later and were hideous. It was obvious they were advertising someone elses fashions then on cheap polyester style shiny heavy material photo shooting a pic of the fashion and printing it. What should be embroidered was a print, etc, as well as shadows were shown. It was awful. I complained to Koselip, which is the name they were advertising under even tho the website comes up as novaiy.com, and they said I had to ship the clothes back to China, even tho they came to me from CA. I then went to PayPay who would not help, supported the ship to China. In the interim they sent me an address in CA to use, and PayPay closed their case on July 4, informing them. I returned the clothing, they acknowledge receipt but keep insisting that I must close the PayPal case, which is closed. I have sent them screen shots, etc. they are just giving me the run around. Moral to this story is, PayPal supported a crook because they are making money off of them and they will most likely never refund my money. There is no recourse at the bank as this was not a debit card fraud. Had I used a credit card, it would be a different story. I am just effed. Avoid those ads. The clothes are being offered by several companies and they do not exist.
