If I could give Novant Forsyth Medical Center negative stars, I would. I have a lot of experience with them due to my husband's recent illnesses. In general the doctors and nurses are fairly good, with a few exceptions. But the administration, especially the billing dept. is totally incompetent and uncaring. Their left hand does not know their right hand exists. You never get the same story twice. They give wrong information, mislead people, and do not inform you of important information in a timely manner. They need to hire and train competent people to correctly do their jobs. And the ER is a joke. I have seen people with major medical problems left to wait in agony for hours while the staff walk past them and ignore them. I once saw a man with a broken jaw who had been there for 4 hours, and they asked him if he wanted a tylenol! He could not even open his mouth! Disgusting! And they claim to give "remarkable" care and service! Why isn't the upper management doing something to fix this place?
